When we had our accident in 2023. He was very nice guy when he picked up our Renegade, and they had our Renegade over the weekend tell Monday. Our body shop open. I wish I could show our pictures what we hit. And what it looks like now. Our body shop did a wonderful job.

They showed up quick, were reasonably priced and very professional. Thank you!

Keith at Bower's is the best. I was hauling a Tritoon to a customer for a new boat delivery when both tires on one side of the trailer popped. Keith was super helpful and went out of his way to get me back on the road in record time. Can't say enough positive about my experience!

I can't say enough good things about Keith and bowers towing. I was broke down over an hour from home. He showed up 53 minutes after requesting a tow and I was home safe and sound. They were busy and the roads were icy so it did take a while for them to get to me but they were really quick at getting my car pulled out of the ditch and very fair on price.

Keith arrived promptly and changed my flat tire on a very cold and windy evening. He was friendly and pleasant despite having to work in the cold and dark. I appreciate the great service and highly recommend Bowers Service.

The ladies that came out to tow my daughters vehicle are some of the rudest I have met. Insisted on charging me for a service I didn’t ask for or need. When she told the police officer to put her back at the top of list..he politely informed her that’s not how it works since she had billed us. She then snatched the bill out of my husbands hands and said I’ll take that back then. An absolute joke of an employee and her sidekick wasn’t any better.

Horrible. I just moved to this town. Needed service to my truck n because, get this one, my lug nuts were to tight and also because my roadside assistance didn't use bowers tow truck I was told " well I don't want to work on it if it's a hassle get lugs off, and also i have my own tow svc if ur using someone else's I want even less to work on it " It's a heck of a way to test a new resident being small local companies need our money n support. I'll be certain to continue letting others know about this "remarkable" customer svc n business ethic

So grateful for the kind and helpful gentleman who was dispatched when my daughter had a flat tire on a Sunday night. Parents feel pretty helpless when their college kids have an emergency and we are too far away to help. Really appreciate this service!!

Always great service. I needed new tires and they got them ordered right there so I could have the price. They worked with my odd schedule, and gave me everything I needed.

Huge thank you to Keith for helping me get back on the road, on New Years Eve night none the less, after my trailer brakes caught fire! I was able to drive the almost 300 miles back home. I highly recommend him and his compamy if you are in the Colon MI area.

My parents got lost last night driving from Marshall to Kalamazoo. Somehow they ended up in Colon after getting directions from three other people (Alzheimer's). The Bower's family was at their shop late in the evening of Thanksgiving Day when my parents again stopped for directions. The Bower's kept them at their shop while trying to contact my sister and myself. After a lengthy time we arrived to drive them home. The compassion of this family is amazing. Thank you Bower's!!

Very nice and speedy. Was broke down with 2 young kids in a strangers driveway. Came quickly. Got the job done.

Me and my friend was stranded in a ditch with 2 little ones today and I called Bowers they said they would be there fairly shortly and less then 15 minutes and they was there getting us out of the ditch. The man was very respectful and polite and got us out quick, I would highly reccomend this company for anyone that is need of a tow.

I locked my keys (and spare keys), phone, purse, etc., inside my vehicle. Called Bowers (thank goodness we kept our land line!) and explained my situation. The gentleman who answered the phone said he didn't think it would be a problem and they would be on the way. They arrived very promptly, had my vehicle unlocked within minutes, and the cost for the service was very reasonable. Heroes

I just had my van towed due to a flat and the driver and his copilot were very friendly and professional.

Unfortunately, on Monday my engine died while I was on my way home from work. I was on the side of the road in Leonidas. I looked up "nearby towing services" and Bowers was the closest one. I gave them a call, explained the situation, and they arrived quickly. I was flustered so at first I didn't explain correctly where I was, but even when they called to make sure where I was, they arrived quickly and were very understanding. Once they arrived, it didn't take long to load the car on. They drove us (Dad was with me too) back to Three Rivers. They were very nice, quite funny (Which helped us during this tough time), and as mentioned earlier, very understanding. Thank you Bowers for your excellent service during this challenging time!

I don't recall this place. But I'm assuming I probably smoked in the parking lot. So, good private parking lot to light up.
