I have nothing but good things to say about this business, they are extremely professional and transparent about everything. They kept me in the loop about what my vehicle needed, and potential other issues. When my car broke down on the highway, it was a Monday after hours, I was able to get in contact with Don and have my car towed to Euro Autowerks right away. The following day it was looked at and I was immediately informed about what happened to it. Best customer service from an auto shop in all my experience.

The whole crew at Euro gave me great help with the restoration of my 1968 Porsche Targa! The engine rebuild, transmission rebuild, electrical sort out and suspension setup was excellent. Over the many years I've always relied on their expertise.

I brought an Audi here years ago with the previous owner and had a good experience. Since the ownership has changed, it was a different experience for me. I brought my BMW to them to look over before I sold it to alleviate any worries that the next owner would have any big expenses. They told me my car needed a new radiator because of a small leak in the original. I did not have any significant issues with the car at the time, but decided to have them do it. When I picked the car back up and brought it home, it ran fine. But the drive to work the next morning, it had given me an overheating warning. I tried to limp the car home, but it overheated before I made it back. I had it towed back to the shop. They looked it over and "fixed" it, no charge. I picked it up, took it to work the next morning and again the same warning, this time to the point my car started shuddering and barely drivable. Again, had it towed. They "fixed" it once more and I had hoped this was the fix. I took the car home, drove it to work the following day and the car was on empty, so I planned on driving to the gas station on my lunch break. During the drive, it gave me the overheating warning, shuddered terribly and died in the middle of 28th St lunch traffic. The owner who I had called told me that it, "was just a bad car," instead of taking any credit for bad work performed. The car did not have any of these issues prior to bringing it to them. I had it towed the last time there and they believed that somehow when they were working on it previously, that coolant had gotten into the electrical connectors on the new radiator they installed. That time when they worked on it they had to put a little bit of gas in it to test drive it. When I left there, I went to the closest gas station and filled up, but realized that the tether that holds my gas cap on was cut off. The plastic tether was fine previous to that day. If felt like something a spiteful person would do. I was livid with my experience there and will never bring another vehicle back to them. They're cheaper than bringing it to BMW, but it shows, unfortunately.

Oil change, taking off 4 tires mounting 4 tires that I bought somewhere else and extracting 1 lugnut was almost $1,200 then I had the bottom piece that goes under my car engine that they have to remove to get to oil hung down owner said the bolt was probably rusty no rust at all there. When I got it up in the air I see they used zip ties and didn't put my bolts back in. Previous oil change had no issues. Now I'm at 169,400 miles and it's calling for more oil . Sticker from them says no oil change due until 171,127 miles I have not drive this car long enough to need oil already. Women beware have a guy bring your vehicle in for you or he will over charge you!!

Take your pride and joy here and you wont be disappointed. Don and team are the best, they communicate well, keep you well in the know. I get options, just an all around great experience getting what most of us view, as our most important life treasure fixed and back on the road. Bring your German metal here and Autowerks will take care of you!

I had my brakes done on my 2018 F Pace. After finding out they had a squeak to them, Don fully took care of me and replaced the pads at no cost. He knows his stuff and is very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Several times on different occasions was told I'd get a call back on an estimate or to schedule but would never get the call. The work I have had done was good, no complaints with that.

Don and his team truly are great at what they do. Customer service is the best, they are honest and so very helpful. Even if they are a bit of a trek to have them work on our vehicle, it's worth it.

I took my VW Golf Alltrack in to have some aftermarket parts installed. Don and his team did an excellent job on communication and execution. In my opinion, they are far above any VW dealer that I've dealt with. Highly recommend.

I owned a BMW and took it in to have the dashboard lights turned off after the battery gone dead because it was stored in the basement. Not only did they charge me a ridiculous amount just to turn off the dashboard lights they took my car out that night and burned the back tires off of it doing burnouts on the road in front of the shop which cost me an additional $400 to replace them. That was the point I decided I would sell the BMW. And get another car that wasn’t so expensive and where there was other options of shops. Not only was I unhappy with what they did to my car and basically caused me to get rid of a car that I loved. I wouldn’t take any car there for any reason ever again.

A great Porsche repair shop & tuner northeast of Grand Rapids in Rockford, MI. I was recently there for my annual oil service and I’m looking forward to having them do a full brake job soon. These folks are all excellent Porsche techs and very friendly to work with!

Really straight forward and helpful. Communicate well. Nothing is cheap about fixing BMWs but Euro makes it as painless as it can be.

Tim is a professor emeritus of all things Porsche and we're fortunate to have such a great independent Porsche repair shop in the Grand Rapids area. Euro Autowerks has cared for our watercooled 911 since we purchased it in 2016 and they've never let us down.
