A coworker pointed me in the direction of Automotive Perfection after listening to me complain about driving all the way to Ann Arbor for an oil change. Automotive Perfection took great care of my BMW, not only did they do the oil change, but they also did the BMW recommended vehicle check, and took note of my brake wear, battery service life and recommend when those items should be taken care of without being pushy or making it seem like the car would fall apart if I didn't take care of them three weeks ago. That is a level of professionalism that I can respect and appreciate. Their pricing is fair, and much less than the dealership. And, in a case where you do not have an available ride (as they have no waiting room), they offer loaner vehicles, which is a great touch other shops do not offer! Now that my car is one year out of warranty, Automotive Perfection will absolutely be my go to shop for service work!

Got an appointment including a loaner within a week. Loaner was waiting for me warming up on day of appointment. It only took a few minutes to check in, and I was on my way. Work was completed in the same day. Had a short conversation with the mechanic Rolf about the work that he did. Friendly group. Will use them for future maintenance.

They have done a great job both times I have taken my car there. They go above and beyond and make sure all my questions are answered and they get the job done quickly.

I had an excellent experience with Bill and the team at Automotive Perfection in Jackson! They replaced my front brakes and front control arms to fix a vibration I was feeling while driving, and the car now drives perfectly smooth. They took the time to explain what was needed, the work was done quickly, and the price was very fair. It’s rare to find an auto shop you can really trust, but these guys go above and beyond. Great place to get your car repaired or serviced. Friendly people and knowledgeable in automotive service. Took our Audi A3 there for blend door issues and they were able to diagnose and fix the issues in a timely matter. This was our 1st time using Automotive Perfection, usually we have to take our car to Audi of Ann Arbor for certain repairs. Automotive Perfection lived up to their name. They had a rental ready and warmed up aged I got there. Communication was speedy and detailed. Beth was easy to work with, and the diagnostic explanation was clear.

I have an OLD Passat and it has served me well BUT with age come all kinds of odd problems. Automotive Perfection did not disappoint in keeping my car running and for a reasonable price! I would recommend!

6 star! I have had my 2014 BMW X5 to 2 dealers and another garage 5 times over the past 4 years and no one was able to find out what my electrical problem was. These guys did it. Great people and superior work.

Couldn't even make an appointment. Apparently " Bill " is quite particular. Was told I cannot wait for my car to be serviced. "We don't do waiting appointments" You might as well have said let me service whatever I feel like! How are customers supposed to trust you? Also. Call the dealership and get a real quote. Bill you have a ways to go, interesting for someone who seems to have experience. Then why the sour attitude? Maybe learn how to treat a customer that would've spent thousands for your help instead of rejecting someone who says they are gonna stay with their car while work is being done.

Recently purchased a rare/low mile BMW sight unseen from a seller on the other side of the country. As an avid car collector, I have learned the hard way that a pre purchase inspection (PPI) is usually a must, though not all PPI’s are created equal. Bill was extremely helpful with getting things organized, and the inspection that followed was probably the most thorough (& well priced) one I have ever had done. All my concerns/questions were quickly answered, and since they already had the car, I opted to get all necessary maintenance knocked out at the same time for a price I felt was more than fair. Beth was also wonderful to deal with and helped to get the car in/out in a timely manner, in spite of a somewhat difficult to deal with seller. Cant recommend this place enough!

Quick turnaround on getting a quote and an appointment scheduled. Fair pricing and a job well done. They even caught something an inspection elsewhere had missed but didn’t pressure for an immediate service. Will definitely be trusting Automotive Perfection to look after my X1. Thanks so much!

Automotive Perfection were very professional and made my experience very easy and stress free. I dropped my car off and within a few hours, I was receiving a text letting me know the car was ready. They also check to make sure all other components of my car were in working order. It is safe to say I will use their services again.

This is the second time they have worked on my car in two years. I have an older Subaru WRX that has been difficult to get good service in Jackson until now. First time they removed a mouse nest in my blower. This time a full brake job and sway bar link replacements. The service is not cheap but the quality seems to be there and that translates into a good value. I have never met their staff in person as I drop it off late and pick it up late as well. That said, I have worked with Beth on the phone both times and she provides great updates regarding status and costs. I wish they worked on Infiniti and Ford but they have limited their service to select brands so they can provide expert service on those brands. Another indicator of their commitment to quality service that I respect!
