They are very unprofessional they over charge you and don’t give refunds if I would’ve read the reviews I would’ve saw that they been doing this type of stuff for YEARS and could’ve avoided them basically robbing me. Very disappointing
Wouldn’t recommend you using your debit card here! They would double charge debit card and get mad then called the cops when you ask him about.. #Customer Service is the worst
Absolutely disgusting company and disgraceful employees who work here. Do yourself a favor and save your time, money, and energy before even thinking about utilizing any services from this company. Instead, use a search engine, like Google, to locate another truck repair shop in the local Michigan area. Trust me, you'll find many other options and they'll all be much more worth your time than this place.
Five stars isn’t enough !!!!!! Bought a semi that needed to be painted a different color. I took it to Jason at West Michigan International . Jason made sure that any dents, cracks , or blemishes were taken care of before paint . Not only did they do an unbelievable job on my truck he went the extra mile and also delivered my truck down the street so it could get a live bottom installed on it . Customer service was on point . I will recommend anybody that wants quality and a great price to stop in and see them . Thanks again for great job .
Seems like a very dishonest, aggressive, untrustworthy, unprofessional company. Per video evidence, seemingly while a female customer was doing business with said company, the customer's card was charged twice while their card info was in their possession. Instead of taking accountability and resolving the situation, one of the staff members called the cops. One of the male staff members proceeded to assault the customer, telling her to leave while the customer was making the complaint. To make matters worse, one of the male staff members tried to scare her from protecting herself, by filming this awful, aggressive interaction towards her, by telling her not to post it on social media because she can't use it for "public disgracing people." What a terrible, dishonest company that seems to lack morals, ethics, and lack the ability to be customer-centric. Horrific.

It took four people to address a single customer’s concern, which was completely unprofessional. On top of that, the fact that they thought pushing the customer’s hand was acceptable is absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend doing business here.
These people are very rude. The customer service is horrible. They overcharged you for fees that you did not agree on and then when you reach out to ask them what’s going on where these charges coming from they are very belligerent and rude like I did business with you why are you? Treating me this way
This is the best truck dealership in the state. I've been bringing my truck to alpn9f their locations for years now and they are always great across the board! From parts to service and body shop! Prices are fair and they make you feel like a priority even if your a owner op. Recommend them to anyone in the area

Ordered a $41 wheel seal and was charged $91.51 with shipping. Call to make sure this was accurate. They said Bitely was an out of the way area. Got tracking # called UPS they said it was $26 shipping. Called International back and spoke to the manager of shipping, and he admitted they upcharge what UPS charges them. I was almost charged double for shipping. Such a big company being so devious. Will buy parts elsewhere from now on.
Huge shout out to both Josh in collision and Jason, fantastic customer service. They went above and beyond. We had our Kensworth towed to them after a vehicle pulled out in front of us a few weeks ago, causing a lot of front end damage. Josh was on point with updates, always called when he said he would and kept us up to date during the entire process! Which from our experiences from many other shops, this rarely happens!!! Truly appreciated!! Brought our truck back when they said they would and Kenny looks awesome. Great job guys!!! If you were closer you would definitely get all TNT’s trucks!

Scott was honest and helpful. Offering solutions to help us fix our trailer quickly and on our time schedule. It was refreshing to see the quick responses to emails in a time when it feels like the art of customer service has been lost.
We use this company exclusively for the on the road breakdowns in the Holland (K&R) and Grand Rapids Area (West Michigan Mobile). Have nothing but good things to say about them, Scott over at K&R keeps our trailers up and running in a timely and affordable fashion. Gives piece of mind when I am dispatching breakdowns for a fleet of nearly 400 pieces of equipment; that the repairs are being done properly, we won't have to worry about getting ripped off or worrying about rerouting them back to our shop to double check the work quality. Invoices are sent promptly and we have built a good working relationship. 10/10
2nd Revision: Another terrible experience has led me to 1 star and I am working with Navistar to file a formal complaint against WMI. My appointment made nearly a month in advance was not kept and 3 days later had to remove my truck to be worked on elsewhere. They had a list of parts, "most I didn't end up needing" that they wanted me to purchase without tearing down the truck for a proper inspection. It was then ALLOWED to be driven off premises with rear brakes WAY past wear lines and S-cams turned over and pins bouncing around in the drums. I had ZERO rear brakes! But they visually ""INSPECTED"" and test drove it purportedly. At least that's what I had to pay for even though 3 days after they should have had it started, nothing had been done. They treat you like garbage here. They take care of their "bigger" accounts but couldn't care less about small business trying to grow. I would highly suggest taking your truck ANYWHERE else if you can. Problem is if you're under warranty, where are you supposed to go? Out of state? There all owned by the same company in West Michigan. Was able to take care of my issues within a night with a smaller company doing the work.
Revised: Recent visit has shown the highest level of customer service. Shout out to Craig. Raising to 4 stars for time being.
Slow service, terrible customer service from most of the service writers, and I had to diagnose the problem for the tech. The ONLY reason it's not 1 star is because there are still a couple good techs and service writers that WANT to help you.
We had a great experience with Brian and Andrew today at WMI. We needed to have our RV checked for codes and an issue we experienced. They fit us in promptly and checked everything out. They looked into it and found we didn’t need any immediate service. No charge. I would highly recommend this service facility and Brian and Andrew in particular.
The Service Team at West Michigan International in Grand Rapids is by far the most outstanding service I have ever received. Everytime I walk in the door, I am welcomed by a very knowledgeable team. These guys always have the answer to any problem I bring them. They are fast, reliable and trust worthy! If you need a place to get your truck fixed, look no more West Michigan International is the only option!
