I needed a broker to make a purchase on Copart. I chose this one by random. I’m so glad I did so. During the whole process, I was worried that I was taking a big risk leaving a large deposit with this company. This company is legit. They answer when you call, respond to text messages, they are extremely busy, but they go out of their way to help you. I couldn’t imagine doing this guy‘s job, answering calls and text messages all day and bidding on vehicles for people at the same time. This guy goes 100 miles an hour all day long lol. It’s insane. In the end, I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience with them. They were extremely helpful with my purchase, and they did everything they said that they were gonna do And more, which is rare these days. I highly recommend them.
This place is A1 yard is clean and organized. People are friendly prices are great all around man best you can do if you’re on a budget and you gotta do it yourself Mark, this place on your maps.
We purchased rear beam axl for 2014 toyota corrolla, and m97 send an axl for a truck and when called to return the wrong part Ziad and marcel they charged me $80 restocking fee,bad place i dont recommend them at all،wow even the owner lies so much by saying my mechanic came and look at it, if your going to run a business by lying
This place sells straight junk. Ordered a grille, prepaid for it, upon delivery this part was broken in multiple spots, called them and was told oh well its a used part what do you expect, all sales final. Your business should be final!

For the record, this part was ordered 09/26/2024 and delivered UPS. SO... where you get 3 weeks ago and hand delivered and inspected the part, just keep selling junk.

Make sure you view the part a thousand times before picking it up. They do not return no matter what. I bought a body part and when I came home, I realized the paint code did not match my vehicle. The sales persons are highly eager to sell you without confirming the details such as paint code etc with you. They just told me it is white and that’s all and it ended up having different shades. Now I have a part that is of no use to me. It’s a different color and does not have a chrome strip. Totally useless unprofessional ppl here. Avoid them if you have a choice.

Sold me an engine cradle that was damaged already. I totaled my car and the engine cradle was the first thing I bought. Took me 6 months to collect all the parts and save money to get my car fixed… by time I took my car to the shop the warranty was over. Highway auto Manager Rudy & Marcellus did not care that this 600$ part from their store was damaged. I’m stuck at a stand still cause the engine craddle is what I need first
I am very disappointed in M-97. We have been dealing with them for over 30 years. I called to order a part gave them the VIN number and they assured me that they had the correct part for me. They had all of my info name, phone number, company. After taking the part home I realized they gave me the wrong part that I could not use. I thought oh no problem I'll just take it back up there well it turns out I cannot find my receipt. They all of the sudden cannot find my name phone number or company name in the computer upon return. As soon as they found out I did not have my receipt it was like they didn't remember me at all even though 5 minutes prior Rudy was being a creepy and saying I have a face he'll never forget. And all sorts of other creepy comments. They then claim to look through their whole computer system and have no history of it. There was a lady next to me that was going through the same issue with another one of their employees. I find it very disheartening the way they treated me and I totally feel like I was taking advantage of. I wonder how many more people this has happened to. Will never ever do business there again and I hope a lot of people see this review and choose to go elsewhere as well. Consider it a warning take your hard-earned money elsewhere because these people are scammers.

I wish I could give no star bad customer service and unprofessional, I ordered a part a over a month ago, they told me it’s going to take a week to get it after a week I call back and they said nobody showed up to work today they don’t feel good? they still need another 2-3 days,overall ended up calling me that the part is in bad condition!!!! After all that they won’t refund me my money everytime i call for my refund they say we will give a call tomorrow for it we working on the papers?!! and they never do call unless i call them after a day or 2 and they tell me the same excuse!!!! Now it’s been over a month and i just finally got my refund!!!

I have bought parts here in the past. This time I went and they did not have the part I was looking for. They did take the time to locate the part I needed and gave me the address and number of the place that did have it. I recommend stopping here 1st if you want to save time and get customer service the way it should be. Very helpful.
Excellent customer service. Matt was very helpful and very welcoming. He was able to send to me while manning the phone calls. Looks as if he was doing a wonderful job with management. I will definitely be back to receive the level of customer service Matt provided.
So, I pass this place quite frequently! If you’re taking Grosebeck for your commute, you simply can’t miss it! I called about a week ago inquiring about a part that I need desperately for my car, spoke to a Matt on the phone. Came in there today, to purchase the part that I inquired about. Coincidentally, Matt was the one who serviced me! He told me that it would take a day or two to have the part ready! Literally an hour, and half later I received a call saying that they had the part ready for me to pick up! Thank you so much Matt, for such the prompt, and professional service that I was provided! 10/10 would absolutely recommend, if you’re looking for auto parts, this is where you wanna go!

08/5/23 ok i called m97 in warren looking for a spare tire and rim for my truck was told that they had what i needed gave me a price told them i would be there within the hour to purchase when i got there the guy told me that he forgot that his yard people were backup and would not be able to get it for me today because they would have to take it off that i could go look around if i find one already off he would sell me that one so i look around for about 15 mins told him i seen a few of them on a couple trucks would have took 5 mins to get it for me but he chose to act like it was impossible to get it today after i took the time to drive up there and I was a paying customer . just was very unprofessional ..............

I came in on Saturday they didn't have time to pull my part before closing so I paid and they said I could have it Monday. I called today (Monday) to see when I could pick it up and was told that no one showed up for work and I couldn't have it today. I drove an hour each way Saturday to come down here then wasted an hour each way today to come get a refund. They tried to double talk and walk back things they said. Then acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting them to keep their word. I will never do business here again. The customer service is non existent.
Stay away from this place purchase engine end up bad engine called over 10 times they keep lying to us saying we will call you back Will be there tomorrow to pick it up. Never called never showed up never picked it up. We out of $1500. Now we paying lawyer to take them to court to collect our money.
They do not inspect their parts properly. They told me the bumper was in A condition as well as the suspension assembly. Both parts were damaged. They would only give me store credit.
Came in for a replacement side view mirror and the manager came outside in the rain to make sure they were selling me the correct part. Top class service, price better than I was expecting, no more "you find it and remove it" part sellers. Thank You M-97 and Joe.
I will never work with this dealership again. Their customer service is terrible! After the way I was treated, I'm almost surprised I even received my security deposit back which is legally required by their own contract. I registered with M-97 as a broker to help me purchase a vehicle from an online auction on June 28th ($150 non-refundable membership fee + $400 deposit). Within one hour of ordering a license the auction ended. I called immediately after to request a full refund since I never had an opportunity to use their brokerage service. The gentleman said he would have to talk to his manager and call me back. For four weeks I had to call or email them every week - each week I was promised a call back but never received it. Then I started calling every two weeks - same thing, I was promised calls back but never received them. Communication back and forth was better in August. I finally had everything settled on August 23rd - TWO MONTHS later! And this was just for a simple reimbursement of money they legally owed me according to their contract. I'd be very nervous of how communication would go if there were any negotiations involved. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one star is because they did refund me half of my non-refundable membership fee, bringing the total refund to $525 ($400 deposit + $75 half of membership fee).
