Hudson road automotive is the best place you can take your car to in this area. I highly recommend getting work done there. Very reputable and honorable. I had my thermostat and water pump replaced just under a year ago and it was having some issues and he replaced the both again for free granted it was still under warranty but Jay and the team there do excellent work. Trust this man and team to fix your vehicle and honor the work they do.
Made an appointment for a Wednesday morning, they got the car right in, called and gave me an estimate for wheel bearing and brakes about 45 minutes later. They also provided info about other things the car might need in the future so I could decide if the repair was worth it and that it was too involved to be all done that day. Told them I needed the car for the weekend and had it back by the afternoon on Friday. Great communication, clearly take pride in their work and use quality parts.
Amazing customer service. Jay is honest, thorough, communicative, and goes above and beyond. He helped sort out an issue I had with my brakes and an oil leak, and got my car in and out within 1 1/2 days. I’m a new car owner and he helped me understand what I was dealing with, rather than taking advantage. Will recommend and return!
Jay was very responsive to my initial email inquiry, and explained everything very thoroughly to me. He completed the work exactly as scheduled and called me with an update as soon as it was done. Price was very fair and the work was excellent!
I take my BMW here because Jay and crew know these cars and do honest work at an honest price. I don't have to worry about them telling me it needs a bunch of work it really doesn't & they let me know when something needs to be addressed.
We just love Hudson Road Automotive! They do a fantastic job keeping my 2015 CRV in great condition. I have them do all maintenance and repairs. We don't go anywhere else!
Everyone I talked to was pleasant and accommodating despite being short handed. Pricing was clearly communicated and reasonable and they did fine work. Will use them again in the future.
I used Hudson Auto for a Tire Rack install, they were quick and provided great service. On top of that the cost of the install plus an alignment was less than anyone else wanted for just the install.
Ive brought 3 different vehicles from 3 different manufacturers to this shop. Plus my friends go here too and we are always happy with the work performed.
Jay has to be one of the most honest guys I have ever met him and all his mechanics are very experienced they treat their customers well they do their job extremely well and they back it all up I bring all my motor vehicles to J and I will continue to and I highly recommend this place

I bought a used Corolla here in March of 2019. The car was in excellent condition and Jay sold it to me at a very fair price. I appreciate being able to deal with someone like Jay. He was up front about any issues with the car, which were mostly cosmetic and unimportant. However, he did note a couple tires were older and gave me the choice of having him replace them or taking some money off the asking price.
Pre-purchase, I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic, who noted the car was "mint".
When I went to get the car inspected post-purchase (per Mass requirements), the mechanic asked how I found a used car in such good condition.
I purchased used Subaru from them. Jay took the time to understand
my requirements and was flexible with repairs. Once he got the check, I
got a sense of "I'm too busy". This is a great place to purchase a Subaru or Volvo. You may not get good service after purchasing the car................01/26/19 I was not aware that Hudson Road Automotive does not register the car BEFORE the sale. Anyways, I have been driving it for 2 years now & am editing the review to four star. The Car is performing as desired. Good Luck Jay!
