A big shout-out to Chris and his crew for finding the battery drain discrepancy on the Buick AND for keeping my truck running.
We have my wife's vehicle in quite a while ago now to have some work done to it. I was very appreciative of their input that they gave me on the condition of my wife's vehicle. They did excellent work and kept me in the loop of everything that was going on. There was constant updates and I never felt like I was just hanging. Definitely would recommend them as mechanic. They are definitely highly recommended. You can tell they definitely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. You're not just a number. You're an actual person.
The last response I receive after picking up my car after engine replacement and returning it for noise issues after a couple of days was "I hope it doesn't end up dead on the road".
I stopped in at around 9:30am on a Monday morning. I simply asked for a diagnostic test for breaks or a wheel bearing issue due to hearing grinding. They were very busy, but accepted my car. I was expecting to get an estimate of what they found. They got back to me around 1pm. And they gave me the quote and started the work. I was not expecting that at all. I expected to make an appointment for a later date due to them being busy. Yes it took "all day". They finished the work around 5pm. I'm NOT complaining at all! They fit my car in and repaired it the same day.
Love Drew he’s the sweetest kid. Always polite and respectful. This company has always accommodated all of my needs and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe for my children and my self. This is the only company I feel safe taking my vehicles to. Honest hard working guys that care

Excellent mechanics,will give you an estimate of repairs and let you decide what you want worked on or let go. Very good mechanics, I'm from out of town and got my truck finished in the time that I needed it back. Horrible service, didn’t mention how much they charge a hour. Lied about pricing and came back with way higher cost of 800 for a broken bolt and to reinstall my water pump. Which I still paid. Pick my truck up to it still leaking coolant. They didn’t fully inspect the vehicle before giving it back. Than charged me to inspect the same problem a few days later just for the leak to all of sudden be in a spot where they quote on quote didn’t work by. And tried to charge me about 400 to fix. I declined, this shop seems like one of those shops u see on tv that breaks things so u gotta come back. Maybe cause im black? Maybe cause they have no idea what they doing with BMWs but I will never recommend them to a soul. I’m going to make sure a lawyer is involved and this reach as many ppl as possible. They are scammers. I have recorded the phone calls and documented everything. Go to Lillie’s auto not these guys
I had to have the 6.7L diesel engine replaced in my F350. The work was done with the quality you would expect. Replacement was done quickly as well. I had an issue with a sensor coming on after getting my truck back, but they were quick to get it replaced, at no charge to me, and get me back on the road. I will be using Ionia Auto from now on whenever my truck needs work. Thank you for the great service!
Had a headlight assembly put on a car.. we already had the assembly... but they charged 109.00... to put it on... another local auto repair wanted 380.00 just to put it on.. wow! What a difference! Well be back!

I had an oil pressure sensor replaced and something gasket and they were great. Very good at communicating and very kind in person. Highly recommend. It was my first time using them and I will be back. (Hopefully not soon ?)
They give exceptional customer service. Everytime I have had an issue with my vehicle they get me in quick, ask lots of questions and then double check after the fact. Now, what I think makes them top tier, is that they are kind on top of it. They care about getting your vehicle fixed but they also care about the customer. I recommend them to everyone!!!!

The place is fantastic. Highly recommend. They really have above and beyond service. They were extremely professional, polite, never pushy, and very efficient in getting my car fixed.
Additionally, they have a super user-friendly software — I got my bill sent right to my phone and could pay it online. As well as a broken-down estimate of work that my car needed.
I normally feel uncomfortable at car shops, but they made me feel informed and were great to work with.
