hello I don't know how else to get ahold of you but my bf was just evicted and they took all his things including his dad's ashes and just threw them out. he has nothing the only things he has left is what's in that truck he can't afford to get it out but can he get what's on the inside ? please he has nothing
Fosters car tow company stole my car . They towed the wrong car and did not process it right. They did not put it on the lien system and then i reported my car stolen, and police found it on there parking lot. They failed to do the right process when towing cars. They towed cars that were not parked in wrong places. I was charged for their mistake. dont recommend.
They dont answer the phone so went with someone else for our 2k tow. Judging by the other reviews the owner clearly doesn't give a crap. Stop giving your business to crap places they should go out of business.
I called at 4PM, website states they are open till 5pm, call is picked up and then hung up on. I called back thinking that was accidental. Picked up hung up. BF who says they have great service, doesn't believe me & calls back, he gets an answer but gets told they are closed. At 4 PM on a Wednesday.
Whoever drives the big rig, blue and orange paint job, needs to be drug tested. Laying on the horn for 3 minutes while we are at a Michigan left because he's going southbound on gratiot and I'm going straight is ridiculous. The turn wasn't a stop it was a solid red light.
I been taking my car there for years and my brother for issues with my car. They are the only ones i Trust. They will be very honest with you,repair your problem at a reasonable price. It's on Groesbeck before 14 mile on your left. Big red sign
My car quit right in the middle of 14 mile & Utica Rd intersection. I needed a tow as my car completely died so without hesitation, I called the most reliable experienced and professional towing company, family owned and operated business FOSTER'S TOWING & REPAIR. They sent a truck to get me and I was 1 block from another FRASER car repair garage but they had no way to help me get to them just 200 feet away. Oh well. Foster's is my preferred auto repair company regardless because I always get treated fairly and the job is done with very competitive pricing and its repaired completely the first time!
Great service! Always fast friendly and great price for a tow. They are always honest about timing also. If it’s an hour it’s an hour. More they’ll tell you. No jerking around like some of these other companies. I’d never use another tow company ever.
I was in from out of state. A family member was in the hospital. I had a tire that kept going low. Was afraid to drive home. I was referred to Foster's. They plugged my tire,had me on my way, in a few short minutes. Very inexpensive. Thanks for saving my day!
I took my van to them for the first time a few weeks ago after growing weary of using the branded joints for awhile now. Awesome service, they offered me a ride home several times while I was waiting for my arranged one to pick up. I just had more service done and everything was to what I hoped. I definitely will continue using them and recommend!

Terrible!!! Beware they will purposely mess with your car and charge you way more than you should have paid!!! I took my car to mr muffler and had them re do the work that was never even finished nor done properly in the first place by fosters towing and it cost me half as much and they actually did a fantastic job! BEWARE!!!! DO NOT TAKEYOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!😡
One of the employees here saw me at a gas station with a flat, dumbfounded on how to get my rusted spare down. On his day off he willing helped me, got my spare down and replaced my blown out tire for me. Out of pure kindness he offered his help, and literally saved my entire day on his day off. Thank you for reminding me good people with good hearts still exist!
They quoted me the best price to change the lightbulb on my drivers side headlight...was really excited bc changing it myself was too time consuming and a little difficult. I was told someone would be there from 0930 to 530p...got caught up at work and thought that leaving at 4 would still give me enough time...traffic sucked, so I called around 445ish...asked how late they were open, 8pm, okay, I've got time. WRONG!!! Mechanics leave at 5 (even tho I was told 530) and no one could stay. I don't expect anyone to stay late on my account, but not even the guy that told me 530!!! Needless to say, there was poor communication and clearly they don't care ab their customers - even when it's them that gave the bad information! (I had been in my car for over an hour bc I was told they would be there until 530)...I REALLY wanted to give them a good review and was willing to travel to do so...never again!!! I'm happy for everyone that has had good experiences with them, but this girl did not!
Foster's Towing is a great place to deal with! I had problems with my truck not going into gear and had to have it towed in. I thought it would involve getting my transmission rebuilt as the truck has almost 200,000 miles on it. I was getting ready for the thought of a big expense when I received the phone call from Foster's. It turned out my truck was low on transmission fluid, which I had not received any warning lights, leaks on driveway, slow shifting, etc. to indicate there was a problem. The staff at Foster's was wonderful as they could have told me I needed the trans rebuilt. They were honest and an awesome group, added the new transmission fluid and checked out the rest of the truck and I left with a minimal charge of $70 as opposed to a very costly bill! The owner, Jimmy Foster was fantastic to deal with! I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle to them as I will be in the future!
I've used them twice and found the drivers to prompt,friendly and courteous. They took my auto to their facility for repair and offered me a ride home. My car was fixed and ready to be picked up the following day. I give the 5 stars.
Locked the keys in my car, driver trashed the trim and paint on my passenger door and still was unable to open the door. Probably would have been cheaper to fix had he just broke the glass. Will never use again. Plenty of tow companies out there to choose from when in need.

I started using Foster's after leaving a long-time service center where I became tired of the constant upsell on service, bug-a-boos with other parts within weeks of my last visit, and an oil filter falling off after an oil change, etc.
I have not had to use Foster's for towing but have gone for service. They did what I requested, and mentioned items I'll need to pay attention to without the upsell. They allowed me to purchase my own parts rather than tacking on their %.
The service tech was pleasant and informative and explained what he was doing, why, and how long it would take. Upon return, the vehicle was not trashed with oily floor protectors and my steering wheel was not grimy.
They are open late for drop off and pick up. HUGE! I think they will do drop offs and pick ups too (within reason).
And no phantom problems down the road.
I would put a 5-star, but on both occasions they forgot to keep my old parts for return (Moog parts have a limited lifetime warrantee). The apologetic service tech did find the old parts the next day and gave them to me. They did not wash my vehicle... Not that I expect it, but I only give a 5-stars if someone goes beyond expectations.
They took my credit card without issue.

Very poor customer service. I was trying to help fix my girlfriends car. I couldn't believe the next thing i heard. They wouldn't take my credit card for a tow so she could get her car fixed for her and her child so she could get a job and support herself. This kind of business is horrible. I have been in customer service for 20 years and never once have i been treated this poorly. The times have definitely changed customer service no longer matters to companys. They only care about making money and if its out of there way they won't even help. Its sad regualr people have to drag other people just trying to survive like them down. I would NEVER GO with this company Ever!!!
Awesome every time! After waiting 4+ hours for a different company that originally quoted 1 hour, I called Foster's. I should have from the beginning but I thought they were located out of my range. Turns out I was wrong, the price was still cheaper, they arrived within 35 minutes. Right when they said they would. The driver even bought me lunch since I was starving and freezing all day. Excellent service, I'm very impressed. I'll call them every time now!
