Do not trust this dealership! Had a timing chain issue as soon as I pulled it off the lot! They claimed they fixed after having it for 2 months. Put after market parts in which voids the 2 year warranty if they would have put original parts in. $17,000 truck and now the motor is shot cause the mechanics they have dont know a thing

HAVE THE USED VEHICLES INSPECTED BY A THIRD PARTY. Found a broken sway bar link in the rear and they refused to fix it or lower the price. If I hadn’t had the vehicle inspected they would have sold it to me like this. Scummy and disappointing from a local business.

I bought a vehicle about 2 years ago payed about 20 for it . Took it out for a test drive nothing wrong with it around 30 days later it started to tick brought it back they look at it and said there was nothing to worry about. 14 or so days later it's in the shop not there's I had ended up putting another $14000 in the engine. Long story short I had to replace half the motor on the driver's side because they said nothing to worry about.so they say new owners and management but they didn't change bad business practices. DON'T GO TO THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY FOR REPAIRS

I bought a truck from them. The Staff was pleasant and helpful, There where some issues with the truck they attended to right away however we had an engine light come on and i was told it was vvt on both banks they changed these but the engine light returned while on a trip. Pulled codes from and history from a garage on our way home and and the mechanic there showed us the codes indicated more then vvt ..history also showed that it had thrown codes for the O2 and timing chain tension... none where addressed when they had the Truck for vvt change. By now the Truck was out of the 30 day warranty but i was willing to have them fix it at my cost. When i contacted them to get the truck back in they claimed they where busy and after three calls and a trip to the shop they never returned my calls to get the truck back in. Would have been nice to get some follow up

I bought a vehicle in September from Superior Auto and had a warranty with Superior Auto Parts and Repair. Within a week the engine light came on, and I called them, they proceeded to tell me they put in a new spark plug. A couple of weeks later, the same happened, and I also reported that there was a rubbing noise when I drove on the highway, and I was thinking it may need an alignment on top of the light being on. They did not get me in for two weeks. At this point, I got to the office, and about an hour later, they figured out the mechanic who was supposed to work on my car clocked out an hour and a half before I got there, and they had no one to fix my vehicle. I waited there patiently; understanding things happen sometimes. Finally, two and a half hours later, a guy came in told me no news is good news, and they reset the light. I asked about the alignment, and he goes oh no, we don't do that, which would have been nice to know when I called and made the appointment. Then a few weeks later, the light came on again, and I was told I needed all the spark plugs changed, the one they supposedly changed was never touched. After this, I was experiencing the same issues as the beginning, I called, and the lady told me, " honey, you probably just have ice build-up, and we don't make appointments for that, this is busy season." I was furious at this comment and hung up. I have been bringing my car to a different place since then and have had to have new spark plugs, new wires, and an EGR valve put in. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they do not work with you or are friendly on the phone. I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else.

Awesome prices on used parts, the staff were really friendly. They let me browse around their yard and pick parts of vehicles, even assisted me, let me use a jump pack. We had a hiccup with a part I bought and they went to work right away to fix the problem. I'm very satisfied.

Hands down the cheapest labor prices around. Service is friendly, but not that fake "customer service" friendly you get from corporate chains. My only complaint is that my car smelled smoky after it was worked on, other than that, great service and great prices.

One of the worst experiences in car sales at this used car lot. Here's what happened. I called to test drive a white Ford Escape that was for sale. After test driving the car, we realized that it was making a noise. One of the salesmen, Bill, told us that he would get it fixed and we could come test drive it the next day and purchase the car if it checked out. So we went to the bank, took out a loan for the vechicle and called them back and they told us they sold it to one of their mechanics' mother after saying they were fixing it for us to purchase. This place is a joke, they put them selves first over there customers. I am also very upset that a family member of an employee seems to have precedent over customers. They have very poor communication skills and wasted my time and gas. Communication skills are key to being success in a business and it's just not here. Save your time by purchasing a vechicle from somewhere else.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. THERE MECHANICS MIGHT AS WELL BE HIGH SCHOOL KIDS . WE SOLD THEM 1 REBUILT ENGINE WE HAD TO REPLACE 3 TIMES AND ALL 3 TIMES THEY CLAIMED IT WAS BAD BUT YET WHEN WE RESOLD THE ENGINE THEY CLAIMED WAS BAD THE CUSTOMERS HAD NO ISSUES.....PLEASE GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER. Brought my truck in for a bunch of work after winter took its toll. Superior had all the parts I needed and at a really good price. Labor prices are extremely good, as in the best in town. Also got a really nice warranty on the parts and labor. Staff was courteous and very knowledgeable. The work done on my truck was top notch and I have had absolutely zero problems. Would highly recommend and will do business there again.

I needed a drive shaft for my truck and was looking for some used tires for another vehicle when I got there they said the u-joints are bad in the shaft and offered to put new one's in it I would recommend this business to any of my friend's.

I called superior auto parts because i needed 2 front fenders, a hood, and a bumper for my black car. They informed me they have all of these parts and that they are in the black and in grade A condition so i bought them over the phone so they didnt get away before i could make the 75 mile drive to go pick them up. When i showed up one fender was dented, the bumper was all scratched up and the hood was missing altogether. I told them my complaints and they said they would give me a blue hood instead and knock $50 off. I told them it will probably cost $250 to have that blue hood painted black, and that the hood should be free since they sold the one i already paid for. He told his secretary to give me all my money back and send me on my merry way empty handed. I asked him why he lied to me and didnt have the decency to tell me over the phone that my hood was missing when i called before i left to confirm my parts were ready. I hate being lied to and being treated like this. I would be very careful when dealing with them because theyll do everything they can to take advantage of you.
