Much better!!! Best place to take your metal here!!! Don’t waste your time and gas driving out to bfe ishpeming just to get screwed over by a and l when you can come to a place that has competent employees and will actually appreciate your business!!! A and L are jokes compared to this place!!!
They came and picked up my car within 2 days for scrap, sent us a check in the mail. Very courteous and fast. Ishpeming A&L said they couldn't do it for 3 weeks.
Seriously, every time I call the person who answers could not be more rude. Plus their business hours are ridiculous. I would suggest using A&L out of Ishpeming.
WOW! I was never treated so rudely in my life! I introduced myself, said I had a couple of questions and asked the person who answered the phone if they had a minute - He answered "NO" and hung up! I'm still in shock! I can't believe ANY business would treat a customer the way this person treated me on the phone! I will certainly not do business with Negaunee Iron and Metal and I will certainly tell people what I think of this business!
i have been here a couple times. You pull your vehicle on the scale, they weigh it, you drive off and dump your stuff and re-weigh. Go inside and get your check, very efficient and clean
