I had an almost flat tire leaving Tamarack on a Monday evening about a month ago and ended up leaving my car parked at Louies. I didn't wanna risk driving it home in the dark eith two kids and nowhere was open. So when we came back to my ca, my tire was flat-it also had a gash in it, which is why it was leaking air. I called Torch Lake and asked them if they could swap out a bad tire on my car. He answered and said yeah just bring it here. I said we're at Louies so we'll be there soon. I showed up and although he was working on another vehicle, he changed out my tire and took the old one and sent me on ny way. He did what needed to be done in such short notice and it was a little after 5pm even though they do close at 6pm. Great service and have always been good to me.
Absolute worst communication and gave me back my car with a broken front emblem was fine when it left me and a new one is over 50$ ,I put new parts on the front seat and they never installed it ?... save yourself a headache go somewhere with better treatment of customer service... never again...
Next day repair of failed alternator.

They take care of our new Prius and old Trailblazer. Brought our Prius in for service this month on the air filter for the big battery. They did the job for less than half of what we were quoted from a dealership.
The guys are knowledgeable, personable and not expensive.
And we get a kick out of their high tech appointment calendar :)
Amazing service! They picked up my vehicle, diagnosed and fixed the problem and took time to show me what the issue was. Will always be bringing my vehicles to them.
Had a bit of car trouble while visiting the area from out of state. They were able to look at it and fix the problem (thankfully it was not major). Reasonable and honest, understandably they're booked out pretty far in advance, we were grateful they could get us in. Thank you!!
My pickup is not running properly. Tom figured it quickly, unfortunately he was not able to fit me into the schedule. But he gave me peace of mind that I would make it home from my vacation.

Tom is a very smart guy who really understands your car. He'll listen to you and let you know your options and is not averse to doing some but not all if you're short on cash, or if it's your kid's car who is a starving college student! We've been bringing everything there for many years and have never been let down.
Good friendly ,had them pop a bead off a atv wheel and they didn't charge me anything and they we're busy when I walked over , prompt service with a smile
We were passing through the area and needed some maintenance checked on our truck. All the mechanic shops in the area were booked through the week but, since we just needed the lights checked and an oil change, Torch Lake Services let us stop by and had someone come out to check what the lights were telling us. Tom assisted us and provided excellent customer service. He not only checked the lights but explained what it means and how we can easily and cheaply take care of it ourselves and what to keep on eye out for in the future. He treated us like a friend he was doing a favor for, not just a customer. Great mechanics, I’d trust them with my vehicle any day.
There are not to many places that I trust to work on my family's vehicle, but Torch Lake Service is one of them. They have always done excellent service for us. They have treated us with respect and honesty. Couldn't ask for more.
