AMAZING! My car battery died while on a trip to Bay City and my insurance was being difficult. We called and Ken the manager was super helpful and got us all set up. Travis came out 30 minutes later and had the battery changed in 10 minutes. Amazing service!
I came in for a headlight replacement. I did the work myself and after I got it all done my check engine light was on. They helped me make sure everything was hooked up properly and erased the code. They were super nice and helpful. Will be returning.
Al was excellent and really came through with excellent customer service, very friendly and supportive, and went out of his way to help me learn how to fix the issue for the future. I will certainly be back to this location for my vehicle needs in the future because of Al. Thank you!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, go above and beyond. My battery died today and with a 4 hour trip home, I wasn't sure I'd find anyone to change my battery on a Sunday, since it is under the passenger seat. Caden was able to get it swapped out for me pretty quickly and get me on my way. Thank you for taking a look to see if it a task that you could complete, I appreciate it immensely!

I had zero knowledge about cars, especially my new one, and had to ask many questions about issues regarding my vehicle. One of the managers, Kaddin, had given very thorough answers for every question I asked and even helped with my starter after work since I was afraid of being scammed by a mechanic. Excellent place to get any of your vehicle needs as well as they have batteries for riding mowers. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also can hook up a handheld to your vehicle to see what codes are making your vehicle check engine light come on.
A huge shout out to Joseph the manager and his staff for taking incredible care of a situation I had from an online order in which I received the license plate frame instead of the 2pk of emblems, They called corporate Customer Care and they gave me nothing but the run around until I left the store yesterday,and then called me and gave me an online gift card for $20,an addition to keeping the plate frame!! The employee ordered my emblems and had them there this morning at the store, but upon arriving to pick them up,the manager still wouldn't let me pay for the emblems with my gift card,that's a class act as far as I'm concerned!!
After waiting 1.5 hrs for a tow truck to charge my battery came in 30 mins before close and Chloe and Mike had a new battery installed and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Very good service, highly recommend.
I understand that Autozone sells parts, not services, but when you are asking about information about a part you just purchased from a salesman at a parts store, hearing " I don't know how or what I do is go to an auto mechanic and get my car fixed, as it portrays honesty, It does not instill trust that they know what part they are actually selling me or understand the process in which they are selling parts for. Im giving your personnel a Thumbs down 👎for that!

My battery was struggling with this week’s cold snap so I stopped in to get a new one. Not only did Dino answer all my questions, he came out in the freezing cold and installed it for me. 10/10 will return!
Any time we have an engine code pop up, they come out to our car with the code reader to diagnose the problem for free. They have helped replace wipers and lightbulbs. We love AutoZone!!

we have 6 street driven trucks to maintain and 4 off road jeeps that are always undergoing some new phase of a build, the staff at the Center road store is fantastic to work with and they take the time to help find solutions to the not so common issues that we bring in. We drive across town to get to this store because we know they will treat us right and help us to find the right parts.
I took my lawnmower there (yes...lawnmower!!) because it needed a new spark plug and I couldn't get the old one out. The worker not only took the old one out for me but also put the new one in AND replaced the spark plug in my weed trimmer as well! They are always helpful and friendly. I wouldn't shop for parts anywhere else!!
Great service! The star provided me with help the moment I walked in and installed my wiper blades after making a good recommendation. They also gave me a discount and a free gallon of washer fluid. Great customer service!
