My car had cam shaft leak i took it to hamilton. Matt was the service representative they said the car is ok and i took it back and it was still leaking. I took it back to them. My car stayed there for almost a month and half at the end the manager i think his name is scott and matt told me they can't fix it because its not leaking enough for them to fix. They said they drove the car and it wasnt leaking i took the car back and drove it for a week and it was leaking i sent videos to matt again him and scott said its not leaking enough to be fixed. I took the car somewhere else and they fixed it right away for me and gave me a rental right away. These guys are not doing their job and i will be filing a complaint with GM.

I brought my vehicle in a 9 am, I called at 4 pm to find out the tech who was supposed to work on my vehicle left early. I told the advisor a phone call would have been nice, and I didn't get an apology, just excuses, very disappointing.

Finally got the correct part number for my G8 base model to get a replacement timing chain cover. Although they had none, the number he gave me allowed me to find the part on ebay. My 2 year search is over!

I had brought my 2021 Buick Encore in for service. Matt definitely made sure to get every issue i had fixed. Very courteous and great service. I originally bought my 21 encore at Ed Rinke and serviced there which they couldn't find the issue. Matt and the service team found and fixed all my issues that I had mentioned. I am very glad I had switched to Hamilton Chevrolet. Thanks Matt Ackerman.

I experienced poor communication and follow up from my service advisor. He would not return phone calls regarding status of my vehicle. After 4 days I had to go to dealer in person a couple of times to receive information. I was disappointed with this experience since I had received good service in the past. I hope the behavior of this service advisor is the exception and not the current standard at Hamilton Chevrolet.

I just bought an equinox from Hamilton Chevrolet and Ive been in high-end sales for manny year and let me say, Anissa Glover is the best of the best! Her Kindness and customer service are exceptional. Also there was a warm family feeling in every part of the dealership. I will definitely buy more cars from then down the road! Wanted to thank service staff for a wonderful job repairing parents vehicle. Vehicle was in for service multiple times. No one could figure out what was happening and why till Matt from service assured me entire vehicle would be looked at to determine the issues which is exactly what happened . Matt and staff went out of their way to make sure vehicle was repaired and parents would be safe driving it . Vehicle runs like new appreciate all the time that was put into the vehicle to assure my parents safety . Thank you to entire staff including management for all your help . Matt communicated and addressed all our issues appreciate great customer service and will definitely be referring all my friends and family . Thank you

Had a great experience at Hamilton Chevrolet! I needed to service our family car for a long trip back home to Florida and they really went out of their way to accommodate and fit me in the schedule. HC has always been our “go to” for service work on our vehicles. This time, however, “the love” goes to Scott K and the team in the Body Shop! The work they did to correct a nasty scratch was flawless… which, I suppose, is to be expected in a GM authorized shop. What really pushed this review to five stars is the way Scott handled our project from beginning to end. Without going into the finite details, Scott made sure we were happy campers at every turn; from loaner to final bill, Scott was a true professional and awesome representative of his brand!

They kept my Camaro for at MORE THEN ten days. I received one phone call. I had to call 4x. They charged me $2000, did not fix the issue, after they told me it was fixed. Now I’m probably going to have to sue them . After all this, they couldn’t even wash the car prior to giving it back. The car was sitting for almost two weeks. I’ll never come back here again EVER.. I will spread the word to all everyone I know and social media. Hamilton service is 100% a joke..

I was back into Hamilton for oil change today. Again outstanding service. All the way from Donna setting up the appointment, to Mike writing up service, Robert performing the work and Jennifer cashing me out and explaining the points system to me. Everyone here is so helpful and the pricing of services is very competitive for the area. I highly recommend them.

I called the dealership on Monday morning of June 30th, 2025, and was transferred to Brittany Danna. She explained that the vehicle I was inquiring about was no longer available, but she had new 2026 available in the same make/model for a very comparable price. We walked in an hour later, and was greeted and welcomed by the front desk and Brittany immediately. She was professional, nice, and has a great sense of humor and presence. We test drove the vehicle (2026 Equinox LT) and immediately knew it was exactly what we were looking for. Brittany took her time as she ran through numerous numbers/options until we were comfortable and excited about the purchase and then helped us figure out the financing with the finance department, in which Tyler Acton took over to help us finalize the purchase. We traded our very used and loved car in, and walked out with our new vehicle that same afternoon. Could not be anymore pleased and thankful for the amazing experience we had with Brittany, Tyler, and the Hamilton Chevrolet Dealership. We will definitely be recommending both Brittany and Tyler, and the dealership to many more, as we already have! THANK YOU!

Hamilton Chevy was great. Brittany Danna helps me with the transition from my old lease to my new Silverado lease without issues, she present different payment options as requested due the different vehicle discounts and promotions as well as provide a good guidance during the purchasing/ delivery process. She also present the maintenance shop as good option for future vehicle service.

Serviced my wife's Camaro SS today and was extremely satisfied with the treatment I received. Management had me work with Matt who even introduced me to the technician servicing the SS. This team cares about the customer and the vehicle!!! It's a longer drive for me to Hamilton Chevrolet but worth it. Thanks again Matt !!! PS: Amenities are a nice touch in the waiting area, best popcorn in town!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Hamiliton Chevrolet, but I want to give special recognition to a few employees. These 3 employees that I have dealt with the past 2 weeks have have been nothing but amazing. All 3 have been EXTREMELY patient, helpful, they listened to my concerns, answered any and all questions, were compassionate with everything I went through with my car that unfortunately became totaled due to flood damage. No matter how many times a day I called or emailed, they never once treated me as if I was a bother. Very professional from beginning to end. I now have a new 2025 Chevy Trax bought from Hamiliton. I will never go anywhere else but Hamiliton for any service. Had an issue with the back camera on my car and Matt really came through. Super friendly, helpful, and got it fixed way faster than I expected. Absolutely terrible experience. I dropped off my vehicle over a week ago for a transmission issue, and I’ve been completely left in the dark ever since. Not a single phone call, no updates, no communication whatsoever. I’ve tried calling multiple times just to get a status update or at least an idea of what’s going on, but all I’ve gotten is excuses or vague answers—if I get a response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to not even know if your vehicle is being looked at or just sitting there collecting dust. This level of poor communication and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I expected better professionalism from a dealership. If you value your time, your money, or even basic respect—go somewhere else. Seems like a bunch of incompetent bunch working over there. I wish I took my vehicle elsewhere. I’m sharing this so you don’t waste your time there. If it’s a simple oil change they’re great anything else, oh boy be ready for the ultimate waiting in the dark experience.

I bought a car from here and it was overall a good experience. I don't live nearby, but over the phone I put a deposit down and the salesperson answered all my questions. A few days later they brought the car all the way to a sister dealership near me so that I could test drive and then buy the car. So they did go above and beyond in bringing the car to me and matching the trade in offer I had received elsewhere. They handled all the paperwork and I spent very little time other than test driving the car. The car was the best deal around for that model, as well. My only issue is they sent me photos of the car saying it would be cleaned before they brought it, but it looked the same. The detailing was either skipped to save money or just not done very well. I ended up getting the car detailed for $150 and it now looks 100% better. The detailer said some places around the seats made his rags turn black. They did not offer to help with the detailing even though I mentioned it.
