I purchased to use transmission for my 2010 Chrysler Town & Country from this facility and had it installed, and the transmission was junk the mechanic diagnosed the problem with the transmission, saying that it had a bad torque converter, lock up switch in it. I informed the business of that the business Still told me the only thing that they could do was refund. My money for the trans, because they didn't have another in that price range. These folks lied first they said the trans was tested and then and then the customer service is really crazy. I needless to say I will never spend another dollar with these people. You are at your own risk when dealing with this business because they are not reputable.
These reviews are not respective of the true experience you receive here. Clearly anyone that's had a bad experience has left a poor review, but not nearly enough are reporting how good of service Neuner's actually provides. Prices are great, customer service is great.
On 9/12/25, went to this shitty, shady business to retrieve my things after being in a motor vehicle accident 9/11/25. The guy with nose ring and tattoos on both legs, walked me to the back and sent me on my way. I get a letter from State saying abandoned vehicle or vessel. My vehicle was completely totalled. I call Neuners' and was told to go there. Get there the same guy from 9/12/25, calls me up. I explained about the letter I got. To make a long story short, he says I owe $920, never said anything about fees or gave me any options until yesterday, 9/29/25. He says you can pay the fee and get it towed home or where ever. I can see how much my guy will give you, you sign the title over and pay the difference. Or do noting let the state send to auction and if it sells for more than the fees you get the difference, if not goes into collection and you're responsible for the fees; mean while it will continue to incure fees until sent to auction. Again, mentioned none of this on 9/12. They are deceptive, greedy, rude, unethical, lying cheats. Ohhhh, cash only, exact change! He intentionally withheld information to make more money, if he shared this info during my initial interaction it was nothing in it for them, because I showed up one day after the accident.
I asked for a manager, wasn't there supposedly, he told me to call the number on the yellow side of the business card, did that, on hold for over 10 mintes, I was told all are busy, place back on hold, comes back to the phone now they're all out. When it was established might have been a good company with values but that ship has sailed far far away.The cities of Warren, Center line and Eastpoint should partner with a more reputable company and stop putting money in these slime balls pocket.
Make sure they actually can touch the part before you drive out there -- 3 hour trip each way for a part they said they had in stock on the shelf. Talked to 2 different people once earlier in the week and once in the morning just before I drove out there. Once I was there they actually bothered to walk into the back room to look and guess what? No part. Waste of a day and a lot of gas.
DO NOT BUY A MOTOR FROM THIS COMPANY
THEY DO NOT TEST THE MOTORS. JUST GOT A BAD MOTOR FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THEN THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD ANOTHER ONE FOR AN EXTRA $300 MORE.

Honestly what happened here? Dispatch has forgotten about me twice. And on tue day of the scheduled pickup just a complete no call no show. And when I called just to see if the driver would call ahead of arrival. Im told that the pickup would have to be made on Monday because I was forgotten about. And not one single apology instead I was hung up on when I asked if I could just cancel the pickup. Mind you, I was not condescending or rude at all as I was genuinely just surprised that they had dropped the ball so badly. Never again will I bother with neuners. R.i.p.
I’ve had enough of this place. I own multiple shops and every single time I’ve dealt with this junk yard, it’s been a problem — but this time was the last straw. I ordered a part that was listed online at a certain price. When I called in, the lady on the phone tried to price gouge me, even though the price was clearly listed. After speaking with someone else, they finally honored the listed price.
Two days later, the part shows up — and of course, it’s the wrong one. We call back and they say they’ll get the correct part to us the next day. That day comes and goes — not a call, not an update, nothing. I call to follow up because I have a customer waiting, and the same lady who tried to rip us off gives me nothing but attitude. She literally hung up in my face three times.
This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. When you run multiple shops, time matters — and they clearly don’t care about that. They’ve screwed up orders before, but this was the worst by far. If you’re in the automotive business and need reliable parts or basic communication, avoid this junk yard at all costs.

Lacking the ability to order or even double check incoming parts. I went here twice, only to find the wrong part ordered both times. I called and confirmed it was the correct part, both times. Still drove over an hour for the wrong part Waste of time and money. Just shrugged shoulders and disingenuous "sorry" on both accounts. Go anywhere else.
My car got towed there they would let me tow it out called 2 companies they had all the paper work they needed still wouldn’t release my car they offered to buy my car for $200
I purchased a salvage part from them from them I didn't need to remove it it was just given to me after a very minimal payment it didn't work. So they got me a different one it works great. They never asked me to pay for the other one. Recommend them they're awesome
Called about a part, they said it's available, come get it. I drove over 40 min in rush hour only to be told that they can't find it.

