This is my second time going to Tamrox Automotive. My visit was just as great as my first visit! They are very knowledgeable. Their service is excellent! And great communication! Will definitely take my car back there and recommend to everyone!0

My car had a serious oil leak and a few suspension problems, it was a lot of work. They did an outstanding job and were quick about it. The kept me informed and communication was excellent. I'd highly recommend them.

If money is no object, this is the place to go. I will agree with reviews that say customer service is fantastic. Unfortunately, the pricing is so far out of line it was almost insulting. I paid over $200 to be told I needed a new starter, when I took it in saying I needed a starter. I was then quoted $2600 for the starter, a job I ended up having done elsewhere for $800. They do offer a 3 year warranty, but I could literally replace the starter every year of that 3 years and still not spend $2600. I was prepared to pay a little extra for the awesome service and amenities (nice waiting room, etc)…but three times the next estimate? Sadly, never again.

Ok first off them my girls over there they are all so polite with the greatest smiles extremely respectful and helpful to the best of they’re abilities I genuinely enjoy our tiny chats when I’m there as for the mechanics in the back I haven’t really met them yet but I will say they’ve done several things for my vehicle and fast would be an understatement to say the least I mean them dudes are pretty fast at getting the job done and I’m talking fast and extremely efficient they did they’re thing when it came to my car and appreciation is not enough for how thankful I am! But keep in mind they are a smaller shop so don’t be going in there acting all rude and such just be patient they are pretty fast to help you get in and out with your mind at ease so just chill out and calmly explain to them your vehicles issues and they will get it fixed if its something they can do but they’ll definitely get your car right they are all absolutely great at what they do so head in there next time you’re car is acting funky you just might be surprised with them mechanics skills they’re great! And don’t be up in there being inappropriate with the beautiful Angels working that front desk they deal with enough lol they just trynna work like you and me not hear your lustful thoughts be kind and appropriate they are all Great and Awsome to talk too! Just check um out you won’t be sorry !.

Im not normally one to leave reviews. Though albion ford and seymore had my car for 65 days embarassing right. So I got irritated got towed to tamrox and they not only identified the cars issue within 2 buisness days but has the issue fixed on the second day and asked if they could keep it one last day to ensure the validity of the fix. The receptionist contacted me every 4 hours on updates, offered a courteous vehical and reached out the following day to ensure everything was satisfactory. This'll be my family mechanic going forward. Thanks for all you guys did and do!

We love Alex & Jenna and their whole crew! They are great with communication and are NEVER pushy with trying to upsell services. My husband and I plan on moving out of the area in a little more than a year and have already discussed how we WILL be driving back to continue to have our vehicles serviced here. It takes a lot for my husband to feel comfortable with a place for servicing his truck as he does a lot of driving for work and towing our trailer and he fully trusts the entire team at Tamrox!

Was really gun shy cause other places seem only want to fix what they want not what asked them to fix TAMROX did totally opposite and they listen and took care of the issues I had ......just say im a real happy customer from now on and really great service is gonna be hard to beat they all are awsome thank you TAMROX keep up with that great service... i highly recommend to all to give them a shot ....and most of all Jenna is one hell of a person professional and kind

Years ago I brought my car here for an inspection. Afterward I took it to an actual dealership for another inspection and the inspection results were almost identical so to me that was a good sign. I started bringing my car to Tamrox for everything and I send everybody else there. I've never had any problems, and the communication and understanding is great. I trust that they are going to do a good job on my car and And communicate with me every step of the way.

Alex was a pleasure to work with. She even was willing to go the extra mile and help with getting a warranty coverage claim started. Offering a courtesy car is also a bonus. I will take all of my vehicles to Tamrox for service when the time comes.

Jenna and team were amazing! They got us in on a holiday for a brake emergency and had us back on the road the same day and at a price we could afford. Subaru Owners - You have options besides paying double the $$$ at the dealerships. Tamrox can do the exact same service requirements without voiding your warranty. They took care of my 30K mile service interval, Diff. fluid change, oil change and full vehicle inspection. Jenna and Alex are great to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them !!!

I've been going to Tamrox ever since I got my first vehicle and I gotta say I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the workmanship or the customer service at all, they are always nice and polite when you go in there and they always get my car done in a timely manner. Tamrox is definitely a go to place for any mechanical work.

The people at Tamrox automotive are the best. Their service goes above and beyond. I had always been faithful to a large dealership for over 20 years until I went for service and was told it would be 2 months before they could get to it. I dropped them and found Tamrox. They did the repair in two hours. I will never go back to S.....r Ford.

Heard a clicking. Took in gave me a courtesy car. Fixed by next day. Headlight went out. Called got in same day and replaced. Staff ALWAYS friendly and very helpful! Recommend to anyone!

Tamrox Automotive have been really amazing to my wife and I! It’s difficult finding a place that I trust to bring my 2024 2500HD Duramax, but the technicians have been awesome, and the staff are amazing! I travel around the country a lot for work, so I put a lot of miles on my truck, and when I’m in town and need it, I bring my truck and my wife’s Jeep in for regular maintenance. Also, they don’t try to push unnecessary repairs, and their prices are definitely reasonable!

Tamrox customer service is second to none. They are always friendly and accommodating. I arrived early to my appointment and they were able to move around their schedule to fit my vehicle in sooner so I wouldn’t have as long of a wait. They are always transparent with they work they preform and what the services cost. I highly recommend them for any automotive service or repair you need.

It was great to have worked with them and reliable and definitely effective, sometime later and still no issues with my vehicle from the repairs they had made and their communication is great and definitely put their customers above all else. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here!

Tamrox is AMAZING I am 60 something and NEVER been treated like a SPECIAL PERSON doing business with them! Treated with a WELCOME BAG OF GOODIES, and asked what kind of car would I like for the day? Tamrox is definitely an amazing place to get your car fixed! I have one car and they worked great with me to get it towed to them and fixed it within one day. They worked with me on pricing! I have four kids and that’s my only vehicle and they were able to work with my budget and get it back to me the next day. Alex even came to my house and picked me up to go to the shop so I wasn’t walking there to get my van. I’ve never had a company work so well with me. They have even called a couple times since it’s been fixed to make sure everything is still up and running great! I’ve never seen a mechanic care so much and actually reach out to me to make sure everything’s good They honestly do care and I will definitely be going back to them in the future!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I totally would. These guys are amazing

Tamrox was great. I needed a break line replaced that had been discontinued by Ford in my ‘09 Taurus X. They were able to replace my break line and make sure that my car was safe on the road for my kids and I. Jenna and her staff kept in close communication with me during the entire process and made sure I had a loaner car to get my kids around while my car was at the shop!

I ran over a rod and it went right through my tire. Roadside assistance took me to Tamrox because they did some work on my car before and it was top notch. So, I went there. It was after hours and I wasn't sure if they would be able to repair it because I didn't have an appointment. The next day they called early and said it was fixed! Offered me a ride there to the shop but the best was the car wash my car got! Excellent customer service I would highly recommend!

Great shop! Had them change the oil and fix my front tie rods. I'm very picky about who I let work on my van and they were great! Great service, great work. Highly recommend.

Absolutely AMAZING experience! I was visiting from up north (where I live) and had a sudden major issue with my truck. I called Tamrox 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday and they quickly arranged to help me, and also allowed me to use one of their loaner cars immediately and at no extra charge. Within just a business day or two the problem was fixed and I was on my way. The people were extremely friendly and down to earth, and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be coming back here and recommending Tamrox to everyone I know. They really saved me when I was in a tight spot and I am grateful.
