Worst repair facility out there tried telling me a tire i bought a couple months back that has a bad cord is not under warrenty and that they sell tires with no equipment to service tires. What a circus of a shop

Tried to take my son‘s car there to get looked at, they wanted to charge $100 just to diagnose whether the tie rods were bad. Aside from electrical issues I have never heard of this, ridiculous.

Linden Complete Auto really went above and beyond to take care of your sports car properly. Their attention to detail—like ordering the correct oil and filter, diagnosing the dashboard lights, and fixing the windshield solvent seal—shows a level of care and honesty that’s hard to find. They fixed all the problems. I highly recommend them.

We took our Ford truck in for standard transmission service with an appointment in the a.m.(8-9) They did nothing the first 8 hours. Didn't start service until the end of second day with a pick up on the third day. We did not expect a 4-5 hour standard service to take 2 plus days. Our biggest problem was absolutely no communication from them. We understand things happen but we had to call each time to get an update. We have tried these guys 3 times over the many years we lived in linden.... But I think we are done. .... Three strikes and you're out!!!

Do not use this shop! Lengthy but accurate post, I took my car in for an ac issue, they looked at it and recommended a ac condenser I agreed they replaced it total for that plus labor and ac recharge was over $800+ I get the car back and it has a transmission leak. I talk to the guy at the front desk he said I can see where we noted that your lines were rusty but not leaking and now they are definitely leaking, they are right under the condenser so when we changed it we probably moved them causing them to leak, tells me they can replace them for $640 I said it never leaked I believe your at fault says he needs to Talk with owner and will be in touch calls back denying any fault saying best they can do is $450. I then replied with that’s not how u should do business, he apologized that I didn’t agree to repair it and I could pick up the car. There are plenty of shops that will take care of their customers and claim responsibility if needed. I thought a small town shop would be better than that! Stay away!

I recently sent my 2017 F-150 to Linden Complete Auto for service after noticing a rumbling noise coming from the front end. The entire process with the auto shop was great! Mark did a great job communicating with me on updates as he had them from the technicians and working towards a resolution to get my vehicle back on the road. My brother has also sent his F-250 to Linden Complete Auto and also has had a great experience. They all were very professional, and the price to complete the service was very fair. I ended up having them replace a lower ball joint, two cv shafts, oil change, and tire rotation. Since having my vehicle back I have had no issues and have since brought them one of my fleet vehicles from my company to have serviced. Due to their honesty, professionalism, and fair prices I will be forever a returning customer to their auto shop. I highly recommend them!

Shocked to hear this small shop won’t do any work with customer provided parts! Meaning if you buy something, they won’t help you with it. What a silly policy! Will never consider your business for anything other than a laugh when I drive by.

I wasn’t gonna send a review because I told myself this place wasn’t worth the time and effort but as I started to tell people what happened they said that I should, so others Will be aware and so here is my story Took my 2wd Silverado pickup in to get rack and pinion placed dropped it off on a Saturday. The manager called me the following Monday told me it was my power steering pump. I told them that there was no sign of any fluid on the driver side. The manager said that he would look at it himself, he called me back three hours later and said it was my transmission lines that need to be replaced. I told him noway it was the rack and pinion. This was the manager telling me that it was his number one mechanic and himself that looked at it these people don’t know what they’re talking about …or they were just trying to get $1200 out of me because they wanted to charge me $450 to replace the power steering pump and $750 to replace my transmission lines and the problem still would’ve never been fixed people beware of this place

I’ll never take a vehicle to this shop again. Took in our service van for front end work. Was quoted a cost. Returned to pick it up and the cost doubled to 1600 with no call to confirm the charges. Do you ever wonder why so many cars sit idol in the lot!! ?.

Recently moved to Linden and was looking for a new mechanic that was trustworthy. I made an appointment for an oil change for 8am Monday morning over the weekend while they were closed. They got back to me to confirm before they were even open on Monday morning. They shuttled me and my newborn back and forth from our house so we didn't have to sit and wait for the car to be done. The price was lower than those big name brands. They were friendly and professional and I will be going back for all my maintenance/car issues and recommend them to everyone. This kind of service doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated in this day and age.

Took my Jeep in and asked them to replace the front pads. (I was told at a place in Fenton that there wasn't much left of them and they needed to be replaced) The manager, Mark, told me they didn't need to be replaced yet. They still had maybe 35-40% left. Wow, Lindon's Complete Auto Repair is trustworthy. God bless you Mark!

Great shop, awesome staff. The guys at Linden’s Complete Auto Repair are not only knowledgeable, but their customer service is top notch. They have assisted me on multiple vehicles and their prices are extremely competitive. I was surprised at their fast turn around time with constant communication throughout. I highly recommend Linden’s Complete Auto Repair for anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

Quality work! My truck went in with some major engine issues and they found another problem. Since it was pretty significant they asked me to come down to the shop and talk with the tech and actually see what was going on. I appreciated the extra time they took to explain everything that was wrong and what they wanted to fix. There were also a lot of older parts they suggested replacing since I had so many miles and they already had them out so there was no extra labor charge. I got my truck back working in great shape! I've taken several vehicles here over the years and really trust these guys to give me honest and fair work and prices.

We had to get brakes and my steering checked out. I am in my vehicle a lot with a busy schedule. They got my vehicle in, evaluated, and finished in less than 24 hours. They even saved me a later trip by checking my oil and getting it changed. The price was a good one and they are always very kind.

