Called them at 4:40 Pm on a Thursday. Was told they were very busy at the moment and would call me back. I was thinking in maybe a couple days. To my amazement I was called back within 10 minutes by a very pleasant lady. She didn't get frustrated with a guy like me that wasn't sure what I really was looking for. She found and described exactly what I wanted for my old outboard. Had the part delivered to my Vermont doorstep in less than five days for a minimal shipping charge. Can't thank you enough. Rick. Got a part for my boat. Part ultimately didn’t end up being used by mechanic. He gives a 30 day warranty and took it back no questions asked. Great guy, great place, lots of inventory,
I found Pine Lake Parts online during a boat project I had taken on. Pat and his staff went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed and much more. Pat went out of his way to assist me with items that didn't even pertain to him or his store. Pat's knowledge of the marine world is worth more than money can buy and the fact that he is willing to help others speaks volumes for him and his business. Pat took a lot of time (many many e-mails and phone calls) out of several days to assist me. Pine Lake Parts has provided excellent customer service and been beyond helpful. I am not a local but will continue to use Pine Lake Parts for all my marine needs. Highly recommend them. Thanks again Pat and Pine Lake Parts!!!

Pine lake part's is one of the best customer service places for older boats and boat parts. I have bought a 40 yr old boat I came here looking for a part. He first tried to rebuild my part, then that didn’t work and he backed up his work bye crediting the parts that were bad and upgraded me to an entire working unit with a very fair cost. I really thought I was going to have to sell my boat and scrap it but this place kept me on the water and going out in the morning. Excellent customer service and super helpful. 10 out of 10 stars, highly recommend.
Found these guys while looking for older, obscure part. Price was good, as was shipping to Canada. Part came early (fast shipping), but with a Canadian Customs tax bill for about the same as the part cost :-); no mercy from my government at all. I will be installing the part soon, thanks guys, great service.
Real arrogant Ebay Seller that is overly sensitive. Over charges for parts that are 20+ years old. If the seller gets his panties in a bunch over "Best Offers" maybe he shouldn't entertain offers.
I would avoid this seller and find someone else to deal with.
I diagnosed my boat motor problem and called to see if they had the part. Pat answered the phone and was very polite. Asked what I was looking for so I explained it to him. He further diagnosed my problem and 5 minutes later my motor was back up and running. He could of easily sold me the expensive part but didn't. I'll be using Pat from here on out. Thanks Pat!!!!
I tried to unload a new to me boat on the ramp a different way. Boat tipped causing prop to come in contact with concrete and bend. Ordered on Monday, had it in my hands Wednesday. Exactly as described used and best of all CHEAP at twice the price. Thanks to Pat & Shelly at Pine Lake Parts. OEM used Propeller part replacement a success!
Everything regarding my part purchase was excellent. PLP continually updated me on the status of my order. Provided tracking information. Packaged the part very well. Delivered in a timely manner. And, the part was correct and in the condition expected. I'll not hesitate to use them in the future. Paperwork was accurate. Be confident with them.
I have bought multiple used parts for a 79 merc 200-20. Every part has come in the condition described and been exactly what I was looking for. Granted I only live and hour or so but every item has been shipped next day after payment. Top notch customer service
Pat, thanks again for helping me with my 1986 Evinrude. The parts are nice but the advice is priceless. You take the time to advise and sometimes test new parts. The 1964 Johnson you helped with 2 years ago still runs great.
These guys like to judge and discriminate against your past reviews lol! If you cant give 100% personal experience to buyers how do you expect 100% reviews? Get on your knees for these guys, shouldn't be running a business if your asking for fake reviews or are you? Do your customers well and your reviews will come. I haven't even made a purchase and im about 97% dissatisfied they wont do business, lets give em the real reviews they deserve. Dont get me wrong they may be generous people and i could be wrong but my reviews are based off personal experience. Wish i could of done business with them. I dont recommend if your someone with real reviews based off your experience.
This guys a real joke lol! I understand you gotta defend your business but really. Your business is based off of your own actions, judgment based upon a seller that was 100% because of how that seller delt with me, i gave em my honest review so think about it. Discriminate against someone based off of someone personal experience in my opinion in very petty and kiddish. I feel bad for the others that had the same experience as me in the reviews below.
Exposing bad business practices hurt i understand but hopefully in the near future you can treat every customer equally, feel free to reply, you have bad business practices.
Forcing people to block someone and side with you because of a honest review is also very petty of you, shows what kind of person you really are.
The staff here are super friendly and incredibly helpful!! They take the time to help you find what your looking for and are very helpful, knowledgeable and reasonable pricing. If you need a part for your boat do yourself a favor and call them first!!
I am no stranger to buying used parts for some project or another… Those of us that do that expect “things” to happen or be not as advertised. I recently purchased a lower boat out drive from Pine Lake Parts through EBAY… They weren’t the cheapest option but I felt they were legit and I am glad I trusted my gut because they are a stand -up organization. I received the drive but I can only assume the delivery truck must have been in a terrible accident and rolled over a few times in route ;-) the part was damaged so I reached out to Pine Lake Parts by email. Pat was super responsive as we explored several options to “Make things right.” Ultimately it was determined it was beyond my ability to make the needed repairs to the damaged unit. The Pine Lake team helped me get the item returned and a refund. I don’t know what else one could ask for when dealing in used parts. Shop confidently knowing they will bend over backwards to “make it right.” THANKS GUYS
Awesome customer service. Ordered a used part from their website that was damaged. Contacted them by email on a Sunday morning with pictures of the issue not expecting to hear from them until at least Monday. By noon Sunday I recieved a reply apologizing for the error and they would see if the had another. They tore down another control immediately and verified they had a good one. Had a new tracking number by 1130pm Sunday evening! I will absolutely check them first for used parts before anywhere else!

They worked with my unique situation to get get a new motor for my boat and complete a restoration I've been working on for over three years. Couldn't have done it without them!! Bought a coil on ebay and picked it up in person. Dont believe the 1st review my part was cheap and I was given great advise hopefully the coil is the fix but i know where to go if not. Thank you so much for you customer service.
