This place has to be what warren PD uses as an impound because these people treat you like you're a criminal right away. Dissmissive, rude, unwilling to provide any information without payment first.
I was a victim of an accident, the police had to have my car towwed, they called bill's, the tow truck took my car without any direction on where i needed it to go. Bills kept it in their yard.
Their receptionist spoke like i was interrupting them, their attitude was as if my call was a rude imposition but all i was asking for was how to get my car out.
The printout from the police listed a tow price close to 200$, but the receptionist says im to be charged 320$ plus a tow out to the repair site of my choice. So expect hidden fees, and exponentially increased costs of keeping the car there.
If you have a choice, don't let Bill's towing take your vehicle yo their lot.
The worst place ever I seen in my life the worst employee ever I seen in my life inside they working they give you hard hard hard time. Do you go inside to pick up your stuff from your vehicle and remove my plate the worst place ever never ever go inside
