Called them on my way to deer camp off 510, had a flat, misplaced the bumper tool for my spare. Tire was shot, but they had a good replacement to continue out to camp. Al changed it for me. Price was reasonable. Excellent guy.
Al came to save the day on Labor Day. He found a rim and tire and brought it to me in a timely matter and help get my family back on the road. Thanks Again Sir
i can not stress enough how kind and helpful Al was. we were from out of town and in dire need of help, when the dealership couldnt help us Al and his son did the job in less then 12 hrs and had us on our way. i do not have enough nice words to say.
Al towed my car after a breakdown, and his service went above and beyond. Sal is super sweet, too. ;) I am very pleased, and will definitely call him again if the need arises!
Al & Sal's helped me out when everyone else gave me the run around. They were quick, reliable, and fair priced. 5 stars all the way around. Definitely call here before you bother with anyone else in town - not only will it be cheaper, but you will have a better experience overall. It's refreshing to not have someone take advantage of you in a time of need. Also shoutout to Sal who was riding shotgun.
Cannot recommend Al enough for towing in the Ishpeming/Marquette/L'Anse area! My family and I were headed back downstate from a camping trip on a Saturday when the wheel on our camper almost came off! The studs on the hub had sheared and we couldn't get the lugs off to change the tire. Fortunately Al was available and not only drove the 40+ miles one way to rescue us, he got the the camper loaded on his flatbed, took it to his shop and swapped out the wheel hub that night so we could get back on the road the next day to get home. He was kind, patient and very friendly and very knowledgeable about the fix and the area parts stores we had to go to in order to buy the parts we needed. He went the extra step to disassemble and reassemble the other wheel too to make sure we wouldn't have the same problem on that side. Call Al when you need help and I guarantee you won't be disappointed or left stranded. Truly 10/10 service!
