  I was unfortunate to be in a hit and run accident and Bryan from Walker City came out to tow my van and he was very friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions and he even helped me out by letting me get back into my van after he towed my van back to their yard because I had forgotten to grab somethings out of my van. I would definitely use them again if I needed a tow again.

My daughters car was on ground literally as front ball joint broke instead of quickly winching car up driver took extra time and extra care as to not further Damage the car.   Customer service was awesome, the owner waited after close for me and saw I was 20 bucks short on my impound. The negative is that whoever towed my truck, destroyed the brake lines and threw off my alignment badly. Probably due to pulling my truck onto the bed by the drive wheels. Either way, it happens, but customer service was a win.
