Walked in EXAUSTED from a volunteer project at the Tawas Point State Park to buy some windshield wiper fluid as mine was bone dry and I had a 4-hour drive ahead of me with full sun and a windshield full of bug debris. I grabbed the easiest most familiar blue bottle and waked to the counter. The sweet young man recommended the better yellow bottle of fluid with the bug remover and seeing that could barely move from exhaustion, left the counter, grabbed it for me and even gave it to me for the same price. After assisting me with locating the restroom, the other young man working at the store offered to assist me outside so I didn't have to mess with pouring it in. While I could have done it myself, my body was shot, and it was wonderful to have the help. I was very impressed with both guys at the store. I haven't received such good service in a long time.
Went there two times over the holiday weekend Kayden Spencer is a Asset to the AutoZone organization. The young man was knowledgeable,eager to help. If he is not a store manager he should be one and the company needs to put this young man on the fast track to management. When I'm in the area this AutoZone is where I will go because of Kayden.
I want to thank Brian. My car started running bad and my check engine light came on while on vacation. Stopped in to AutoZone, Brian was so nice, he checked my car with his scanner, showed me on the computer, explained the common causes of what was wrong. Because I didn't want to drive with it running like that, he called a local shop and they had me in within Minutes!!!! Fixed and back on the road within 2 hours. Thank you Brian!!!!

Last week I needed a part for my car and went to auto zone. A gentleman named Blake, who was very knowledgeable, helped pin point exactly the part I needed and was very nice. The store was so nice and the staff were super friendly and helping. I was amazed with all the different types of accessories that were there as well as parts.
Well definitely be going back again for car related issues or accessories.
I go to this store instead of a big box store because the people are super nice and helpful. The store is really clean and organized and everyone is very professional and helpful. I highly recommend!!

The manager helped me with a complicated order for a family member to be dropped at an AutoZone in another state. It took some time, but the young guy knew his stuff and led the other store manager through the process. Success!
I’m up here camping in the area just me and my dogs, vehicle wouldn’t start today and had to get a jump, I’m 300 miles from home and came to auto zone. Lonny C. Treated me as if I were his own family, checked everything, diagnosed the battery and took the time to replace it for me.

Took forever to get right battery for my car and for employee to get my bill straightened out. If I end up getting billed for 2 batteries and 4 core charges, I will not be happy at all!! Overdraw on my account because of his mistake....store will be paying overdraft fee for me.
Super helpful. Allowed me to use tools while I swapped out a TPS in the parking lot. Even assisted with questions and stood by while I was doing it. You could tell Adam was passionate about what he does.

A fuel pump for my car was $359 here while it’s was only $200 at AutoValue. Also didn’t seem like the workers knew how to scan a check engine light either.
