Recently because of extreme Temps my battery went bad.So went to auto zone and bought a new one. Took it over to Morgan's to have them install it.(they have done it for me before)They wouldn't do it because I didn't buy it from them.Not a good practice to leave repeat customers hanging.Done will find a new auto repair business.
Mark Brown, owner of Morgan's Complete Auto & Truck is always on the ball and accommodating with getting me in for an appointment and doing a great job with my vehicle. He also has free "loaner" cars so you don't have to wait for your vehicle to be finished. A+

This was overall a very good experience with them, They were able to look at my truck as soon I got it into the shop. And once they look at it the shop also sends pictures with your diagnostics. It was writhin a few hours I had all of the information I needed what had to get fixed! I got a call as well with the Owner I believe who explained all of the repairs that my truck needed. With everything that needed to be done I had my truck back within two days , and they also offered a curtesy vehicle I loaned and was able to get to work and back. Over all a 10/10 experience with them! ☺️
Great place to get your truck repaired. The guys at Morgan’s offer kind and friendly service and always get my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. They’ve done all the work on my current vehicle and I have no complaints. Great service
Dropped a car off for a brake line to be done, they contacted me later trying to get me to do a bunch of other things I already knew were wrong with the car that I didn't want taken care of yet, my car now has more noises than it used to have before I dropped it off because they wanted to inspect everything and break the rust off that was holding it together
Morgan's aligned the wheels of a 2008 Lexus ES350 to perfection. Car drives like it just rolled off the lot. They were very professional and the rayes very fair. I will be back to have other task done. Everyone needs a mechanic to count on, I believe these are the ones.
Great quick service for a much needed brake job. Convenient key pickup box so I was able to pick up my car after hours. Very honest and straightforward about what the (older) car needed and didn't need as well.
Great prices and cordial staff. I got my oil changed and tires rotated. It did take well over an hour from arrival time, so bring a phone or book. The oil change was at least 40% cheaper than other places I've found, so it's worth a little extra time.
A Great place that a relative recommended my family to ... I'm so Happy with the Professionalism from start to finish...My Toyota Tundra will be back when the need arises...

Had intermediate steering shaft replaced. They replaced it with a excellent grade part, one time and at the price the quoted. I have had other work done by Morgans and have had no complaints i would recommend.

Redid my brakes, rotors, and wheel bearings. Super nice the whole time and lent me a car at no charge. No complaints. 2nd time in and only place I’ll go to.

Great customer care ! I appreciate how they took the time to listen to my car concerns, checked my vehicle timely, and work was completed as promised. I certainly feel that the staff went above and beyond repairing my car and was thankful for the courtesy transportation.
Very pleased with the service we received on our daughter’s 2018 Escape. We had a feeling her Purge Valve was the issue since her vehicle would not start after filling her gas tank.
We made arrangements for her vehicle to be dropped off on a Sunday evening, mid Monday morning (7/7/25), I received a call with an update on their findings. We also received a text with a link containing a detailed report (including photos). This report included all details such as scratches, dents, etc to the body of her vehicle, her battery was flagged, brakes, you name it…. It was on this report.
Her purge valve was indeed the culprit, however they also noted that one of her ball joint arms needed replacing, and the rear shocks were pretty rough. We had those items serviced and took note of some other things that were flagged for future service needed. We had her vehicle back Tuesday!
Pricing was very reasonable, facility was clean and welcoming, staff members that I had contact with were polite and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back for any future services needed on our vehicles.

My Yukon air conditioning is working wonderfully! Greatly appreciated the loaner so I could still get to work while they were fixing my truck. Mark kept me informed of the progress and gave choices for fix options so I could stay in control of my budget. Highly recommend!
I'm becoming a fan of Morgan's! They were recommended by a relative so I tried them for work to my f350. I feel the work and quality were great, communication was great. Price was fair. Liked them so much returned for my daughter's jeep renegade which needed suspension work and had a repeat positive experience. When someone does a great job, it leaves nothing negative to say and they've earned my repeat business. I will be returning and encourage others to give them a look! Also absolutely love amd appreciate the report you get where they let you know of other things they feel need attention. Gives insight into upcoming maintenance I can budget and plan for.
I highly recommend Morgan’s! I dropped off my truck there over the weekend without an appointment and they still got my vehicle in that week to investigate a leak and a light. The breakdown they send you is amazing telling you a review of your vehicle with pictures as well. Their pricing is beyond fair, especially for the great quality of work performed. This was my first time at Morgan’s and will definitely go back for my future repairs!
I had a great experience with Morgans. My Jeep shut down with an electrical issue in 20 degree weather, and they were nice enough to call me a tow. They took time to investigate a solution, and provided me with a report of what needed attention to be serviced (without pressure to move forward with repairs). The guys are respectful and knowledgable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have a long term customer in me. :)
