I ordered a rim on 8/27 lady said it would be shipped and I'll receive it in 2 days I was like thank you soooo much because I couldn't get to work. Thursday no nothing came I called talk to a guy "not saying names" he said we'll I don't know why she said that it's scheduled to be shipped tomorrow on friday it'll be there Tuesday I said okay I cant miss more work so Tuesday right "YES". Tuesday nothing call back oh we just sent it out today well it was scheduled to be sent last friday. Thanks no rim no job now. Better communication would be nice.

I’ve been frequenting their yards for years. I do miss their Oak Park yard. Nevertheless, they have always been professional, helpful and courteous. They have always been my first choice.

Called for a engine and it sounded great on the call until I arrived and I was told a whole different year of the engine. Very rude workers and will never come back.

Russell is the kind of professional you want to have the privilege of having help you. I live in Colorado so I found this part online and ordered it, paid and a couple of days later I got a text saying that the shipping was incorrect for the product that I owed more. Now, in the world of commerce, if a customer has already paid in full including shipping for a product (considering that it was the companies program that charged me) the company selling the product is obligated to ship the product. Apparently there was a mistake with the online process, Russell‘s team reached out to me stating that there had been a mistake and that I needed to pay more (after i had already paid and their system has accepted my payment and even sent me an email confirming my payment and the part I had ordered would ship soon). I asked for a supervisor and Russell Called me and even though their system has mass a mistake ( I offered to split the difference shipping with them). Russell was very professional, he acknowledged my perspective and authorized the shipment and I couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided and the product l received. Well done Highway Autoparts. And a shout out to Russell!! Grille looks great and wife is happy……happy wife, happy life.

These people are professional. I ordered a part and had to cancel and they immediately refunded my money no questions asked. I actually ended up coming in and buying the part anyway. They were the only ones that had it. I drove 2 hours to get and it was worth it.

Honestly these guys are awesome! I'm from Cleveland and my window got broken from a concert I went to. I couldn't find anyone in my area with the part I needed so I called them and ordered it and they got it sent over from another place. Unfortunately it arrived damaged but they were extremely friendly. They offered to refund me, give me the window and even continue to look for a new one for me. Genuinely made my life so stress-free and helped me out so much. I'd recommend them to anyone.

It might seem strange, but this is one of those places that restores your faith in humanity. I went in not knowing what to expect but got honest service and a fair price on the parts I needed. It may take a little time to get through the line, but the staff here were honest and honestly helpful. Kudos to them!

I ordered a tail light several months back and received the wrong side. When I had texted their number, someone would reply, but then completely ignore me when I had asked about receiving the correct tail light after they had informed me a new one would be sent.

It took us 3 trips to try and get a gas tank. The 1st time they sold us the wrong one. 2nd time we had to take that one back and they sold us one that they said was the right one. Well we took it to get it put on. It had a whole in it. So we had to take that back. That's 3 times all the way from west Jackson Michigan. Waste of time and gas ( which is liquid gold now a days) Still no gas tank 😥

Bad customer service, parts are horrible condition and unfair prices. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Just want to highly recommend this company and their staff. I needed a tail light for my Chevy Equinox and there was a question if it was a LED. They made sure I had the correct part and even put it on for me. Saved me $300.00 the dealership would have charged. Thank you gentlemen for the great customer service!

The assistance that I got from a gentleman named Scott, was perfect. I called and told them what I needed. By the time I got there, everything was almost set up. I believe in highway auto in Roseville highly. I had a bent Tire rim Pretty Reasonable too.

I work for a local plumbing company and needed what I thought was a basic part for my work truck. After trying 3 other big named parts stores and coming up empty. I came in here, the guy at the counter was great. Even though I knew nothing about my work truck he was still able to find my part super fast. I was in and out in minutes. Great work Lenny.
