Beware of this shop. I came in for a small noise from my wheel, and they quoted me $250 for unnecessary work. After negotiating to $120, the mechanic pretended to work on my car but never even removed the tire (he couldn’t have—my wheels have locks, and he never asked for the key).
In the end, he simply tightened a single loose caliper bolt and charged me $120. No real work was done.
This place is dishonest and takes advantage of customers. Avoid them at all costs.
Should get 0 star. Came here to get alignment, messed it up even more. And then told me i need to pay more to fix it? Charged me $60. And then wanted $100 more to fix it?
Don’t come here for your repairs, they overcharge like no tomorrow, they’ll strip your bolts and over-torque your things.. don’t even come here for a diagnostic.. they don’t know how to find anything and will peirce your ball joints. Avoid at all costs. Learn from me.
Beware of this place… They will charge you full price for used parts… Customer service is not good. They are not professional and they really don’t care… I do not recommend this place to anyone… The owner and the mechanic named Sam had an attitude with me when a part they were replaced broke… Come to find out the part they used to replace my part was used and old. they had the audacity to have an attitude with me. They did not give me a write up or an itemized receipt in detail of what they replaced and had the audacity to tell me not come back. Stay away!!!!
So the repair that they repaired broke twice!!!!
I demanded my money back as the tried to convince me that the part they replaced was new…. EVERYONE TAKE A LOOK AT MY OHOTOS… the first picture is they initial fix and the second one was there replacement with a poor weld…

Avoid this place at all costs. My car broke down at the meijers nearby and i pushed it over to this auto shop and waited till they were open. They told me they will call me after diagnosing it. I get a call from him a hour and a half later and he told me my engine was bad and that it will cost 3400 to replace with a different used engine. It made no sense to me that the engine was bad so i had it towed to a different auto shop. They other auto shop told me that it was the starter that was bad. This place could have scammed me for 3400 dollar repair when the other shop managed to fix it for 350. I am so glad i got a second opinion. A miss diagnostic almost cost me 3400. I also forgot to mention they charged me 120 for diagnosing my car issue wrong.
One of the worst shops I have ever been in.
They don't even know how to install an O2 sensor... Please save yourself the trouble and don't come here.
They literally YouTube how to fix issues. After all the years in business, how do you not know how to do basic repair jobs
Nice guys. However, I called and informed them the issues I was having with my car and was told they could fix it. I arrived there and the mechanic told me he didn’t know how to fix my issue with my vents..without even doing a diagnostic test. I think I should have been told they weren’t equipped to fix my issue over the phone instead of driving here and be told they can’t fix it before I got a chance to walk in the building. Again, nice guys, but I feel my time was wasted. I used a PTO day to come here.
I got a brake job done.
The whole works in the back rear My brakes go all the way to the floor when I push down and he said it was ok. It's been a week later. My brakes still go all the way to the floor I'm not dumb. Every time I looked up. Something else needed to be repaired I feel like I got played I have to take my car to another shop to fix what they screwed up. These are not the same people when I went there years ago. They are mean Arrogant people with the napoleon complex. The mechanic was smoking cigarettes in my car. I got oil hands prints all over my car and on the inside in my floor. Don't go here but if you do, make sure your car is fixed before you give them the money. They don't give no paperwork I will not never be going back. And the one star is for at least they did put it back together.
The guy didn't know what he was talking about. We spent $700 on nonsense that made the car worse. He told me to bring it back the next day, but then he changed his mind and said to come back the day after. How is that professional? We gave up on getting our money back, and so will you if you decide to take your car there. They are useless.
I’m always happy with my service. Nick & Thamer does a great job at keeping me up to date on what is needed on my vehicle. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It’s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly.

I went to the shop the other day because my serpantine belt was squealing. The mechanic told me it was a pulley but would not specify which one. he said most likely it was the water pump pulley. I asked how much to replace it, the mechanic told me Its $350. Right after they told me that price I took my car to the marathon gas station at 12 mile and Ryan they did the pulley(job) for me for a $100 including labor and the part. The job literally took them 20 minutes that's including the time it took for the part to be delivered
What a horrible place!! My father in law just took his truck to Nick's auto repair and they took such advantage of him. He's a 75 year old man and was broke down hundreds of miles from home so they charged him $900 to remove 1 bolt off the starter in his truck. That's all they did for $900. I wish he had read all these horrible reviews before going there. They are some pathetic people to take advantage of an old man like that. And now there is something else wrong with it. My guess is it's something they broke to get him to return but there's no way he's going back there.
Worst shop i have ever been too. They lied to me and then just used a coat hanger to attach my muffler to the car. Upon leaving the store they basically told me what was wrong with the vehicle , didn’t fix it but still charged here. Here is a pic of their great work.
Terrible service! WORST AUTO REPAIR!! They damage your car and charge you for it. Charged me for fixing my tires and didn’t last 1 day. Charged me $160 for absolutely nothing. Worst alignment. Do not go near that place. My car dealer did not charge $60 for oil change. What kind of scam is this? Take your money elsewhere.
Spent a grand for him to “fix” a gas leak that said would cost 600 then after agreed said we had to change all these pipes, went up to a grand, paid him picked up the truck Ans went home. When time came to put gas, the truck wouldn’t fill up, pump kept stopping. I already wasn’t satisfied with his work so took it else where and sure enough he fixed the leak but screwed up something else that has to do with the gas tank! Never again taking it back to that place!! He will fix one thing and ruin another for you to take it back to him just to make money! Not to fix the problems!
This was a very unpleasant experience. Barley Spoke English, Used cheap parts and made me overpay. This shop is the reason mothers and young Adults worry and dread going to mechanics. Tom purchased 80 worth of parts from auto zone and claimed they where 130 dollars me knowing better having worked on my brakes in the past I knew this was bogus. At the end when I ask how much he says 220 dollars so he wants 160 dollars for 28 min of labor I timed them. Here comes the funny part my brakes still failed on the way back, so not only did he make me overpay but he didn't fix the issue and could have put drivers training students at risk. This would be the last place I would take my car!!!!
These guys have no clue what they’re doing. Took my car and said it would be an simple fix; instead they caused an undeniable amount of problems. The head gasket valve became damaged causing my engine to flood with oil. This caused a mis firing in my first engine cylinder, making my car to shake ferociously as I was driving it back home. They even have the audacity to make me pay for the damage they caused. Needless to say I took it to another shop. 0/10.
Beware. SCAM. Me and my friend went there to get his heating/cooling system on his car fixed. Mechanic there said it was simple. He states it will take a half an hour. I come back and the mechanic then tells me the fix didn’t work and now there are additional engine problems. Kept the car for two days additionally. Charged me for his attempted fix. Didn’t work after that still. He asked me to keep it there for additional work afterwards. I refused because at this point it felt like a complete scam. Based on previous reviews and feedback there needs to be investigation conducted on this shady business. I truly believe they are intentionally messing up cars to charge for additional service. Don’t come here. Avoid. Report where you can.
This shop sucks plain and simple. I went there last Monday to swap my winter tires to the summer ones. The cost was average, the timing they gave me was 1 hour. After two hours I was still sitting there so I went to the shop to see what was going on. The vehicle was still on the hoist with no wheels, nobody around. Finally they put the wheels back and I drove away. Then after while I started hearing a knocking sound at the front right wheel when turning left. I checked it out when I came back to my place the same afternoon. Believe or not but those guys intentionally knocked off the washer and the rubber cushion off the sway bar link to make me to return the vehicle back to them for additional repair. I know that for the fact because 2 days earlier I had my sway bar bushings replaced and everything with the links was fine. Stay away from this place.
