Scoob’s towing was very kind, helpful and responsive during a stressful situation. He towed my daughter’s car to his lot after an accident on her way home from college. He was able to repair it enough to be drivable and held it at his lot until she came back downstate from Christmas break. He even met her on a Sunday so she could pick it up. All interactions with him were kind and helpful. I really appreciate his help! Would definitely recommend his services.
My vehicle wouldn't start when I was out running errands. Called and he showed up quickly and figured out what was wrong and easily fixed the, thankfully, simple issue for me.
Additionally, we have had to used Scoob's multiple times for towing purposes in 2025. Josh always shows up quickly and is professional about towing our vehicles and gets them where needed in a very timely manner. His rates are reasonable.
Had a flat and they were able to get out to me on a Sunday night and change it out very quickly. Didn’t even have to wait outside. For sure be using them again.

Axle Surgeons broke down in the middle of no where, he was very patient with us trying to figure where we were. No signal for gps. Dropped our vehicle off at the repair shop and took us home. Great guy and awesome sense of humor.
Scoob’s Towing, LLC potentially caused damage to our son’s car and is unwilling to work with us on repairs. 🙄 The foglight trim was missing prior to the tow. However, neither party took pictures before the services. 2 weeks I’ve been working with them and my insurance to figure this out. Now they are unwilling to give out their insurance carrier.
Josh went above and beyond, if I could review extra stars I would. Great guy, not only did he tow my truck but also repaired the issue himself. Couldn't have asked for anything better, best wishes man, appreciate all the help.
Btw, ABS reset on the dash and truck is running great. 👍🏼
After calling he showed up within 10 minutes to assess my situation. After recovery he charged me a very reasonable rate, and I would definitely call him for my future towing and recovery needs.
Great place great employees. For the dude crying about the 150 for a tow maybe buy your own tow truck and the insurance and tow it yourself bet you’d rather pay the 150. Keep up the great work guys
I got my car stuck in a pretty deep snow drift and called Scoob's Towing. He was very nice on the phone and in person. He knew exactly what to do and got me out of there so fast! We hit a deer on a Friday night and our truck wasn't drivable. We were just passing through on vacation and had no idea who to call. We are so thankful that we found Scoob's. Josh got to us in about 20 minutes and had us on our way in record time. His rates are extremely reasonable and he couldn't have been nicer. We'd give 6 stars if we could!

Had to get our car towed to Grand Rapids for a new key to be programmed. Got here same day and at an excellent price. This guy is a rock star with out of this world service. He even sent us a video walk around when he delivered it. If we need a tow in the future Scoobs is the only way to go.!
Scoobs hauled a outdoor wood Boiler for me. They showed up on time and were great. I was worried about damage to the unit, but Josh planted it like a champ. They even gave me a veteran discount. Great
