First place in a long long time I've taken my truck to and they got it right in, fixed the issues I was having and I was still able to work all day. Every thing was done exactly right and they are so nice. No one with an attitude which is huge in my book, I would take my truck here if I was 300 miles closer to another repair shop. They should open a car dealership here. The lot is HUGE with a large selection of cars with more options and colors than any local dealer. Best of all you could get your car fresh off the train at a discount!
They should have also covered the whole parking lot and rail yard with solar panels. it looks like they put the panels a little to the north over farmland.

I live on a narrow, curvy, hilly, , no sidewalk, weight- restricted and totally residential street. We have several signs indicating the weight limit at each side of our street. (Heard Street-Worcester, Ma)
One of your empty car carriers just went North on our street. Kids are walking in the street coming home from school NOW.
Our quality of life and safety is jeopardized each time your company refuses to obey vey simple posted laws.
