I can't even explain how happy I am with this particular store and the group of people that work there. They literally treated me like I was the main priority while we have corresponded. They are upbeat, nice, and ambitious. Most of all, they are good humans with good work ethic. There is few times in life where a customer service experience imprints on me for life but you guys set a bar. Keep up the good work. This store in particular is a gem that is to be appreciated and recognized. Exceptional service every single time. Its almost unreal. You guys have a friend in me ANYTIME!!!!
They very well could have treated me like a weirdo for the issue I had. Instead they treated me like it was important, urgent, and didn't even bat an eye at making sure I understood the parts I had and the information I needed to maintain them. Thanks guys Tony is a ROCKSTAR!!!!

I went there for oil and the lady at the front counter didn’t speak didn’t ask if I needed help or anything, a white customer walked in right behind me and she spoke and asked if he needed help finding anything. But the gag is he was rude as hell to her when she was trying to help him and then she just had this dumb look at on her face after he cursed her out. That’s exactly what you get Denise. I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere.
Called on a Hail Mary that they might have the bolt I needed. Tony was very friendly and informed me they had one, and that he could put it to the side for me
When he noticed me looking at car detailing supplies, he suggested a bucket kit that they had, that wasn’t out on the shelf. He was even nice enough to open it so I could see if it came with towels

Every single time I enter this store I am immediately greeted and offered help. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and so kind. Truly, I have never had anything less than a 5 star experience. I leave shocked and surprised every time. I have (out of convenience) shopped at other auto parts stores in Kalamazoo and I’ve always been disappointed in the help and the knowledge. This place is a gem!

I stopped by today, 2/20/25, and the two employees working were incredibly helpful! Seriously, I don't often give 5-star ratings, but these two deserve 5-stars! They helped me figure out how to do a number of things on my Smartcar. Oh my gosh, thank you so much Elaina & Tony! They both deserve raises!
Can I give zero stars? My daughter went in for a burned out headlamp and bought replacements bulbs, and they offered to replace them for her. It took over an hour, and a day later she noticed it was out again. Took it to Firestone and they had to redo the faulty wiring that O'Reilly's did and replace the bulb again that was damaged by O'Reilly's work, for $200 on top of the $50 that O'reilly's charged.
Months later and nothing has been resolved. We have contacted the company and replied with our phone number as requested. We have called in and explained the situation again and someone had us email add the information again that my daughter already brought in personally, and still no response or resolution. If they didn't plan/care to resolve anything they should have told us that in the beginning.
Friendly guys hit me up as soon as I came in the door. Made sure I got the right screws for my new used Subaru Outback license plates and even let me borrow a screw driver!
Spoke with Jesse on the phone and he assisted me when I got to the store. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to this store, if needed, because of him.
Jessy the assistant manager was super friendly and helpful. On our way back home to Chicago one of my wiper blades flew off in the middle of a storm, stopped at Oreilly’s. Jessy helped me out and put new whippers on our car, thank you so much again!!
Pulled in late last night, friend needed help. And the two gentlemen, whos names i do not remember. (One wore a cowboy hat) Went above and beyond in helping her. These gentlemen deserve your business and they should have a raise. Would give 10 stars if i could.
If they don't know the answer to my question, they always come back with the right answer quickly. They are quite often a little cheaper than the other auto parts stores when I shop around.
I've Always gotten what I've needed to complete the job , I was doing. And even came back for a great box of auto body hammers&anvels . When I could. The service I get there from the staff is so Great. So why go anywhere else.!!
I cannot say enough how amazing the people here are my car windshield wipers flew off and I was over an hour from home and they help me get the right one and even gave me a discount! You guys are awesome!
Rarely do I need auto supplies. The past two years both times they had what I needed. Staff are well trained, store well organized with high quality service provided.

This store has had graffiti on its exterior for several weeks now and has made no attempt to clean it off or cover it up. I called to speak to the manager about it. The telephone rang 16 times before being picked up and then disconnected. Milwood is a nice neighborhood and deserves to have businesses that uphold higher community standards than they have demonstrated.
We called the store just before closing looking for a jeep part. When I arrived, the young man at the counter was very helpful! He did not rush me and helped me select some spark plugs as well. Thank you so much and the service was excellent!
I always enjoy coming here to these guys there great and really Seem to enjoy there jobs and in just take that extra second to make sure your parts right and your getting the right stuff for your car. You guys are great!!! I'll be seeing soon I got another one to fix.
Lost my business yesterday after the manager greeted me. Then answered the phone like I wasn't there. Then answered 2 more calls while I'm still standing there. The customer in front of you is here to buy. The one on the phone isn't here to buy. Send like a no brainier to me.
I only stopped on to ask if I could stand in there entrance to wait for the bus ( I forgot my gloves at home and the temp was dropping fast that day). I was treated with respect and politeness I was told of course and thanked for asking. Although that day I was using a bus I do need an auto parts store on occasion and you can be sure I will remember this one. Thank you for being human, and caring. You have earned a life customer.
Took them well over a half hour, in slow customer traffic, to pull a alternator off a shelf in the back. Could not have moved slower if he tried. Forget a get in get out trip if you go here, bring a lawn chair you'll be waiting for awhile.
Got a great price they provided the tools, and helped us get our car back to safe with our daughter in the car. Awesome service good job guys and thank you.
Excellent customer service from Brad and especially Chance who came outside and changed out both of the headlights on my car when my fat fingers couldn't reach the tight spaces.

If you need to fix something on your car, this is where you get your parts. Even if they don't have it they can either get it ordered for you or tell you where you can get it. Lastly, even if you do manage to find it cheaper elsewhere they're more than happy to match their competitors prices. Even if it's a temporary sale down at auto-zone on brake clean, they'll match it for you and any future customers too! Great location, with some great staff.
