Their service is friendly and efficient. Their prices are great. And I never felt pressured. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I was recently attending a conference at Shanty Creek when I got a flat tire. I was several hours from home, and had no idea what to do. I called Bellaire Auto nearby, and Rob talked me through what I needed to do, and what NOT to do (like drive on it flat). After using road side assistance to change the tire, I drove to Bellaire Auto to see if it could be repaired. Rob and his staff were amazing! They were busy, but stopped what they were doing to very quickly fix my tire (at an extremely reasonable price), and get me back on the road. I would definitely suggest Bellaire Auto to anyone living or traveling in that area. :)

Came in for an oil change and check up before heading out to a long camping trip. Denny, Rob and Devin did an exceptional job making sure my car was ready to go. They were extremely kind, respectful, communicative, and professional. They even checked my spare to make sure we were covered in case of an emergency. Highly recommend this crew. We were stuck in Bellaire on vacation with a broken down car. Rob was amazing fitting us in, communicating with us, and getting our van back to us before we had to leave for home. Honest pricing. Hard working.

I wish I could leave a million stars! Rob and his team at Bellaire are fantastic. We traveled 7 hours to Northern Michigan and upon our arrival, our car began misfiring cylinders. Every place was too busy to even help scan, but Rob was flexible and scanned us in quickly. Despite being so busy, he was waiting on parts for another vehicle and was able to squeeze us in. Even the rest of the team was super nice as they scanned the car and walked us through the issues. While waiting, we walked the beautiful town of Bellaire and were done soon considering how busy they were! Not only were they so helpful, kind and efficient, but Rob was also super informative too. He gave us advice for maintenance upon our return back home and how to make sure we avoid this problem again (this is the third time we’ve had cylinder misfires). Thank you so so much again Rob and Bellaire Auto Repair Team! We are so forever grateful for your time and compassion.

Great service! I was worried about how my car was driving. Rob gave recommendation on towing company and made sure to get vehicle looked at same day. Turns out, worried for nothing but Randy still took 2 hours to look over vehicle. Taken on test drive, explained why vehicle may have driven differently and to show me vehicle drove fine. Price was definitely right! They took the time to care so I will definitely keep coming back!

My van had a blinking engine light as I was pulling into Bellaire for an event. I live in an hour away, so was stranded. Fortunately, the team over at Bellaire Auto was able to quickly diagnosis the problem, and fixed with within 24 hours. I was very pleased with their customer service and pricing. 100% recommend them.

I came in at 8am this morning with my brakes grinding. I was afraid to drive my car back to Grand Rapids believing my brakes could possible fail. Rob, the owner, took it upon himself to rearrange the appointments this morning to fit me in. I had to get new front brakes and by 11:30am my van was finished and I was on my way. I’m in Bellaire a lot because we have had a cottage on intermediate lake for over 63 years and I would not hesitate to use Bellaire Auto Repair again for all my auto repairs.

We were on a family vacation 4 hours from home and our wheel bearing went out on out pontoon trailer. Rob was very friendly and polite. He said get that thing over here and I will do my best to get you taken care of. HE DID and saved our vacation. He didn't over charge us because we were in need. Stand up guy and a stand up business. Rob Cerny at Bellaire Auto Repair did a great job with our wheel bearing repair. We were obviously form out of town. He got to our vehicle quickly, did not pressure us into a repair, from finished the work and charged a fair price.

After dealing with so many horrible, crooked mechanics in my life I'm not sure how we stumbled upon this shop. I can't count how many times we've taken our vehicles to Rob and his crew, but every time it feels like we're family. From laughing at the counter and being invited into the shop to look at what they've done for us to being charged fair and reasonable prices that their competitors simply can't beat. We're always treated like equals here. The mechanics never assume that I don't know something simply because I'm a woman, which is appreciated more than they probably know. Overall the best mechanic I've ever been to and definitely the best mechanic in the area.

Rob was great in scheduling, and rescheduling when something came up on my end. Service was quick, fairly priced and very accommodating. I was recommended Bellaire Auto Repair by a friend and would definitely recommend them to others myself.

Rob and his mechanics are just AWESOME!!!!! Staying in Bellaire for our anniversary getaway and doing the fall color tour, but woke up to a dead car battery! I have been going to Rob at Bellaire Auto Repair for over 20 years. Many repair shops have come and gone in Bellaire and the surrounding area over that time. The difference has been that Rob has maintained an honest, quality repair facility with excellent mechanics who he works right along side with. He takes advantage of no one whether you know nothing about your vehicle, like myself, or are from out of town. He has done expert work at a reasonable price on everything I brought his way, from a 1957 restored vehicle to any of the foreign or domestic vehicles old or new that I have brought his way. He has also gone out of his way to help in emergencies as well.
