Towed my kenworth from the front 97 miles without removing drive shaft & 4 months later claiming they did nothing wrong. Mean while trucks been down since July 11th & got a qoute from kenworth of $22,000 in change just to tear apart & diagnose. Now these guys won't give up insurance information & claiming they didn't do any damage. Highly recommend never use these guys unbelievable. Won't let me comment so ill edit my post. I also have documents from dealer ship claiming different along with witness that your driver admitted he only does short tows he didn't know he had to pull the driveshaft. So you tell me towing an 18 speed manual transmission 97 miles at highway speeds did no damage. I won't let this go so tell all the lies you want. We shall see in the end.####
Edited again. I would love to further discuss but everytime i call or my insurance calls we are told owner is on vacation & will call back with never happens. You want to show you legitimately want to make this right release your current insurance information so the insurance companies can battle it out because the insurance you have listed on file with the FMCSA has not been active since 2022 which I have in writing from them. So either your not up to compliance with FMCSA since the insurance information is supposed to be updated yearly for reasons like this or you have No Insurance. Like I said I tried working this out with you guys but what di that get me a totaled truck out over $100,000 in damages & lost revenue & you guys trying to save face on Google but doing complete opposite in real life. So you want to make it right give up insurance info or at least update FMCSA with is the law. ## Edited again. So now 4.5 months later still nothing taken care of. No return phone calls sent text with pics of diagnosis from kenworth still no response. This is complete bs. You claim you .are it right bit refuse to honor anything. My truck was running in the side of the highway needed a water pump & a transmision coolant line. Then pay you guys $1600 to tow my truck & now I have a totaled truck. Glad to see you guys look out for small business. My insurance won't cover it due to being damaged by a 3rd party (tow) I will not let this go & will continue to do whatever I can to hold you guys responsible.
Broke down one evening and needed a tow. This place was half the price of another place I called. Driver, Malachi, was on scene right when he said he would be, got the car loaded quickly, backed into our tricky driveway like a pro, and got it unloaded quickly.
Best of the best. Awesome honest local family business. They will go above and beyond everytime to get you towed safely and correctly. Whether it’s a car or a full gravel train Larocca is the most professional kind and courteous around. Wouldn’t choose any one else!
*editing to add* thank you for your “act of goodwill” after you returned the 25 dollars cash we paid, and found out we had full coverage and said “we will charge your insurance the $100” I’m glad you are getting your money from somewhere ☺️
Extremely disappointed by this business. My father was in a terrible car accident and had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. In the process of me unloading the items from his car to mine, the dog, that he had with him during the accident (who was now in my vehicle) locked the door with my 3 young children inside. We asked if they were able to unlock my van, which the gentleman kindly did and then promptly said “they told me I need to charge you, how about 25 bucks” in this situation, I would’ve thought some tact and grace would’ve been extended under the circumstance and they were towing my fathers vehicle. I will not ever use them, due to this experience and lack of compassion, grace and understanding and down right just in it for money.
My wife was traveling to Ohio from Northern Michigan towing our horse to a show when she started hearing sounds that made her worried about the tire/wheel we had to change out the night before, or possibly the integrity of the hitch ball. This was a very stressful situation for her so her nerves were tight. I called ahead as she was coming up to the exit and explained the situation and asked if they could help. Not only did Sophia put a service tech on it immediately, but the tech Malachi offered to check a few other things, test drive it a few miles, and then check it again before sending her off. They didn't charge us anything for their time, but also put my wife's nerves to rest with their charm and hospitality and allowed her to continue her trip knowing that the horse and trailer were safe. Thank you so much for jumping right into action for us, your generosity is so appreciated. ?
Our car died today, mid way through our 3 1/2 hour trip. Instead of continuing we decided to head home. Larocca helped us out! Great towing service all the way home. Very nice, professional and took care of us and our ride. Very much recommended. Thank you!
Kyle was great! Got me back into my car after I somehow locked my keys in my running SUV. He was over here within 10 min and took less than 2 minutes to get in. Very nice, and gave me some suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again. Thanks Kyle & Larocc'a Towing!
Unfriendly people. I was told I could pick a key then was told they didn't have it and then they don't respond. Then kept my keys attached to my key fob and said they didn't have it.
This review is after 15 years and many experiences with Larocca's Towing.
I wish I could go higher than 5 stars for them.
- They're extremely competent. I've used them on hauling cars, emergencys, moving equipment, transporting our Jacob's Supply monster truck. And they always do the job correctly.
- They're reliable. They keep their word and show up when they're expected. Doing the job completed.
- They go above and beyond.
- Their staff is really kind and enjoyable. They really care about doing a good job.
- They are trustworthy. They never back out of their word nor do they try to manipulate or do sneaky add-on charges.
- They're reasonably priced.
Had a shock absorber on a Class A Motorcoach break and sever a airline. Malaki arrived and was Very knowledgeable, didn’t waste any time getting it fixed. Excellent service!!
Everyone was pleasant but tow truck driver gave wrong address to were my care was ....so drove way out of my way to get things out of my car. After a accident that is not how u want your day to go.
Hands down, by far the best experience I've ever had with a towing company!!! Not only did they take excellent care towing my truck, but the ladies in the office even helped me with my insurance company and the body shop/dealer!!!!
I would definitely use them again if I ever have situation like I did, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CALL THEM if you ever need a towing company.

There is a sign when you walk in that says what you need to get your personal item out of your car after it has been towed there I went in to get my belongings and immediately got told no pay the bill you get your stuff and she walked away and I have important things in there that is needed now very rude and first time I ever heard of personal belongings being part of a vehicle
Locked my keys in car. My insurance sent them out to unlock it. I couldn't stay with the car since it was pouring rain. They unlocked it and called me to let me know it was done. Great service!
Just had my car towed by you. It's a holiday weekend and no one really wants to work , but the guy that came out was AWESOME!! Very polite and very professional!!!! He definitely deserves a kudos from his boss!!!
