Middleton Auto Parts JunkYard in Fraser (MI)

This place is nice and clean inside and the people are nice but it's a bit misleading. We checked parts online,called to confirm, and drove 2.5 hours to find out that the parts are from one of their out of state "partners" that they could order and have delivered in about a week. At least show local inventory and shipped inventory. Don't mislead people into thinking you have it in stock when you don't.

Great place I had a really hard time finding the parts I needed and noone would sell me just the 1 part but Middleton did ive been shopping there for years ery friendly staff specially the shipping and receiving guys

Needed to get different oem rims for bigger tie rods on my pickup. While they didn’t have the ones on hand I had wanted. Was in no rush, just a few days later I had them. They were just what I wanted

These guys are AWESOME! Great customer service. Rob took great care me. Purchased a transmission for my daughters car after a transmission shop said she needed one. Turns out it was six quarts low. Long story short I was able to return the trans no problem. It's good to know there are still company's that stand behind their products and services. I would recommend Middleton everyone looking for good used parts and great customer service.

What a great yard. Brandon is stellar at what he does for this company and should be considered a valued employee. No matter how busy (and they get very busy) he goes the extra mile to communicate and get back to you. I have done several deals over the phone with prompt delivery. I have visited the yard in person and was greeted by Brandon like a good friend and shown by the owner, how their business operates. I would never purchase anything from this place ever again. 6 months ago i purchased an electric steering column from them, for my saturn vue and first off they got the order wrong 3 times before I was even able to ge the part. Then when the part was done my mechanic had to use my old parts because their parts were trash. Now all of a sudden my steering wheel went out so I had a warranty on it, and once again the same thing happened they got the order wrong TWICE!! and by the way John who works there is very unprofessional, and he does not know how to speak to a young woman like myself so I had to have my mother go up there and show him some respect. Thankfully the only good person out of this whole experience was the manager. And it shouldn’t have had to come to that. Would definitely not recommend please spend your money else where!!!

I believe this business bought out my dad's totaled car. He had left RayBan sunglasses in the car which had very high sentimental value for us (heirloom). These good people were nice enough to FedEx the glasses back. My family greatly appreciated this wonderful gesture.

I called Middleton to get some parts for a Corolla I was working on. I worked with Jessica to acquire the parts and she was amazingly helpful. All of the parts I got were in the condition she described, in a timely manner and the prices we discussed. It was my first time dealing in used parts and it was a quite the pleasant experience. Great customer service great prices and very honest people 100% recommended

Went there for a complete set of used tires listed at 80% of treadware when I saw the tires it was more like 20%. The tires I was replacing had more tread on them! Whoever listed them at 80% was crazy or that's their policy to write them up like that I don't know. One was even bald down the center from overinfation. Only reason I gave 2 is because the employees are so nice.