Took my car in December due to suspension issues and my vehicle riding low to the ground. They charged $2,000 to fix my car, and a couple months later the same issues came back. It’s almost like they did a band aide fix and my car was worse off after seeing them. I now have to pay another $1,500 to fix the issues they supposedly took care of. They also kept my vehicle for a full week to repair it, and the new shop got it done in less than 2 days. Complete waste of time and money going here.

Being new to the area and skeptical of repair shops, mark and James have earned my trust and my buisness for life. Great customer service and good craftsmanship. They have been fantastic to deal with and went far to help us out in a pinch. Highly recommend!

They have very good professional service. Mark took good care of me and while they might not be the cheapest mechanics around they also are still more economical than the dealership but they stand by their work and hold a great standard. I also like the transparency and willingness to even show you what's going on or explain the issue and not try to pressure or force you to do anything but just educate and let you make an informed decision. I trust these guys with my cars exclusively.

Very unhappy with this visit. I took my minivan to their shop to have a front-end issue diagnosed, and an oil change. They diagnose the left front tie rod, and tire rotation. So I told them to go ahead and do it. They failed to tell me before I authorize the repair, via phone call . that there was a pretty major issue with the brake system. It was in the original inspection, but I didn't know about it until they handed me the receipt. They never made note of it on the phone. In the end, they ended up replacing the wrong side tie rod, and did no good whatsoever for the vehicle. It's now unsafe to drive and I live in the minivan so it has hit me pretty hard. I can't recommend a company that doesn't know right from left, and can't diagnose and properly fix a basic front end issue.

Fantastic shop! I highly recommend them. My car was running very rough. They found and fixed the problem within a day. They only charged me for the diagnostic test. I've driven the car for 200 miles and it's running great. They were very friendly, professional, and they obviously really know cars.

Best service ever. Expected the worst, was told the truth when they could have taken advantage of me. Always took care of my own auto repair but with 2 cancer diagnosis and 2 joint replacements and daily chemotherapy can't do it any longer. Wanted to support local business, glad I did. Mark is awesome. Could have gouged me like most dealerships but told me the truth. Will not go anywhere else. THE BEST.

My Chevy Cruz was having a lot of internal engine noise. I took it to muffler man in Linden and they just told us to take it to a dealership. They didn't give us a diagnoses, just that the engine was bad. I tried calling the dealership, they couldn't get us in until the following week. I thought of complete auto care so my husband called themhe explained what was going on, they said to bring it in. This was late Thursday, so we dropped it off before they closed. On Friday, Mark called, explained what the problems were and gave me a very good price. By Friday afternoon it was fixed and we picked it up that night (tonight). They did a great job, they were clear, they were timely and they took my car when no one else would. I will now and forever, be a Complete Auto Care customer. Don't make the mistake I did and go elsewhere first, you'll still end up at Complete.

Linden Complete has always taken such good care of our family and their cars! We have been here countless times over the years and always make it back for oil changes and whatever else is needed. The owner and his team do a great job at keeping prices fair and answering questions. Definitely the place to go!

I had somewhat of an urgent matter happen with my vehicle on a late Friday evening. On Saturday, I was needing to get my car into a repair shop. I called and spoke to James who very enthusiastically told me that he could help and to bring it on in. He was just as friendly and helpful in person, very knowledgeable and eager to help. He provided me with a loaner car as it wasn't expected that my car would be available for a couple of days. When I explained that I wasn't going to be in the area for an extended period of time, he was gracious enough to agree to keep my car and me keep the loaner car for longer than expected. It worked out that my car was ready Monday afternoon and to the tune of the estimate he initially provided to me! He and Mark kept in touch with me so there was no guess work on what was wrong or when it would be fixed. The service provided was exceptional on all levels! Hopefully, I won't need them in the future but if I do, they will be the first place I call!

Linden’s Complete Auto Repair truly does go above and beyond for their costumers!! It’s the first place I’ve found that actually cares and LISTENS to their customers needs and wants vs just trying to make a quick buck. They have never turned me down when I needed help, and always did what they could in a quick timely manner. I will be sure to recommend everyone to Lindens Complete Auto Repair. **UPDATE 6/25/18** Linden's Complete Auto contacted us and has made it right. Changing my review to a 4 star. The owner, Mike, explained his situation and has earned our continued loyalty. I'm very disappointed and sad to have to leave this review. My family has been doing regular business with Linden's Complete Auto Repair for over 15 years. I have tried to contact the owner for over a month. Mike hasn't returned my calls or replied to the Better Business Bureau. On May 2, 2018 for a routine oil change and tire rotation Mark had one of his technicians try unsuccessfully, for 4 hours, to get my lugnut lock off without the key because they said the key was stripped. This damaged my rim beyond repair as the dealership had to heat it to extreme temperatures to remove the lock making it unsafe to drive. If Mark would have simply admitted they made a mistake by stripping the lock and couldn't rotate the tires it wouldn't have cost me $1659 for a new rim and locks. Linden's Complete Auto has lost my business. Not only was this poor management with the decision to damage my rim but the lack of response from the company is simply unprofessional.

My 1st experience at Linden Complete Auto was last week and in a word it was Awesome. I just moved to Linden and wanted to find a local place for auto maintenance. I called set up an appointment. When I arrived the service staff were great, they advised me of everything prior to completing the work. It took very little time and they were very courteous & professional. I will return here the next time I am in need of auto services. Great job guy's thank you.

I've had great experiences here. They are great about letting me stop in to get something checked out quickly to see what's "making that noise". They determine if it's a safety issue or something I can make an appointment to get fixed when it's more convenient. Paul and Ryan and professional and courteous and make their customers feel important. The shop is very ethical and I trust them to not take advantage of me or try to sell me a service that is not necessary. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
