I would give ZERO stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment with RJ Fisher two weeks in advance to get brakes and tires done on my truck. My appointment was for Friday — they never even got my truck in the shop. No call, no update, nothing.
Then today (Monday), I get a call saying “Your brakes are metal-on-metal, and we can’t replace them.” That is 100% false. I know exactly what condition my brakes are in — they are worn, but not beyond service. That’s just a lazy excuse not to do the work.
Then comes the biggest joke: they tell me they can’t put my tires onto my rims, even though they supposedly have a $15,000 tire machine. Are you kidding me? What kind of professional shop can’t mount tires with all that expensive equipment?
They fed me nothing but excuses and BS, wasted my time, and left me scrambling to get my vehicle fixed after holding it hostage for days. Totally unprofessional, unreliable, and incompetent. Avoid this place unless you like being lied to, ignored, and jerked around.
Very nice people. Didn’t have my car worked on, but my car got a flat tire & I pulled into there parking lot. They let me use a tool I needed to finish the job. Thank you very much!

This is the worst place ever tk get anything done they had my jeep a month and everytime I call nobody knows what needs to be done to it. That's ridiculous. You've had it a month

When they had an opening today, they got my car in and fixed before they closed. Otherwise I was looking at the end of next week to get my car repaired. I really appreciate their effort and I will use their services again.
I would not even give this 1 star if I had to choose. We have been going here for over 3 years, great prices always allowed us to buy our own parts and bring them in. We took one of our vehicles in last week to replace a front end part and alignment. We picked it up they said everything was great that they didn’t find anything else. It pulled to the right all the way home then after looking under it, the CV joint boot had a hole and was flinging grease everywhere. It was Saturday of course, called and left a message called back Monday. They said oh that was like that, we asked why didn’t you say anything then the guy said well I didn’t know. Plus it doesn’t even drive straight. We asked if they would fix the part that was obviously damaged there, they said yes for $125. We will never go back and have told everyone we know. Ever since the owner stopped being in there all the time and the other guy running the counter it has gone down hill quickly.
They are a great shop and do splendid work, but their downside is that they tend to forget what you request for them to do to your vehicle when conversing over the phone. My latest experience was when I requested them to change my brake pads and rotors, as well as change my oil, they either didn't replace the oil life sticker or completely didn't change the oil. Not upset just slightly let down as I have liked their services for a very long time.
They did an awesome job. Went above customer service to repair my car. Towed, repaired, and picked me to return to service destination. Very happy with this repair shop. Polite and curtious. Thank you Fisher Automotive.
Not happy with being charged over half of an alignment when having said that there is noise coming from the front an yet still my car was set up before inspection. Not at all happy an will not be going back or even recommend
Great customer service! Rob doesn't try to up sell you or tell to get things fixed that don't need to be. He has given me heads up on things that will be needing to be addressed in the future which is nice. Fair price for quality work!
