Upon entering the service center I was greeted with a friendly smile and took care of my issue immediately, I had multiple scratches and I was paying out of pocket, The appointment to get it fixed worked around my schedule and was complete in a very timely matter. They kept me informed about all the things that they were doing and when to pick it up. When I arrived they had cleaned inside and out! 5 stars across the board!!!

I was at big y when I came out and realized the young lady park next to me had sides wiped my truck I called the police. She called her dad. Not going to mention names but he asked if I would take my truck to Woody's.I said I have never been there , but I will go and get an estimate and then take it to my guy. I arrived at woodys the following day. The place was very organized very clean. Very nice atmosphere. Before I knew it , Mike came in and gave me the estimate walk me through everything they were going to do.Said he would replace the back door brand new from the factory. I was super surprised was so fast. After leaving there, I felt extremely comfortable.I called back decided to let them do the work on my truck. Never even going to see my guy. They had my truck 3 days. That's it, they banged it out and when I say banged out what an awesome job I was absolutely impressed. Just picked my truck up from woodys, so thankful for their mechanics and office staff! They kept me in the loop during everything and helped walk me through things with my insurance company. Super easy to work with and gave a pretty quick turn around time. There’s nothing worse than being without your vehicle so my insurance gave me a rental - Woodys works with a local enterprise so I could just leave it there when I picked up my truck. Bringing my car to Woodys was the best choice I could’ve made. My neighbor backed into my car last December on accident obviously, God rest her soul but I was distraught as I’m a single mother who works 7 days a week and needs her car. Mike and his team kept in contact the entire time of the repairs and made me aware of every move they made. Real smooth. Car looks better than the day I purchased it especially after they vacuumed and waxed it as a bonus.

I must say it's been a great experience every time and they are very professional and handle everything for us. Their work has been top-notch. Had a bumper replaced after getting rear-ended. Worked payment out directly with my insurance, making the process so easy. The owner is a really great guy! I had a wonderful experience. Made necessary adjustments to my claim. Mike contacted me with updates along the way. In the end, my truck looks almost new (10 years old). They also took care of a mouse condo.
