We were recently driving through Michigan on vacation pulling our 34' travel trailer when we jackknifed and the trailer rolled over onto it side. The officers called Walker City Towing and Ryan and his staff did a phenomenal job getting the trailer up righted and on a flat bed. They took great care to help us save as much of our stuff as possible and went of their way to assist us. I can't thank them enough for all their time and help in getting us back on the road to home.

After a long night at the hospital and making sure everyone was okay, not only did they work with me on my availability to collect my things, but they also let me be a blubbering sack of potatoes. They were extremely caring and understanding. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Tow truck Driving dangerously. Excess of 85 mph on 96 west bound. 6 o’clock traffic. Shot off coopersville exit like a rocket. I wouldn’t want that company touching my vehicle.
I was unfortunate to be in a hit and run accident and Bryan from Walker City came out to tow my van and he was very friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions and he even helped me out by letting me get back into my van after he towed my van back to their yard because I had forgotten to grab somethings out of my van. I would definitely use them again if I needed a tow again.
I call their number and the guy that answers the phone can't hear a thing I'm trying to explain about towing an employee's vehicle. After a third go-round he was finally able to confirm my request over the road noise in the background. That's when he apologized for not being able to hear because he was currently standing on the side of an active freeway, cleaning up after a car crash and could he call me back on five minutes... And big surprise here- I never heard back and didn't really care to.
That interaction only left me with questions about this company I didn't really care to learn more about, like why would anyone answer the phone while standing alongside the highway? And why aren't calls answered by a dispatcher?
Call Merle's or Grand Rapids Towing instead.
Ryan came out and changed my tire. He was friendly, easy to communicate with, and just genuinely a nice guy. He was super quick with my tire change. I will definitely be using this company in the future. Thanks Ryan!

Horrible people. Brother had a motorcycle accident, and the tow yard is 1.8 miles from the accident. We asked them to leave it so we could grab it with our own trailer, they refused then charged us 262$ to take it off their lot.
Bryan pulled me out of a tight spot. Quick, efficient, and went above and beyond at every opportunity, all with one of the most positive attitudes I've encountered anywhere. 10/10, would be towed by Bryan again.

They responded quickly and towed my car off the freeway. Brian was very personable and professional. Their rig was new and clean. After being left on the freeway by AAA for 2 hours, Brian was there in 15 minutes after my call. Very thankful.
After I was involved in a car accident, my car was towed to Walker City Towing until my insurance company could come evaluate the damage. I thought I had retrieved everything necessary the following day, but at 8pm on Friday evening I realized that all of the hats needed for my son's team for a State final competition the next morning were in the back seat. I was in a panic, and we called Walker City towing and spoke to the driver on call that night. He was so friendly and drove over at 8:30 on a Friday night so I could get the team hats from my car. This was our first experience with this company, and I would highly recommend them. Anyone that we spoke to while my car was there, was beyond friendly. Thank you so much!
Called on a Monday to set up a tow to take my car into the shop by Thursday. The man on the phone said "No appointments!"
A bit taken aback, I asked if I should just call back on the day I needed the tow?
The man sniped at me to call early because they might get busy with police calls!
The man made me feel unwelcome to use this business and I was quite taken aback by his unfriendly and unprofessional behavior.
I called Marz towing instead and they set me up with a pickup for the next day.
Anyone in customer service knows that word of mouth is your best advertisement.

What an awesome place! My tire fell off in the middle of the street on my way to work and I had my car on the hitch within 3 minutes of calling for a tow! I had the car back to my house within 10 minutes and still made it to work on time! The driver (I feel bad but do not remember his name) was AWESOME and gave me a killer deal! I couldn’t recommend Walker City Towing more! They turned a bad situation into a great experience. 5 stars for sure!
Professional, reliable, same-day service at a great price! I don't seem to have very good luck with cars, unfortunately, but it's good to know that Walker City Towing is just a phone call away. Depending on my situation, they always come prepared with the right type of truck to best transport my car...I don't know what they are called, but the last 2 times they used a regular-type tow truck and the 2 times before that they had to use a flatbed-type tow truck. They are always professional, courteous, and quick. I highly recommend this company to others! Thank you!! :-)

Driver was quick to scene. My daughters car was on ground literally as front ball joint broke instead of quickly winching car up driver took extra time and extra care as to not further Damage the car. Customer service was awesome, the owner waited after close for me and saw I was 20 bucks short on my impound. The negative is that whoever towed my truck, destroyed the brake lines and threw off my alignment badly. Probably due to pulling my truck onto the bed by the drive wheels. Either way, it happens, but customer service was a win.
