This place was the only spot i found the parts needed for my car. Art has been very helpful with the whole process and got me a good price on the parts. Shipping was a little delayed as to be expected with bigger items requiring a pallet. Overall great service!

I own a collision repair shop in Ypsilanti, and I ordered some parts for my Tacoma. The entire experience was great. First of all, Kristin was amazing to work with! She was very prefressional, took the time to search for the parts I needed, and made the entire process super easy. Secondly, the facility is nice and clean, the people at the counter were friendly and helpful, and the parts were just as described. They were also packaged well to prevent andly damge. I was trying to locate a particular rim on a somewhat rare model Mercedes from 2004. She not only found the rim in her inventory but it also had a usable tire that came with it. Price and shipping were super fair. She sent a few pictures and on top of that she had the tires and rims cleaned so I could more accurately assess the condition

Customer service is wonderful I wanted the radiator I purchased from iDrive auto parts to work after waiting a week I went to pick up and install I thought everything thing was well until I noticed a leak the sun had than gone down I went inside it still was bothering me so I went out to check if I was actually loosing coolant I was a little upset but it’s life and these parts are used I later that day found my exact 2014 BMW Radiator At a self pull look a life work only $45 plus 10 back with core I called them the following morning stating my issue they where extremely professional I than went to IDrive And Received my $100 back and core just be mindful and do your due diligence

I'd recommend iDrive to anyone looking for parts. Art gave us a great deal on a great condition driver rear door for our Traverse to replaced our damaged door. When we showed up, the part wasn't ready and Cliff rushed into action to get our part within minutes and even offered us water while we waited. Customer service exceeded our expectations.
