Very disappointed. I contacted them about purchasing my vehicle and they told me they would be out between 3:30 and 4pm. I waited until 5:30pm then called and was told that she would contact her driver and get right back with me. Again, I sat waiting but did not receive a call back so I tried calling again but kept getting voicemail. I called the next morning to find out what was going on. When the man answered, I told him who I was and asked what was going on that nobody showed up the day before. I told him that if he was not interested in the vehicle anymore, that was fine. Just let me know so I can move on to the next person. He assured me that he wanted the vehicle and told me his guy would be in at 2 PM and promised me that he would be to my house by 3 PM. Again Nobody showed up. Quite irritated by this time I tried calling to see if maybe he was running late and began getting voicemail yet again. Feeling at this point that I am being avoided, I grabbed my daughter’s phone and conveniently they picked right up. It is so inconsiderate to waste peoples time. They were given ample opportunity to tell me if they had changed their mind, but continue to reassure me that he did want the vehicle and that he would get somebody to the house to pick it up. I literally wasted two days on them. I HIGHLY recommend bypassing their number and moving onto the next. Save yourself the headache of dealing with them.
Had a 4 o’clock pickup. Called at 3 to make sure waited around calling them till they closed with the same responses. He’s in route. Don’t use them if u value your time.
Came and got my car same day, with cash in hand. REALLY hated to see my Buick go, but had to happen.
