Jose provided excellent service. He offered his opinion as to what might be wrong with my car, took care in loading and unloading my car from the truck, and made sure my car was placed where I could have access to the trunk in the carport. Jose was friendly and thoughtful.
My tow driver was actually a few mins early. It was a really nice surprise as I've had a few not so good experiences with tows not showing up or a couple hour wait time. He was courteous, professional and treated me and my vehicle with a caring atiitude. A very good experience!!

Greg was amazing. Came and saved our night at 3 am and helped us with an issue we couldn’t get anyone else to. Went above and beyond with the service and customer service. Joe Ballor Towing Inc. has excellent service! They were very friendly when I called for a tow after hitting a pot hole at night that disabled my tires. The tow truck arrived promptly and the driver was excellent. Very compassionate and did a great job. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend Joe Ballor Towing.

it was a snowy slick day, and my car slid into a ditch after I hit a patch of ice. Joe Balor had a truck there in 30 minutes and I was on my way. Excellent service, friendly kind gentleman had it out in minutes.
I have AAA so I’m not sure what the price was, but I surely appreciated the good service.
If your vehicle is towed by Jay Balor after an accident in Chesterfield, prepare to turn over the title to your car to Jay Balor Towing. The Chesterfield police put a "hold" on my Jeep for 30 days after the accident, I could not get it out of their tow yard or touch it.
The vehicle had minimal damage and I had a cash offer from another company to tow it out and sell it for parts.
Jay Balor Towing informed me they were charging me by the day, during the 30 days Chesterfield Police had a hold on it. Over $1600. They then told me I owed that full amount ..or... I could turn over the title to my car to them. I don't have that kind of money. That car was my family's only vehicle.
I turned over the title and asked if I could have our belongings and the license plate. The car was already in the process of being taken apart. Our belongings were gone. Now I receive a notice of abandoned vehicle at Jay Balor Towing from the court. They told me I could have tried to get my car back through this abandoned vehicle notice. Too late. Court told me to contact Jay Balor to .. remind them .. The woman screamed at me, told me they sell cars to another company to part out, and hung up on me.
I'll take the L, I didn't have a choice. I think Jay Balor being contracted by the Chesterfield police allows them to scam people. Just a word of warning. Zero stars.
I had to have my car jumped. It would not start, but it’s been super cold over the past week and I usually don’t drive much. The gentleman came out from the towing company was extremely nice very friendly and very helpful. Got the car running and right now it’s running for about a half hour in my driveway. They came out pretty Quick from the time I first called OnStar everybody be safe out there. Thank you.
I am super happy with Joe Ballor Towing!! My car wouldn't start due to the freezing temps. Ben came out quickly and got my car running right away. He answered all my questions and even more. He went above and beyond. I am so grateful. I will for sure refer friends and be returning.
Fantastic service and fantastic team! Thank you, Sue, and the young gentlemen that came to help. After waiting 3.5 hours with AAA, with no status updates, I decided to try my own luck with calling local. Sue recognized we had been locked out of our vehicle, which had been running for we’ll over 3 hours, so she helped prioritize and had a truck reroute to us within 20 min of our call. The gentlemen then waited until we were safely on our way, even offered to help push us out of the snow, if needed. The gentleman who came to my house was so efficient. He did not have to tow me he got my car running I drove immediately to the Honda Dealer. I would recommend him for any issue. Thank you the time was super I called at 12:45 he was here by 1:30 had me on way to garage in 10 minutes so I got my car fixed and it was a great experience!! I've been with AAA for ever since I've driven. My Dad kept us with membership my sister and I. Till we got jobs. I did the same with my 2 children they are both AAA members and still are. Stuck in ditch, called AAA. Ballors on scene promptly and winched me out. Operator definitely knew what he was doing and got me out quickly with no damage to my vehicle. Made sure I was able to get through snow drift before he left. Very professional and courteous.
Scheduled a tow, actually made an appointment it was great. Weather was bad that day figured it would be perfect as i was in no hurry, figured more important tows in the morning. Second time we used their service. Fast, prompt, courteous and price was good too! Thanks again - will use again if needed.
Just had my car pulled from a ditch on a back road. The dispatch said it would take an hour and I figured that was hopeful thinking. But they showed up about 10 mins early and got me unstuck. Price was pretty good too. There’s definitely a reason or two why they are a successful business! Well done Ballors!
I called early in the morning because I was locked out of my vehicle. 2 1/2 hours later no one showed up. I had to call back which was difficult because I didn’t have my phone. It was locked in my car. I was told that the driver came to my door and knocked on the door, which was a complete lie. I have two cameras and never saw anybody come to my door let alone knock on the door. It’s just very disheartening that people cannot be held accountable for their actions and literally lie to their customer. I was not even offered a discount for my inconvenience.
My tow truck driver, Gary, gave me amazing service. He arrived to help me right on time and was very kind to me. He allowed me to sit in his truck to warm up while he worked on getting my truck hooked up to be towed. He was very conversational and made me feel safe and comfortable on the way back to my work place. Keep up the good work, Gary ??♂️???
Ben was such a help! His timing was perfect on the freeway when I got a flat. He was a Good Samaritan and pulled over when he saw my flashers on. My husband appreciated his help; getting me off the freeway and home safely. Great car convos, personal, and helpful. Thank you!

I had an incredible experience with this towing company! Ben came out to help me with a flat tire, and he was absolutely amazing. He arrived quickly, was friendly, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He changed my tire fast and made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to meet someone so helpful and kind. I’m truly grateful for his service.
Nick was awesome! Very pleasant and professional! I'm from the West side of the state, I didn't know what local tow service was the best, and I would highly recommend Joe Ballor Towing! I only waited a few minutes on a Sunday for Nick to arrive. He also inquired what was going on with my vehicle and if I had recently had it serviced. He looked at my alternator and said it was old and most likely the issue because I just had the serpentine replaced and most likely it caused my alternator to overwork.
My left rear tire blew out backing out of mom’s driveway. There was a bobcat excavator parked in the road. Despite having rear backup camera navigation, I still somehow backed into the blade and ripped open my tire. Mike came to my rescue very quickly and put on my spare and I was back on the road within an hour of the OnStar call for help!
