I’ve been to the Canton location before but this was my first time at the Middleboro location and these dudes killed it once again. They installed these new taillights for me which was a pretty big job, lots of electrical work to get these to work properly. Wires are perfectly hidden, everything in place, phenomenal job splicing all the wiring together and it was pretty quick for a job like this.

Unfortunately had a pretty bad experience buying a car here. Bought what looked to be a nice wranger 4xe. When I arrived to pick it up, it was an empty, battery was on 1% and it wasn't cleaned. I had to deal with my own insurance company to register it (not sure what the $500 documentation fee was for). On my way home the check engine light came on. Turns out it had been reset for an underlying issue. After two trips to the local jeep dealer, and $1600 in repairs later, I had asked if Hylan would help with any of these repairs. I was told I could have a few hundred dollars. After a month of waiting and hearing "check is in the mail"...."check must have got lost"....I gave up on following up. It was clear they didn't intend on helping and was just hoping I would go away. Too bad....but if your shopping....shop elsewhere.

i asked about a 2009 Rav4 for 14,750, i questioned why the price was 3000 over the book, he quickly responded with a nasty message. This guy Todd is unprofessional and overpriced! Also, insulting wouldn’t recommend this character thinks he is superior in every way. Todd best of luck you price gauge people not good.

I have been aware of Hylan's excellent reputation for several years, but this was my first experience with them. I was not disappointed. Todd and his staff were very helpful from the start. My repairs were done quickly and efficiently. I even had a nice chat with Ian, the mechanic who did the work on my pickup truck. I will be back and will continue to refer others as well.

Wild experience here. Been to nearly a dozen dealerships in the last month, have bought and traded numerous vehicles over the years.. was never treated so poorly as I was here. Drove an hour to see a vehicle, told them I had a trade in for which I handed over the keys so they could check it out. After the test drive, he met me in the lobby very awkwardly, wouldn’t even invite me into his office to have a seat despite the place being empty. He refused to give me a ball park price on my trade-in, would not discuss pricing on their truck which was $2k over market, and would not take my contact information down for when they could determine a price on my vehicle. Simply told me “it wasn’t gonna happen” when I tried to give him an approximate price on my vehicle. For reference, the next dealership I went to that very same day took my trade in at $32k ($2k less than the price point I gave him) so I was not completely off my rocker, or unreasonable. I can’t help but feel like my age and gender directly correlated to how I was treated at this dealership. Do better.
Exceptional customer service. I submitted an online service request well after hours and I received an email from the owner shortly afterwards at 10pm!!

This place is, without a doubt, the best and most honest auto service business you will ever have the pleasure to deal with. I have brought my auto to them for service several times and have been more than pleased with their service. From my personal experience they are the most courteous, skillful, honest people to work with that I have had the pleasure to do business with. Brought a 05 Mercedes Benz E320 CDI here to get ready for MA inspection after getting a ridiculous quote from the dealership, Hylan beat their price by over a third, even while replacing the tires when the dealership wasn’t going to.

I am so happy with them!! As a single woman I am always worried about being taken advantage of.. The prices I have gotten quotes from other places were outrageous but not here....To fix the latch of my grand cherokee I got a quote of $600...Matt fixed it for about $150....One place gave me a quote of 159.99 for an AC recharge. I got my AC recharged and an oil change for $112. It's just nice to know I can trust these guys...Thanks Hylan Auto
