These guys are absolutely amazing spoke with a gentleman on the phone let him know my issue he told me to come on in around noon the next day.
So I did and upon arrival they already had all the parts I needed picked and pulled waiting for me

Let me tell you something there older but I’ve known them for about 4 years on a serious note. They might not look happy but they really do enjoy helping others. They always go above and beyond for me, they always look out for me and treY me like family . Highly highly recommend.
These guys have the neatest and most organized salvage yard I've ever seen.
They had what we needed, as we were broken down on the road, and helped when we had trouble installing the parts.
I was searching for a much-needed part, and Dan at Phil's came to my rescue. He did not have my part. However, instead of dismissing me, he asked for my name and number and said, "Let me see what I can do." I got off the phone and thought, "He'll never call me back." But he did--within 10 minutes! Dan had located the part at another business and gave me the name and number of a specific person to contact. I was dumbfounded. It is rare to find people willing to help strangers. I decided that this was a Christmas miracle. My dealership had told me my part was on a national backorder; they had no no idea when it might be available and said not to drive my vehicle long distance. But because of Dan's help at Phil's, I was able to get the part necessary to travel out of state and see my family for Christmas. Thank you again! I highly recommend this business.
Just visited for the first time, they were just as friendly in person as on the phone! Got a great deal on a used part! Fastest services ever! Will definitely be back!
Great auto salvage..has always had the parts I need for my Trailblazer so far Everytime... And Phil's price is unbelievable... Great service .. great price .. this is my used by parts department without any doubt.
Pretty nice staff but the language was very bad even with new customers such as myself. I would think a business would have more respect for all of their customers, old or new. Other than that it's okay.
These guys gave me the wrong part and would not refund it even with receipt. Maybe they should tell people they don't know if it's the right one or not.
Spoke with Rex on two different occasions. If you need to do business with Rex, I recommend going elsewhere. He is unfriendly and downright rude. However I spoke with another young man (didn't get his name) and he was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. I would gladly do business with this young man again but if I am left to deal with Rex, I won't be back.
Wow, after reading these reviews, I have to wonder if these people are reviewing the same place I visited. I found Rex, Nate and the rest of the crew super helpful in helping me find the parts I needed - even when I didn't know the proper terms for what I was looking for. They went out of their way to give me ideas of other things to look for to correct my problem. Great experience.

the persons who operate this establishment do not give one the impression that they had ever received schooling of any sort. yes they are extremely rude. i once requested a part and an employee returned with the wrong part, after I had explained the part in a little better detail the employee barked at me that no such part existed which I found very odd as the part was in the back of my car. do yourself a favor and go to a business that knows what customer service is.
if you buy a part and need to return for warranty you are in for a headache.
