I didn’t even do business with this company, but I can tell by the interaction I had with the owner, Tim, that he truly and genuinely cares. He stopped to help without hesitation and treated me with kindness and respect. He did not accept any payment whatsoever. I was running late to a very important appointment and didn’t have a shovel with me or anything to help get my car out. Extremely grateful for Tim. This whole interaction alone, says a lot about the kind of person and business this is.
Funny how people try to degrade people Tim is one of the nicest guys I know and I’m am a man of color he treated me with respect every time I use his company or see him in public. People me me sick
The owner Tim is a great businessman and family man, he has left his family to help out anyone who needs help any time of the day or night. Definitely make action towing your first call for any of your towing needs!
Tim has towed multiple of my vehicles for me whether i’m stranded on the side of the road or just need a car moved never waited more than 20 mins for a tow. Fair prices. Very professional does the most for his customers
I locked my keys in my car and they were there within minutes of calling them! Took less then 3 minutes to get into the car! Would absolutely recommend to help! Great service!

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I had a flat tire, and Action Towing showed up and immediately changed it out for me. They were so kind and professional!
Absolutely amazing service. I highly recommend using these guys! Tim came to my rescue when my car’s alternator died in the grocery store parking lot. He picked up my jeep, set me up with a mechanic and dropped it off for me. They’re super quick, nice, genuine and helpful. My day would’ve been a lot more rough without them!

Action Towing exceeded all expectations! I had a broken axle on my dump trailer in Lexington, and they came to the rescue, driving an hour to pick it up. Prompt, professional, and efficient service. Highly recommend for any towing needs!

I wouldn't recommend any other tow company from this point on. I got in a pickle atlfter 5 on a Friday and Tim was still there before 6. The price way fair. He gave me a lot of good advice on where to bring my car and what could be wrong. I've used a lot of tow companies in my life but this is by far the best in ever aspect. 10/10.
I was helped by a man named Tim! He was extremely efficient, and super super nice and helpful throughout the whole process. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a tow truck.
So I was going about my day drove 30 minutes to the Middleboro area. On my way back home I was on 105 when my car just stalled right before an intersection. Misjudged the amount of fuel in my car 🤦♂️ (embarrassing) unfortunately I do not have AAA so I called 3 Towing companies and none of them would pick up. The fourth company I called was Action towing. The person I talked to on the phone was straight forward (I believe he may have been the owner) He gave me a price and he dispatched his driver out to me. I didn’t even wait 10 minutes and a ramp truck was on scene and they towed my car to the nearest gas station. The driver (Name was Jordan?) was a great guy and hooked up the car onto the truck effortlessly. I’ve never seen a tow truck driver put a car onto a truck so quick and properly. When we confirmed it was out of fuel, they dropped my car off across the street from the station, I paid them, and I was on my way. If you are in the Middleboro area, and you need a tow, do business with this company. Never did business with a towing company that was this professional. (Nice ramp truck by the way and thank you!)
Hands down, time and time again tim and his crew are here for all your needs. We run a speed shop our truck was down and we had to transport a car to a dyno facility. Even with how busy he is the owner went out of his way to offer his services. This is why tim will get our call every time! Look no further!
One other company had me waiting and said theyd arrived when they hadnt. Action towing guy came asap when he heard id been waiting hours. Short, sweet, to the point. No B.S. hands down will call again.
Best towing company I've used in a long time, many others are shady. Not this company they are the best. The owner towed me from exit 3 495 to Uxbridge and gave me a ride. Loved taking with him and getting to know him a little. Give him a call you will be saved, money, time and he accommodates too..
Tim at Action Towing towed us when we broke down in North Attleboro, and couldn't get anyone else to come for hours, we were lucky to find him. He was prompt, polite, and right there in less than twenty minutes. He gave us a wonderful price to tow us to Brockton and his truck was emaculate inside, and he wasn't like normal tow truck drivers, that make you feel awkward and silent, as he treated us like we were friends that have known each other for years. I will use Tim and Action Towing for all my Towing needs in the future. It's great to know that I can count on them and I won't be left on the side of the road broken down or pay a fortune. Thanks again!!!
Action towing are wonderful people, who go the extra mile to help you. I had a older jeep that wouldnt start and Tim help me out with towing it back to his lot and fixed it for me. He replaced the broken part. He also went the extra mile and took me to my son's daycare so i could get him on time and than fixed my car. Not many people will go that extra mile to get my son and didnt ask for more money either.
If you are local to Action towing use them over A1 Tow. I called and waited for 3 hours on the side of the road for a truck from A1. They never even tried to reach me at all but said they'd be there in 15 when I called. 2 calls later after an hour and a half still nothing. When I called and canceled the tow they showed in like 10 minutes. They said they didn't know where they were. The office is one town over from my car. They asked me if I knew what side of the route they were on, was it south or north of them. How do I know where they are, don't they have GPS and why do I need to pay you if I'm helping do your job, all you need to do is drive! Action towing showed up 10 minutes after my call, took less then 5 minutes to bed my vehicle and was home in another 15. Action has the same rates if you price shop, they just will actually show up and get it done asap where others just talk. Action Towing has my business, guaranteed!
I have used Action towing a few times and they were very professional. They are prompt on their arrival. Always friendly. Ive had nothing but an overall great experience with them. I'll continue to call them when i need the tows.
