The first experience was fantastic, my newest interaction was AWFUL. Dealing with the owner who kept putting me off. Strung me along for 3 days. Either someone is buyer my junk classic car or not. Tell me no and let me move on to someone else.
This is the one you want to call to pick up your junk cars. Theresa was very friendly, helpful and fulfilled her promise, ( unlike the other company). She explained the process and was true to her word.
She sent John out and he worked really hard to get us out of a tight spot. Thank you so very much John.
Overall great service even on the weekend I was able to get service with in 2hrs of my call and reasonable pricing considering the year make and model : John was very respectful and helpful regarding transaction. Thanks D1
If I could give 0 stars I would. They did NOT honor their quote and the guy that arrived was extremely rude and condescending. I was offered $475 on the phone and when he arrived he lowballed me and was only offering $325. When I wouldn’t take the offer he told me that I wasted his time and asked me why I would even call them. Horrible experience would not recommend to anyone.

Needed my car removed after a so called friend took my car to put a new motor and brought it back in parts. Shawn was very respectful and kind would always refer him to others. Thank you again

This company was by far one of the best experiences if not actually it is definitely the best experience I've ever had with a tow company he was here so fast despite being at the doctors and actually gave me what he said he'd pay for it which was higher than everybody else who gave you by $100 fast service and awesome service very friendly I would definitely recommend this company to anybody out there and I'll use them again for sure
Excellent people to deal with. Actually arrived a bit early, payed what they promised (in cash), and shared some automotive/industry knowledge. Professional, knowledgeable, considerate and down to earth gentleman running an efficient business.

Wow! DI Junkers was great. Shawn came right on the time we agreed to. His manner was pleasant and accommodating. My car was sunk in the grass in the backyard and he was able to back in and retrieve it.
There was no quibbling over the price he quoted over the phone, and he immediately paid in cash.
Shawn suggested that I take a picture of his driver’s license laid on the title and also a picture of the car hooked up to his tow truck .