I called asking for a part they told me its on the shelf, I drove more than hour and 30 minutes to get there and after I got they charged me 25$ extra from what they told me on the phone. They made me wait outside in the sun for like 15 minutes to pick up but no one came to assist me. After I walked inside and asked them about it they told me they don't have it. No body even bothered to walk outside and tell me that they can't find it. They refunded me and told me that there's nothing we can do for you.
Bad customer service, not organized, careless employees, not professional, and not honest.

Called 1st thing in the morning (8-9am) for a part spoke with a female and asked her to verify if it was a complete unit. She stated she'd call back. About 1pm still hadn't heard anything. So I call back, same female states oh yeah it's here and complete I forgot to call back. So I tell her I'm coming to get it. Drove 30 min one way to get this part. Get there, they don't have it. She stays I dunno I asked someone else. Complete waste of time. If you have ANY other option go there. NEUNERS is a complete waste of time if your speaking to the female in the office selling parts.

Called and verified they had a rear axle assembly. Drove an hour to pick it up. Was told when I arrived, there was a core charge, which I wasn’t aware of. Waited 20 minutes for them to bring it out. Than told they do not have it and have no idea where it is at. Approximately 2.5 hrs of wasted time, $25 waste of fuel, because they cannot keep accurate inventory, and have the ability to lose entire truck axles. Too much trouble for them to check their inventory for you.

These people are nothing but thieves.
Someone rare ended my car and totaled it. So while I was on my way to the hospital, the city took the car to these people.
When I went after the hospital they wanted to charge me $75 for each day. The car was there or I can sell them the car for $350.
After I agreed on selling it to them, they only end up giving me $ 150 because they changed their mind.
They are just kind of people who try to take advantage of others and take advantage of the situation they are in.

i called them for a bumper for 2014 they said they have it but i have to pay a deposit and after two days it will be ready to pick it up . i asked them again to make sure , is it 2014 ? they said yes 2014 , i asked them if i can pay over the phone because it's about 56 miles away from me they said no i should go and pay there . i was like ok . i drove 56 miles and i told them i came to pay the deposit for the 2014 bumper . they told me the car they have 2009 . i told them i just called you and you said yes 2014 . they said sorry it's 2009 that's what they have . i got very upset and i had to drive 56 miles again to get back home . it's really sad to deal with people who are not honest .
These people were polite even when I was put on hold I wasn't on hold for very long when I got there to get my part there was four people in line the line moved moderately decent pace my part used was probably $40 cheaper than a regular part at the store so this was a good visit
I wish I could give the guy behind the desk zero stars. I think he was the owner idk but he had red hair. Basically sold me a bad tire. I had paid to get it out on and the tire shop shown me a bubble in the tire. I called for a replace and they charged me for another tire. So all and all I had to pay for two tires because they sold me a bad one and had to pay the tire shop twice because they had to do they services twice. The staff basically laugh at me while saying “I understand the spot your in”

I share from a former claims employee and present customer. Customer service is a plus especially Jessica who answers phone 90% of time by second ring! Always pleasant. If the guys overheard and can help, they chime in when I'm there...and that's a lot lately (I have 31 bonus kids lol). I pass at least 40 parts places to shop here. Thank you for great service!
Worst experience ever. They are robbers. Their prices are high compared to others. They are very hard to deal with. Nit flexible at all. They have their own rules that does not align with state laws. Staff were not willing to help except for one that was really nice. I got a price on the phone and i told them i will pay with credit card. After driving one hour they added 3% to the price because im paying with credit card which they failed to mention on the phone. They charge 3% for debit card. Im a business owner and I know bank are not allowed to charge business more than 0.99% on debt card by law. So this robbery place is making 2% profit on debit card payment claiming its not theirs.
Gave me wrong part and wouldn’t exchange for right one because I was a few days over the 30 days. I’m not a mechanic, I’m a single mom trying to make ends meet and had to find someone to put part on and when I finally did find someone to help me I found out they ( neuters)gave me wrong side. Would it really been that hard to exchange since it was never put on my car. Could have gotten a good review instead you get this review. I understand policy, but I also know that kindness matters too. Will take my business elsewhere next time.
