I typically work with Jake when I go to the parts store. I must say, he is by far the most professional and knowledgeable person I have ever met when it comes to taking care of my automobiles. I trust him! When he tells me I need something, I buy it. I hope he continues working here, he is an excellent ambassador to O’Reilly’s.
Well I must say my five stars definitely went down to one I cannot believe the management that is in that store currently a bunch of yahoos if you ask me I bought a couple things and went to return them two different times I tried to return them because the first time the dude said he wouldn't return them because the bolts weren't correct and then the second time the manager said he wouldn't return it because I used it now mind you the part is brand new I got it exactly the way I got it from O'Reilly's when I purchased it and it's an exhaust clamp it'll be in my photos so you can see it's brand new and I still currently have the exhaust clamp because they will not return it it and I know I can go to a different store and probably returned it but that's not the point this was my store were I would get the parts that I needed but not no more I'm going to have to find a different auto parts store
Ordered the parts at the beginning of the week and came in today for my van an while I was there had them see why my check engine light was on they gave me a printout which was helpful
Stopped in for car paint. Staff was not even interested in my search for the Ford blue paint. I searched isles and left without. My visit the prior week, I bought a product, which I didn’t use, returned the next day only for the CSR to complain that she would have change all day because of me. I won’t be back to this location, the one on Wilder is great!
Baile and Robert gave me the best customer service!!!! Highly recommend this BAY CITY MICHIGAN O'REILLY AUTO PARTS to everyone!!!!! These guys were great, helpful, so friendly. Stopped here for bargain sale on Mobile 1 5qt motor oil. I was assisted properly to get everything for an oil change. My van is great. I do not shop here often. Bad alternator also bad front brake caliper were purchased here in past, my van was not happy about those purchases. Taffy replaced caliper with a new working caliper, Price's Auto on Marquette Ave replaced alternator with a new working alternator. One out of 3 trips a success. Hope odds are better for others, I will not shop here often.
This is my second visit here and was immediately served and the guy did top notch installation of the part. But the reason for 4 🌟s is the first visit was for a Toyota truck he kept looking under Ford for a Toyota truck this second time for a Hyundai SUV he still was looking under Ford. Different days for the visit but was same guy hope he knows Toyota and Hyundai are not to be found under Fords. Otherwise was all is well.
Our experience was all that you could ask for. We went in with a dead battery for a Suburu and they quickly had an exact replacement for us to buy. The staff member waiting on us was courteous and helpful. He was also wearing a mask, which we appreciated. We were in and out in a jiffy. My experiences with O'Reilly stores around the country have always been positive.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I would leave zero stars if I could. The store manger has the worst customer service skills and the drivers are rude. Not one to leave negative reviews but cooperate needs to pay attention to the people they hire.
The manager is the most unprofessional, rude man ive ever dealt with. Was kicked out of the store, while being verbally harassed by said manager, who then took the facebook to make a very inaccurate, threatening post about me. Can you say power hungry?
We got a good battery for our car and we couldn't install it because we missed one tool so we asked for it. Logan was the best. Not only he gave us the tool but he basically did all the job himself, under the snow! It'll be our car parts store for all we need.
I get a lot of my car parts here. The staff seems to be knowledgeable and have always been helpful, although a bit condescending at times. Update: taking away a star because the idiot that checked me out today had his mask covering only his mouth. As someone with lung disease, I did not feel safe.
Really great service; had a quick stop for some wipers and the manager came out, friendly and replaced the wipers in no time and was out of there in 5mins.
Absolutely best store yet . Not only do pay and Dan go out of their way to help they are knowledgeable and pleasant. Pat went out of his way to come back after work and helped us figure out why our truck was broke down. He spent hours in the cold and rain giving us assistance on his own time . He deserves a huge "pat" on the back and a raise . Being hours away from home not knowing a soul he was a reasururing smiling face.
I went to the Center Ave store this morning in Essexville MI for a new battery. Daniel offered to help me replace it. There was a lot of corrosion on the positive terminal, to the point where the bracket had corroded through. The store didn’t have a replacement bracket, but Daniel created a solution using wire and different brackets. He spent almost an hour working on it, but it worked!!! Thank you Daniel for the excellent customer service! I’ll be back (hopefully with a simpler fix next time!).
Very helpful staff. Had a battery issue and they did not have the battery though there system said they did. Offered me a better battery at the others cost. Great experience will continue going there.
Excellent customer service from the guys here. I went in and got the part I thought I needed but once I got home, realized it wasn't. I went back and to my initial disappointment, the guy I dealt with was gone. I thought for sure I was going to get some hassle about returning an open part. However, these two guys helped me with no issues. Got me the right part and sent me away happy. Can't recommend this place more. Prices here are great as well. I paid way less than what I thought it would be as well which is always great.
