I got into a predicament on an icy hill with a large straight truck and no traction at all, Indian River Towing was out within the hour (after business hours closed), and was able to pull my heavy truck up the hill. I'm almost certain I pulled them from a warm home or somewhere much more comfortable but they had no complaints and were very professional.
I called for a winch out from my drive. He stated that he would be there in 20 minutes, he arrived in 15 minutes. He was very professional and friendly. This is the go to for towing in Indian River and the surrounding area.
My truck was on my hunting property and accessible only thru a snowy two track road. It was non-drivable. Indian River Towing came out, without delay, and towed my truck back to town. The operator / driver was kind, professional and very competent. In the end it was affordable and fast. Great job!
We were on our way home from camping when we had truck troubles. Even tho they weren't able to tow our rig, they helped us get to the next exit safely and made sure we had a plan. ?????

Chris is awesome! Hit a deer in a work vehicle in the middle of nowhere traveling as a solo female and he responded quickly & I felt very comfortable around him! I can’t thank him enough for everything he did for me including picking me up from my hotel the next day to make sure my things got out of my rental before it was taken back by the rental agency.

Had very good service today, my truck broke down past the bridge, and the guy kz, was very helpful in getting me across the bridge. Plus dealing with me talking a thousand mph was very nice. Ill definitely reccomend in case anyone needs a tow.
Slid off I75 during a winter storm, two trucks responded and had us back on the road within 15 minutes of calling. Both drivers were polite and professional and the cost was reasonable.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. My husband and I were stranded on the side of the road with a broken down truck. We called here and were treated with wonderful customer service and quick hauling. The whole process was smooth and easy. They really helped relieve a lot of stress in this situation. We were pulled over in Indian River with tire trouble late one evening when a tow truck from Indian River Towing pulled into a nearby business. My husband asked for his help, and he cheerfully came to our rescue.

Rude!!! Unprofessional!!! Had an unfortunate situation with an employee in a company vehicle and they couldn’t have been any more inconsiderate or ignorant charged $175 to move the vehicle literally around the corner to there shop! Will never have anything done there or use them and wouldn’t advice anyone else to either! Highway robbery! They should be ashamed of there selves to take advantage of a fellow small business owner!!
Indian River towing cost me 300 dollars in repairs, plus the towing costs.
While telling me how I don’t know how to drive, that my car is a pile of junk, Indian River Towing proceeded to fill my door with sand jamming all the electronic switches for the windows and locks.
Calling Indian River Towing was a mistake. They charged 75 dollars to belittle me, damage my vehicle and then leave. No help at all.
DO NOT CALL HIM! Save yourself the headache. Had a flat tire. He charged me for a tow. He didn't have a jack that worked so he lifted up my vehicle with his truck lift. The vehicle dropped causing $3000 in damage. And because we were on a busy I-75 he told us to get back in the vehicle without ever mentioning the obvious damage to the vehicle - which he knew about. It was so bad that it put a hole right through the license plate. Refused to speak to us about it when (politely) calls were made to his business. He may come across nice but he is not accountable for his mistakes. Made choices without first discussing (lifting the vehicle with the lift). Biggest mistake ever!! Heed my warning!!!!!
I called Nate after my wife got stuck in plow debris at an intersection, after he belitteled her about the kind of tires she had on the car he proceeded to pull her out. Instead of just pulling her back a little where the road was clear he tried pulling her forward into the main road, her did this by hooking his chain to her fron rim. Her rim????? Because he didn't even look what he thought was a rim was actually a plastic hub cap and he broke it " Oops" he said
I guess good for him it wasn't an aluminum rim like he thought cuz he would be buying her a new one.

Nate was so considerate and polite, even after midnight in white out conditions. Didnt talk down to me or try to over sell, was very timely and gave me a very fair price, even gave me some tips on talking to my insurance company. Great experience, would recommend to everyone. Trustworthy and honest.
