Jerry is beyond a five-star experience! He was absolutely amazing and helped us with everything we needed during our holiday weekend in Lakeview. As someone with no prior boating experience, I truly appreciated how patient and understanding he was. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions (even when I called multiple times), and was always incredibly responsive.
Jerry delivered the boat straight to our Airbnb and picked it up afterward, which made everything effortless for us. Thanks to him, we had a wonderful time on the lake. Both Jerry and his wife are so kind and friendly—they couldn’t have been nicer. Absolutely the best of the best, Jerry is super knowledgeable and a genuinely good guy. I was struggling doing the service on my mercury and Jerry took time out of his busy schedule to help me get it done. Just amazing. A giant thank you.
I have not personally used his services yet, but I encountered him at a local boat ramp. He had already launched his boat and stayed back to help the next boat with a mechanical issue for free. By the time he fixed that boat, another boat had launched and was having mechanical issues. He also fixed that one for free! I know where to bring my boat when I need help.
My 1978 Evinrude 9.9 was acting up after running great for 3 years. Three other places rejected me without even looking at it stating it wasn't worth fixing or it was too old. I was feeling down n out as I can't afford another motor right now. I passed by Jerry's and stopped not knowing much about what services he offered. He was so friendly and kind! What an awesome guy!
