They Drove my vehicle around. When I got my car back a few days later it wreaked of marijuana. They smoked weed in the car and drove it around, Rummaged thru the entire vehicle. Had to pay $280 to get detailed just to get the weed smell out. Shouldn’t be allowed to do police impound
They steals they don’t give you everything out your car they try to keep it for they self and they don’t let you get the stuff out yourself the bring you a bag with some of your things in it talking about that all your stuff.they are Thieves
The first company I called was a 24 hour towing service but he instructed me to call back at 8:15 am. That would have been 2 hours!! You were the 2nd call that I made and I’m glad I did. Christine was pleasant on the phone. The quote that I received was lower than I anticipated. The arrived to the van well below 1 hour (approximately 20-25 min). I rode with Mr. Kent to the dealership; very pleasant and with a good sense of humor. I can tell that he is careful in how he does his work. I would definitely recommend your company….good work!
Polite and arrived within an hour. My Key had broken off from the fob, but the guy was very knowledgeable and was able to get my car to start to save me a tow. I felt bad that he came out just for that but he was very kind about it. The service fee for making the drive over was a fair price as well. Will be using for future tows if needed.
I had a blowout on 8 mile and Grosebeck on 2/21 I called my insurance company they said due to alllll the road issue in my area we were on a code blue (like I knew what that was) & they have dispatched a few different tow trucks but they were all on an at least 4 HR delay!... After getting fed up of waiting I google towing in the area and three popped up I went with ROAD AID because of its 5star rating but I was skeptical ... FROM THE MOMENT TONY answered he immediately put me at ease and heard me out and my frustration ... HE HAD A TRUCK TO ME WITHIN 10 mins & it only GOT BETTER FROM THERE!!!! Mike F. Was sooooo very polite, personable & professional! I ONLY WRITE A REVIEW WHEN ITS TOP NOTCH SERVICE and ROAD AID GETS IT!!!!!! Here the 6th star they deserve⭐ Thanks again Hannah
I will tell you that I was so frustrated with Warren Police for their ridiculousness. This company made things a little easier for me. Though having to get my car was an inconvenience, they were empathetic and worked with me. I know that they were just doing their job and I appreciate them for being helpful and not being Douche bags like Warren Police a**holes
