This is the best auto parts store around. They are willing to work with you in tough times. They have very friendly employees especially Jason and Rob. I truly appreciate the amazing service.
Wonderful prices, very helpful employees. I needed wipers and they came out in the rain and put them on to help me be able to get home. Thanks Rob and all the employees 😀
I stopped in the store because my engine light was blinking on the freeway I had to get it on a machine to get a read out. They helped me read the machine and helped me even open the hood of my truck. I was far away from home and traveling by myself. An employee named Cole took the time to help me and held the flashlight for me while I attempted to change the parts on my truck. Another person stopped and helped finish pulling the spark plugs out. He apparently worked a different shift at the store also-because I was quite stranded at that point. The manager and Cole made sure that I got numbers for a few mechanics in the area and that I had directions to the safest motel for the night. They really went out of their way to help me and not leave me stranded in a strange area far from my home. I cannot say enough good things about the employees at this store and their kindness.
Even though there were 2 employees there, the man waiting on us stopped in the middle of assisting us 3 times to answer the phone. He then proceeded to look up items and answer their questions with each call. Apparently my time was not considered valuable. The other associate was quickly moving through in store customers. We were so annoyed that when we needed another item, we chose a different location.
Had bike troubles in Albion yesterday and
O'Reilly's helped get me back on the road to my destination. Thank you for being there/open and your help. Rob and his co-worker (didn't catch name) are both doing a great job and deserve this 5 star rating.
If I could do zero stars, I would! My mechanic uses O’Reilys in Albion for all their auto parts. I came in for an oil change at 1:25. A call was made to O’Reilys to get the stuff I needed delivered asap. They were told I was here & waiting. It is now 3:25 & here I still sit because O’Reilys STILL HAS NOT delivered my part!! TWO HRS later! And they have been called twice to get my parts here. Bad form O’Reilys, Bad form!
Had a couple situations today that I needed a jump. Went to this O'Reilly's in Albion, MI. The tech assisting me was Mike. Went to another auto store nearby and the tech gave me bad info and didn't seem to know to operate the tester. Mike tested battery and alternator both were good. He gave me other ideas on what might be wrong. I was going to go back in the shop for a quote on a new starter but Mike said to stay in the truck since it was still running and he would come back with the info. Thanks Mike.. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Went there looking for help purchasing and changing my brake light. Both guys that helped me were very friendly and able to fix my light no problem. This was after auto zone told me they didn’t know how. Highly recommend
This is my absolute go to automotive parts dealer these guys are great and highly knowledgable!! The only issue I ever encountered here is some regional manager named Denise screaming across the store at the store manager because she wasn’t getting her way hopefully she had been terminated because the store lost sales that day because me and a few others walked out. Extremely unprofessional person.
Went to Albion because Jackson didn't have part I needed instock. Got to Albion to take care of business and Anthony was very rude and disrespectful to me infont of other customers and I have a commerical account. I will be calling the store manager first thing Tuesday and having a talk with him about this.
Good Shop and Good Crew. They have some good working experience but no one has extensive experience yet. Usually have what we need or have it shipped in quickly.
I have always had a good experience here. Employees have been helpful and polite.

Went in with a general question. Answered quickly, had me out out door in just a few mins.
Went in for windshield wipers, they put them on for me. That was nice of them as well.
Great friendly service very helpful and you can find what ever you need if it's not in stock they will have it the next morning love that place. It's like auto who i forgot the last name you will to if you shop here
Used to be a customer at this Store. But will never come back to this store again. Came in to get a light bulb and the ignorant store manager told his employees that they dont install light bulds wiper blades etc. Wont ever spend a penny again at oreillys.
website says they open at 830 am on sunday but i called 3 times between 845 and 9 am on sunday and nobody answered the phone so i had to go twice as far (jackson) to get my part. wont bother trying albion again
We had to stop here for a couple items. It wasn't exactly a car emergency, though it seemed necessary. Ole O'Reilly did not have the air filters we needed for our two Holley carburetors, it was no biggy, should have changed them before we left.
One thing we did need was a particular oil, which this O'Reilly did not have, nor did they have any ZDDP or GM EOS either. Had to make do with something else. It was a mistake. We're going to have to bring our own oil the next trip, because we had to do a full block flush and clean when got back from this particular trip to get the gunk out.
My husband and I broke down on Saturday, but miraculously made it to O’Reilly’s in Albion. Brent, Robbie, and LC went above and beyon their duties to help us get the parts we needed and the car fixed. They made a stressful day so much easier. Thanks, guys!
