We have a handicap accessible van, due to bad weather in Jan a lot of snow/ ice accumulation pulled our trimpanel loose under passenger door. Drove to priority auto, they checked it out, worked around our schedule to repair it, got it fixed in an afternoon & even washed the van ( wasn't expecting that)! We were very pleased with the outcome & the service we received. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, & professional - explained what needed to be done & how. We'll use them again if & when needed.

As a Spartan family, I can't recommend Priority Auto Body enough. They are the most trustworthy professionals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. My daughter attends MSU, and her car was making a very loud noise. Since we live in Chicago, I was extremely concerned about her driving across state lines with a vehicle in that condition.
Mason was professional, cordial, empathetic, and nothing less than amazing! They discovered that the loud noise was the muffler (annoying but not a safety issue) and the acceleration problem was a mouse nest that was quickly removed.

Absolutely the worst experience i’ve ever had with a business. They had my car way longer than they were supposed to, neglected to call me with updates, and let my battery die in the winter. Less than a year later, parts they did/should’ve touched went bad and they, of course, claim no responsibility. Aaron hung up on me when i tried to share the experience I had with them the last time they under performed. Do not bring your vehicle here!
Priority Auto body has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with a shop. Especially on a horrible day like the day your car gets totaled they were patient and kind and answered all my questions since this is not something I had experienced before. When I came to get my stuff their staff came and helped me get my kayak and roof racks off. So nice to know there's still kind and down to earth businesses like this. Thank you!
They do fantastic body work every time I've had to bring in a vehicle. They communicate all through the process and have always had my vehicles done when promised . I highly recommend them.
My repair was fixing a dented roof on a minivan. They found a nos replacement roof and did that repair. It was a larger job than I envisioned and it took a little while longer, but the new roof was installed well. They had to take out the interior, cut out then weld in a new roof and then re-install the interior and glass. A defective sensor was discovered the day after I took the van home , but that was promptly fixed. Overall I am satisfied with the experience. This job was a difficult repair and I found the shop was helpful.
Priority did an excellent job with our red color match. They were very good with communication, and following up with new information. They delivered our vehicle ahead of the estimated time frame, which saved us from renting a vehicle. And upon pickup, they included an interior detail, which was unexpected. I would use them again.
I requested a quote for some sub-frame work and they were honest and professional. They told me it wouldn't be cost effective for me to use their services and referred me to a local welding company (Lansing Welding) who would be better suited to service my vehicle. Because of their integrity, I will surely be using them in the future for any other repairs, for future vehicles.
I had vehicle damage from a tree limb falling on my car. Aaron and the professionals at Priority did an excellent job, even going above and beyond in taking care to make my vehicle look really great. Highly recommended.
We scheduled an appointment for repair and dropped the vehicle off. They told us it should be done in 3 days. They never called us with an update. After 2 weeks we called them and they had not even started it. They told us to pick up the vehicle and reschedule. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.
I pulled in here after hitting something on the highway and needed someone to help with some hanging pieces under the car. They quickly took my car and put it on the hoist to inspect everything, assured me there was no real damage, cleaned up the mess and didn't even charge me. I was admittingly a little stressed over it (I think he could see that) - when I went to pay they said have a safe trip home and keep them in mind if I ever needed anything else. So impressed. I highly recommend this shop.
We had some minor body work done. The new owner Jason and his team are so helpful and friendly! Best of all, our vehicle was returned back to 100% and it was completely DETAILED!!!! Thank-you for a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back for any automotive needs.
Went in to get an estimate on a couple dents and was immediately greeted and helped. After taking a look, they told me they could probably do it conventionally, which would involving repainting and waiting a month for the paint to cure before I could have the spot wrapped again.
I was given a business card for paintless dent repair from a contact they knew, even at the expense of losing my business. Very genuine and friendly customer service. Will return for my non-paintless repair needs! 😎😎😎
My fiance, my son, and I were hit by a drunk driver on Thanksgiving night 2021! Before we got hit, and I mean just seconds to minutes before we got hit; we were talking about how this was one of the best Thanksgivings that either of us had ever had. The SUV was less than 6 months old! Anyways, the pictures below are what our SUV looked like when it finally went to Priority Auto Body. We did not take any pictures of what it looked like when it was finished, but we couldn't have been more happy! It looks like a brand new vehicle! They literally made our vehicle whole again. You would NEVER be able to tell that this vehicle had ever been in an accident, let alone even a scratch! I was blown away! Priority definitely knows what they are doing and the service behind the counter was awesome! Something else that really stood out to me, was that they did exactly what they said they would do. They were honest about the time frame and that time frame was exact to what they told us it would be. We got it back New Year's Eve day and we were both just blown away with the workmanship! Top notch! Hopefully we never have to meet them again under these type of circumstances, but I have other vehicles that need some TLC and I will definitely be taking them to Priority Auto Body!
Took my truck in for an estimate October 12, 2021. Was told I would have an estimate that afternoon. October 14 I called again was told would have the estimate 10/15/21. Called 10/18/21 was told still working on the estimate. Since Priority is a preferred provider of my insurance company, I scheduled a date to drop it off for the repair, not concerned about the estimate. Scheduled the drop off for 11/8/21. On 11/23/21 I called my insurance company to find a new provider since my truck had not moved from the spot it was left in on the 8th and I was going to pick it up. The insurance company called Priority and suddenly, my truck was moved. I was told it would be two weeks. I called 12/7. No update and no call back. Called 12/14 and was told it's a big job and it takes time (person who answered the phone had quite the attitude) Called 12/21, was told maybe next week. Drove by on 12/29 and saw my trick sitting in their lot. Stopped in and found out it was finished and ready. Took it home and discovered the radio wasn't reconnected properly and had to take it back. Then, just this week on 1/8 found my rear tire on the repair side of my truck was loose, prompting a call for roadside assistance.
They NEVER called me. It took almost 3 months for them to complete the repair although, admittedly, they didn't start 6 or 7 weeks. The work looks good but there is no way I would ever recommend this business to anyone. No communication. No service. If it's possible to give no stars, please make the change for me.
Very friendly staff that goes the extra mile to make sure that work is done right and customers are satisfied. On dropping the car off, we found some additional damage that hadn't been accounted for in the original estimate. They handled everything with our insurance company and even got any additional deductible waived. After the car was repaired, they had to warehouse it while we found transport to ship it to Wisconsin. They never made a peep or asked for a penny. THANK YOU, PRIORITY AUTO BODY! Every good wish for future success. You deserve it.
Brought my Sienna here to get the brake pads replaced and repair the slow leak in a tire. They gave me a free loaner for the day, called with details about the work on the day of, and gave me the benefit of keeping my brake pads on the car because they weren't ready for replacement.
I think this place is quite professional and credible. I will be coming here again.
They were quite polite as well. All around satisfied experience.
