Horrible customer service doesn’t know how to speak to people and somehow over looked a rear main seal leak, said my car was fine and they had to replace a turbo line paid them $300 I drive my car one night and it lost the same amount of oil as I brought it in for which was 4 quarts in like 80 miles!!!! For a 4 cyl that’s a lot and I’m not sure how your “master” mechanics overlooked that, they’re somehow super quick to reimbursing the money instead of fixing it which was weird to me, pretty much told me he wasn’t fixing it and my keys would be in my car to pick it up…
I had my 2001 Subaru Outback serviced here after an accident which broke right front suspension components which left it not save to drive. when it was all finished it drove like it was brand new and everything looked great.
I was searching for a new auto garage and was referred by a friend. They are a local family owned business for over 30 yrs. We were delighted with the service & my car 2007 Caddy runs like its brand new again!! My car needed alot of work on my motor & other major things.

The quality of the work is great but the owner Steve is a less than honest individual. I will not be returning. What they meant to say is they found somebody who would do the same quality of work for cheaper. Or should I tell the story about the ball joint you told me not to replace that fell apart in my hands so in order to protect the safety of your customer I replaced it and then I lost my job! I wouldn't let them work on my Ex-wifes car. Plus it's a bunch of drunks that work there anyways. Yes I am recovering alcoholic! Yes I am still sober!
Those guys work hard and efficiently. They've always done a great job. If you need anything done, Steve and the crew know how to do it. Recently that them repair my frame on my truck. Good job Mullins Auto!
Was in town from South Carolina visiting family. Needed some cooling system repair. I dropped off vehicle and they repaired same day. Excellent service and attitude. We made it back to South Carolina with no issues.
An absolute shame of a business. If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not take your vehicle here unless you would like it back with even more problems than it started with. Owner does not own up to his mistakes or take responsibility for anything! Absolutely terrible experience, would never go back here.
We've been going to Mullin's for about 10 years now. Steve and his guys are honest and trustworthy. They seem to always be able to get us in whenever we have an issue and they get the job done fast.

Steve is great to work with. Very honest people working here. They also offer towing services. Fair prices and located just outside of the crazy downtown traffic makes getting to and from this shop easy.
