They came to tow our car within 45 minutes after another tow company left us stranded. Chris fixed the car for us very quickly, and then took the cost of the tow off of our total bill. He communicated very well and kept us updated throughout the process. Pricing seemed reasonable. Thanks a lot!
Great towing company! Driver was extremely nice and friendly. Vehicle started when he arrived so I canceled the tow but left it up to the driver if he wanted me to keep it or cancel. The driver said he didn’t want to charge me to tow it if it wasn’t needed. Would recommend these guys to anyone needing help!

I appreciated his patience when I needed to snag some things from my car before the tow and he even was helpful when the borrowed car I was using had a little quirky situation. We had alternator issues on a Sunday and they were open, willing to work on it and get us running again. The job was more complicated than expected but they communicated that early and had us up and running as soon as possible on Monday. EXTREMELY thankful and impressed with their work, knowledge, and reasonable prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

SUPERB, SUPERB service absolutely hands down the #BEST "Staff, Prices, Quailty Parts/ Repairs in #MICHIGAN"!!! Oh can't forget to mention #SAME DAY SERVICE no matter what the repairs are! Being from the Eastside of the state unable to reach my local mechanic/ dearliship, car undriveable & let's all be truthful right. When it comes to our cars the aniexty one goes through when allowing a new mechanic/ auto shop to repair our vehicle is a mental challenge each second of the minute.
Speaking with numerous auto shops before making the greatest decision to try "Corks Auto Service" upon calling speaking with a gentleman name "Chris" his knowledge of what I was experimenting with my vehicle instantly gave me the calamity feeling I was in safe hands & amongst an expertise! Not many auto shops offer their own "Tow Truck" service, well here you can guarantee not only a safe towing but one in a timely fashion. Thinking that my issue was going to take longer than a day, even week due to every other auto shop claiming to be "Back Up" from so much work. @ Corks Auto Service they encourage the work loads & pride themselves on having your vehicle out the #SAME DAY as each of my visits has been!!! Your mechanic can't get your parts on the same day, @ Corks Auto Service never a issue, your mechanic can't work efficiently & proficiently while under heavy work loads, @ Cork Auto Service never a issue! Scheduled a tow and they cancelled their service nearly an hour after the ETA they provided. I tried to contact them multiple times, however, they did not answer the phone and their voicemail was full.
I understand the weather conditions are bad but this was just poor customer service.
After working 12 hours, I found myself locked out of my car. This company reminded me that there are good people in this world! After problems with insurance, he showed up very fast and genuinely wanted to be sure I got home and wasn’t stuck out in the cold.
1st time the lady came and almost blew the battery up. Place the wrong cables

They don't come when the supposed to. They picked up my claim three times and never showed up. Voicemail is full and no call back from my missed call.
I was stuck in a parking lot close to dark. I was there alone when I called for help. Thankfully, I was able to get my car started on my own before the service arrived. However, I was very disappointed in a different business who didn't even try to help me. Once I was able to cancel my call , I received a call from their fantastic service man, Dan. He reached out just to make sure that I was safe after seeing that I had canceled the call. He was very genuinely concerned, and I'm very grateful for his service.
Dan helped us with Roadside today when our tire went flat! He fixed it right there and saved us a lot of time and money!! Thank you so much!!! Highly highly recommend!
We are so grateful for these guys. We were in a speedway parking lot with a flat tire and a tire iron that wouldn’t fit onto the lug nut. So we were trying to figure out what we were going to do… Dan was taking care of some one else but happened to see that we were in need of help. He stopped, pulled out his tools and within a minute had the flat off and the spare on. What would have taken us hours to figure out (buying a new tire iron, figuring out which size, etc) got taken care of within 5 mins. All just out of the goodness of his heart. He was kind, gracious and just an absolute life saver. We are very grateful!! Would recommend these guys just based on that quick encounter.
My car wldnt stsrt and insurance hit up another company who had me waiting 4 hrs! They contacted Cork Auto Chase pulled up in 15minutes & got me running with a smile..... 110 would recommend
Dan was awesome. My car is pretty thoroughly theft proof and I managed to lock my key in the trunk. Dan wouldn’t quit, he stayed with us and kept working on it until he had the keys out and the car running. Saved our day. Thank you so much, I appreciate it.

I don’t know much about cars and everywhere I go, they must see me coming a mile away... I tried to schedule just simple brake job at Midas two weeks in advance and the guy told me he wanted to keep it over night..?? I told Chris and he said he’d have it back in an hour. He absolutely did, he even came and picked it up and dropped it off for me, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I paid a very fair price and didn’t blink an eye paying what he asked. I used Chris's service for Save the Day roadside assistance (several times). Each time they came out in the time they said if not earlier. They were always courteous, professional and compassionate. Much to my surprise when I brought my vehicle in to be serviced it was Chris and his crew (family) at Cork Auto Repair. He saw to my vehicle issues expeditiously and kept constant communication with me. They let me know about other issues with my vehicle and the order of priority in getting them repaired. I paid exactly what was quoted. His receipt is legible and itemized. The cherry on top!?!?..... they brought my vehicle to me when we had a time conflict. Customer service through the roof. I am so happy to have found Chris at Cork Auto Repair!
Went to have some work done. They didn't complete the repair. Still issues and missing items from the vehicle. The owner called and said that he would get it taken care of. A month later time to contact an attorney.
