Always a great time either tubbing or hanging out on the sand bar

Love this place. Could use some restaurants on the water. Pull up your boat and get a bite to eat then boat back to your cottage.

Good folks and a great place to relax. Places to chill on the sand bar or dive in the 40’ deep water. But whatever you do, never go to robs rentals.

Awesome lake to take your boat and have a great swim there. Picnics are also fun there along with walking the center of the town.

My cottage is there and it is blue and white blue dock and is by the sandbar and is by a turn and forward road by a triangle house thingy

Good water clarity. The lakes elevation gives it good wind. Decent ease of launch for windsurfing. Distance from parking and small grassy rigging area to water is excellent. That is tempered by potentially heavy boat launch traffic on weekends. The four boat ramps are the same access for windsurfing use.

You can stay at a nice motel, on the water. Reasonably priced. Boat rental and gas barbeque. Guys name was Million.

Great recreational lake. Sandbar let's you anchor your boat for swimming and wading.

Lake was absolutely amazing for my first time actually on the lake. The lake is 1,300 acres and is soo much fun. My wife her kid and my two boys and my wifes boss had a blast. Went tubing and i can honestly say the lake was definitely deep enough for the boat we were in. And when we got to the docking area there was a conservation officer checking boats which i think is fantastic. The sand bar was totally fantastic. Great place to take the family and friends. The only thing i have to say is that i wish people would have parked in right spots with their cars. Cars were parked in the truck and trailer spots.

One of my favorite places to visit (and ice fish during Tip-Up) in the Midwest. Good people there. Feels like my home away from home up north.

This is a terrific public lake in SE Michigan. It can be very busy in the summer, but there's lots of room to boat, tube, ski or swim.

Nice boat launch. Easy for multiple boats to put in and out at the same time.

Beautiful lake, nice people, great fun at the sand bar

This lake connects to others around it and even if you dont have a boat you can easily rent one for the day or stay ashore and fish, play, relax, and Enjoy! This lake is so beautiful, especially standing on the sand bar in the middle of the lake and watching the sun set while the kids play and swim. Life looks good when you take the time to enjoy the little things.

Been going here ever since my parents bought a lake house there. Lots of fun and lots to do in the Irish Hills
