Not a reliable company, Really don’t even deserve the one star. Called in the morning Spoke to A lady named Britney I told her I need service for today to move a pod out the way and move a container in its place.. she gave me a quote. I agreed and told me that they’ll be out at 4 so I emptied out the pod To make the job easier And then they call me at 3:30pm saying that they are slammed and no one can come out today That I had to wait till the morning, so I informed Her that I emptied out the pod That had a lot of products in it, and this is at a business That didn’t matter, she told me to Put the product back into the pod So disgraceful
Wrecked my wheel when I was forced onto a curb by a drag racer. It was acting up enough I didn't think it would make it to my mechanic. Mike got to my house fast, and had at my tire guys in less than half an hour. Best of all, the price was fair and I didn't have to deal w the crooks at Boulevard. True pros, thank you again!
I've used Detroit Towing group twice now. Both times went smoothly. Aaron the first time, Mike the second time. Both drivers were excellent. Fast, professional and very friendly service. Will continue to recommend to friends and family.

Rude driver in truck 109. While towing a truck the driver would weave his truck so another driver couldn't get in front of him. He drove a pickup off of the road.
As a municipal customer I cannot say who I work for but.. we had a fire engine that was going to another vendor for a problem that was dealer specific. The truck died on me between vendors and I had to call for a hook. I believe Aaron was the operator, sorry if I am wrong. He was awesome and got the truck to Michigan Cat.
Very rude confronted company of damages to my semi an they played stupid never did they inform me about damages that happened Monday seen the damages Thursday. They offered 100$ an remove review I told them 200$ watch the review go bye bye they said no so it stays. Also going to report them to the BBB
I called detroit towing group to help me unstack some dumpsters today and Aaron who arrived very quickly in one of the most beautiful trucks I've seen was very prompt to finish the task at hand. He knew what he was doing. Not only did he provide me great service but he also went a step further and helped me fix my trailer something he did not have to do but insisted he did. I know who I will only be calling from now on you guys are amazing
These guys are great. They qouted me a very good price to tow my semi truck for about 60 miles back to detroit from ohio. They dont take advantage of you being broke down far from home. Tow truck was dispatched and on his way emmidiatly after I called and showed up on time. Nice new equipment. Very proffessional and experianced driver. He was extemely nice did a great job.
The Tow truck driver gave me a time that he would be at our business to pickup our 22 foot box truck and he was back at the exact time and did a great job…
Call Greg and stated I need a tow from Fremont, OH back to Detroit. He gave me a fair and honest quote and did as he said. Came within 2hrs and towed my truck with care to the repair shop of my choosing with no hiccups. I definitely will use them again anytime I need a tow. Good people!
Ifyou are looking for quality look no further. Greg Ott and his crew is the best. As well as official towing they don't make em like theese guys anymore
no fireworks, no cursing, nothing broken, very quick and painless on a rainy Monday night. I was expecting a circus...dude just flew in, pulled me out from under the trailer, hooked up quick, and dropped me off at the repair shop without a scratch. These guys are awesome, quick, safe, and very nice rates! Won't even need to go through dispatch next time to know who to call. I got a ride in the yellow one!

Service is excellent, drivers are very helpful and friendly and they arrive within a half hour to an hour of placing a call. Would definitely recommend them to others.
