Very disrespectful. I called to get a guest car out of my driveway. The lady hung up in my face bc the guest phone got disconnected with her and she thought he hung up. Either way I called as a new person not evening knowing he called . Her attitude was very disrespectful to me as a new customer calling her. I had no clue the man even called this business for assistance. Just trying to get this man out of my driveway…

Always punctual, friendly and not too expensive. Definitely recommended?

We came to Plainfield, MI from Indianapolis - to trade a corvette for this hot rod. We couldn’t unload the corvette from our trailer… so we called Brock’s to help because they have a flatbed. They were so kind and patient. They unloaded the corvette and waited for us while we left to do the trade…. Then loaded the hot rod up onto our trailer. They were very reasonably priced. 10/10 all around.

Brocks towing did amazing! Jim was behind us when we got into an accident and started helping right away! 2 trucks came and got the vehicles cleaned up and out of the way! Jamie in the office was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you all very much!

We had an incident with a tow dolly. When I called, the receptionist said it wouldn’t be an issue and they’d have one someone out there within 45 min. They arrived within the time frame. The guys were professional and able to take care of the issue in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

As we are getting close to winter again I am remembering to awesome service I received last fall and winter. We had three service calls! 1) my transmission died on the side of the road and received next morning service (I was able to get a ride and didn’t need emergency tow). 2) my kids were stuck in side of highway and received next level service. 3) I got our church van stuck in my driveway. The owner is the one who got the van out fantastically. He was so kind and professional. Excellent price also! We have used Brock Towing for years and will continue to do so in the future.

They came at 6:30 in the morning. Towed my car to my mechanics brought me to my house and dropped me off. And they did it all with kindness, cheerfulness and professionalism. Who could ask for more?

I definitely recommend using their towing services. The price was reasonable, and the person who helped us was very friendly and worked quickly and diligently. Note: I am not affiliated with the business, I just have the same last name.

Young man came to take our truck for inspection due to not starting. My 67 year old husband fell in the garage while the young man was here. He helped pick my husband up and drove our truck out of the garage onto flatbed to take to the dealer for inspection. When it seems nobody cares, you find angels like this.

This has to be the absolute worst towing company in all of Michigan. They impounded our car without letting us know and when we called to ask about getting back they demanded my grandfather who was on hospice had to come personally take it out as his name was on the title. I explained to the awful woman on the phone that my grandfather had to use an oxygen take and can’t even go to the bathroom on his own would not be able to do the 40 minute drive in a car from Grand Rapids to plainwell and asked if my grandmother his wife could go instead with the title and his license and she said no that they don’t do any exceptions we would have to find a way to get him over there or we would be stuck without a car. I had to call the sheriff and get him involved and even he thought that was ridiculous. This is the absolute worst place ever and frankly to the lady on the phone you’re a complete jerk. You also have to make an appointment to get your car out. I called 2 hours in advance to have it out at 12 and they showed up 25 minutes later . What’s the point of even making an appointment if you’re still gonna not be there on time.

My husband was in an accident with a deer on the way home from a game in the middle of the night. We attempted to call insurance, but the third party tow vendor they use was not the greatest. I called Brock’s and they were not able to come out right away due to staffing. I called back and and spoke with Jamie and she set the tow up for later morning when more drivers were in. Not only did she call back with an update but they called in a driver to see if he wanted overtime to avoid getting out truck impounded. Thank you Mike for taking the long trip to our home to get out vehicle home safe just before the holidays. We got it backed right into the garage! Thank you Brock’s towing for truly caring about your customers! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

Always nerve wracking when you break down on highway. Brock’s should be your first call. Great communication and service. Friendly and caring driver too. Need help call Brock. ?

My experience with Brock Towing was fantastic. I was stuck on the side of the highway with a pontoon on a trailer with only one tire and broken hub. This was on a Saturday evening at 5 pm. After speaking to Dave at the towing company, he assured me that a driver would be there shortly and help out. The driver, Jim, was there in 15 minutes and able to get this on their truck without issues. They were able to hold the boat & trailer to their facility and secure this until a repair shop could be found. Upon receiving a location to drop this off for repairs, they delivered it without any issues. I highly recommend this company and appreciate the excellent customer service I received.

July 22, 2024 I needed an emergency tow due to our car breaking down, they sent a driver out right away, and were to our car in 25 minutes. Courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful.

I called on an early Sunday morning to tow my dump truck. Very courteous and prompt service. Driver was very professional. Price was also very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Dave was able to tow our 4wd truck with my husband for us and his wife, Jamie, came to pick up the kids and I to safely escort us to get our vehicle fixed. After being on the side of the road for 4 hours trying to get our insurance company to help set up road side assistance only to have someone come out with an inadequate jack and another company cancel b/c they couldn’t do the job, Dave and Jamie came to the rescue in 30 minutes! Thanks so much for all of your help!

These people sure know how to run a business!! Customer service is top notch, hard to find these days. Everyone I had contact with was helpful, kind and extremely considerate, from the office staff to the man that actually did the towing. Thank you, Brocks Towing!!!! 10 + stars for all of you.

Helped me load a forklift into a box truck, I am completely satisfied with their service. They are the best. Really helped us when other tow companies couldn’t help us within two hours and Brock Towing got there in 15 mins! Were really nice and efficient!

I broke down today in a terrible spot with two dogs, my husband at work, and in my jammies! (Cause who hasnt just run to the store in their jammies for one thing?) Worst case scenario all around. Brock's was there and had my car loaded in about 20 minutes. Friendly and professional and priced well. Thank you for saving us! Would totally recommend

When AAA failed us twice within 12 hours we finally got help from Brock Towing & Recovery. The lady I spoke to at the front desk was quick to respond after I called and she was helpful and kind too. Thank you all so much!

Dave, Jamie & crew really know how to save the day, literally. Having to get a tow- or worse- something out of impound really really sucks. Feels a little better knowing a local, honest company will be there to have your back. Yall's job is hard and your community appreciates you!!!

If there were more stars than five, I would give them the highest rating. The owners of Brock Towing & Recovery were the most helpful, wonderful people. We broke down and we were from out-of-state. They got to us extremely fast and came to our rescue. It was late at night and they went above and beyond to help us. We wish there were more people like this out there. Awesome people, awesome company...Highest rating. Highly recommended. Thank you, Brock Towing!!

Fantastic service! There's nothing more stressful than a dead car battery, but the gentleman who came out not only jumped the car, but went above and beyond to ask questions, check the cables when it didn't work immediately, and make sure my mother and I knew the best options for taking care of our car and dealing with the issue. Above and beyond service, as they've been doing for years. Best place for towing or a battery jump, hands down, and on the day before a holiday no less. I wouldn't trust anyone else like I trust the crew at Brock Towing.

The owner came out. Ended up plugging our tire. Then we had more troubles ( battery ) and he helped us with that also. Very personable, very good work and at a very fair price. I would pay more to use them again!

These guys were great. We had a really bad experience with our truck. They were super understanding and quick to get us taken care of. They came out at 10pm on a Saturday night they arrived in about 15 min and very nice and professional. I will use them for all my future towing needs. Thank you very much for your help and courtesy. I am so impressed!! I locked my keys in my car in the morning (and had an appointment to get to) and they were here in about 8 minutes. The technician was so nice and had the car unlocked before I filled his form out. Price was right also! Highly recommend!
